Mitsu has long blond hair in which is held together by two clasps in the front and short blond hair in the back which is in a high ponytail. He has scowling eyes in which are baby blue and his face looks a lot like a child's. He has an upturned nose. He also has detached ears which are covered by his long hair. The rest of his body is thin and quite normal besides his unusually long fingers. He is blood type B.

Clothing: He wears body tights that are striped and targeted all over his body. he then wears a strip-ruff around his neck along with claw-gloves. He keeps his ninja bag in a form of a funny looking backpack around his waist. he then throws over his akatsuki coat that he have cut the bottom off in order to move in it. after that he puts on his long hat that he latches around his neck. the spike at the end of his hood can elongate to 2 feet.

Personality: Mitsu is a very short person with a very short temper. He sleeps 20 hours a day and is mostly carried by people when traveling. He can only be waken up by people insulting him. Namely the word "midget" riles him up plenty. His favorite food is chocolate cream pie. He is a pervert and loves to pretend that he is a child in which to be pampered upon. He also uses the child card in fighting to pull at the heart strings of his opponents. He is the most lazy, the most gluttonous, and the most self-centered person that you could ever meet. Though the only thing that sets him off is his family.

stunted growth: Are able to manipulate the laws of physics using a set of unbreakable rules. The more ironclad the rules, the more powerful the person. (( their chakra is very violent and can be stretched through the air and covers a large space without them knowing it. ( the violent chakra is what controls the laws of physics and gives it a certain area in which it can be used) People say this is the true version of the Mikkatenka ability.

contortionist: is able to detach their body parts without dying and are able to move on their own will. The set back is that the head is immobile and cannot be hidden or touched by the rest of the body parts or they reattach. After the touch they cannot detach for 6 posts. (( they use their "will" which is actually charkra by manipulating all of their chakra flow within the head and then uses chakra strings to manipulate the body parts. It is derived from puppetry in the sand village))

Clowns: Once they touch you or hit you with their weapons they can control your emotions until you attack them back. (they feel a certain emotion and mix it within their chakra that they place in an attack or splay over a weapon in which they can transfer to to other people. this was derived from chakra poisoning))

tightrope walkers: They can manipulate their arteries and regenerate them. ( it takes 2 minutes for a major artery to be replaced. though it can only be done one at a time). They were born with their chakra flow with the same place as their veins. Which they can manipulate with ease. this was also derived from puppeteers.

Clan History:The Mikkatenka originated first as random people held together by nothing but their oddities. Soon they created a nomadic pastime called the "circus" and performed in front of people for money and fun. Soon they began to grow in numbers and a few stationed themselves in villages. Over time they let their children join the ninja way and then creating their own jutsus. They soon became a large part of the shinobi way, but they still remain separate within their own houses.

~History/RP Sample~

History/Background Story:

Circus Arc: When he was born his parents could tell that he was different. He was able to train for days and then collapse for hours until someone mumbled "midget". So they asked their elder whom had the same ability as Mitsu to train him. when he turned 3 years old he made a set of rules for himself in which he had to follow in order to use his powers to their full extent. The elder knew that the child was dangerous if he went into the ninja way. Though his parents whom were great shinobis of their own decided not to heed the ringmaster's word and went to enroll him into the academy.

Academy Arc: When he went to the academy in his clown outfit, many people made fun of him because of his families business. Though as he showed how grand he was at being a ninja and a clown he began to grow quite popular. Though there were several that refused to like him and made fun of him even more. They stole items from him, threw rocks at his relatives and disrespected him overall. One day he grew fed up with the children and decided to fight 4 of them. When the children agreed, Kitsu killed them the instant they made the go-ahead. Mitsu would never forget those staring eyes in which no soul was contained. It was from then on that he would adopt the color red into his clothes and lifestyle.

Gennin Arc: He developed more of a darker style of the clown arts. He dressed more in black to match the red. He placed makeup on with strange markings instead of bright colors. He trained harder and the chakra around him grew heavier and heavier until only his Sensei could be around him. Later, a doctor found out why he stopped growing. His chakra was so heavy that it was weighing his bones down to child-size. The sheer gravity of Mitsu's chakra was suffocating and hard to be around. The gravity from his chakra weighted down his bones, but elongated his fingers in which was the only thing that would be of benefit. Several people remembered the deaths that he had caused as an academy student but since it was an agreed duel, there was nothing that anyone could do.

Chunnin Arc: When he became a Chunnin, he trained all the harder. Training for weeks and then sleeping for about the same amount of time. All he did was eat, sleep and train. Even though his team egged him on in missions he kept refusing and began making new body weapons. 3 months after this he began going on A rank missions easily and alone, leaving his teammates behind. During this time everyone sneered at his clan and him, ignoring his hard work and abilities due to the death of the children in his academy days. He soon went up in rank.

Jounnin Arc: His teammates were furious at him. He was a Jounnin while they were still Gennin, though his home taught him that he was never to be attached to outsiders and thus had no feelings for their anger. He began to go onto more missions more frequently and handed them out in succession. He began to be sleep deprived, being used to sleep 15 hours out of the day. He grew irritable, yet he was only 14. Soon he went to several assassination missions just to wrench out his anger on someone else other than his village and the people within it. He was beginning to be unhinged.

Anbu Arc: Once he became an anbu, he was glad that when he left the job no one would bother him about a mission until a set date, though after several missions they began to press him about is clan and that he should have a permanent house in the Stone. He refused and continued in serving out the missions. Their constant oppression of the circus began to make him more and more angry, though killing people on his missions stopped him from going crazy. From then on he decided to tattoo his markings on his face, making it more permanent than ever before.

Special Jounnin Arc: After slaughtering a major missing ninja operation, he was finally on leave and was sent to train Jounnin and look over the Chunnin exams. He was chastised for being smaller than the Chunnins and was overall disrespected in the Shinobi world. No one would take him seriously until he beat them half to death, and when they did respect him they also feared him. Soon after he was sent on menial missions for his status he finally snapped and destroyed all of the Shinobi around him within half a block. He then fled the area with his tools and headband in which he snapped in half.

Rules and regulations of Mitsubachi's ability.

Main rules(unbreakable)

1. The chakra field can only strech out to 7 meters and can only shrink to 5 meters.

2. The field cannot automatically kill them just by being within the field, there has to be a secondary object(alive or inanimate) to signal a death. (see more in "individuals only")

3. Chunnin and under will suffocate and have eventual bone damage if within the field. Chunnin will die in 3 posts, Gennin in 2 and Academy students only a few moments. Jounnin will have trouble breathing and will suffer minor bone damage and won't die. Anything above will have major discomfort. Anyone without chakra will be at the same level as Gennin.(within the 7 meter field) in the 5 meter field is academy: 0, Gennin: 0, Chunnin:1, Jounnin:3, and the rest will suffer bone damage and extreme hard time breathing.

Secondary rules( Individual only)

1. Mitsu uses his target symbols to manipulate his chakra within the field.If it doesn't have a target symbol, it will have 1 post delay. he can turn the dots into spikes and the circles into rotating saws.(see appearance and weapons)

2. Mitsu has to say "Simon Says" before enacting any jutsu that has to do with his kekkai. IF he doesn't, his chakra will implode within his body with the blockage of chakra.

3. he has to have a jutsu for every "simon says" action.

4. he can never have any jutsus that outright kill. He can have actions like " explode", "catch fire" or " stop". but no " kill", "die".

5. if he simon says and action that has nothing to do with his weapons, he has to conform to the same action. Ex: "simon says jump" both mitsu and the victim has to jump. Though this is only effective in mitsu's field of chakra.

Hitogoroshi had been hiding in his stone box. Waiting for the mist to lower itself enough for him to come out. The dark small space was comforting to him in that little box. As he looked around in the darkness picking out his memorized compartments, the places where he stores his clothing, first aid kit, his pet gravy and other things dear to him; He was listening to the sounds outside. It was almost hypnotic in the way those sounds were.

They were quiet at first, like a dog's tail thumping on the floor in the next room. Then they began to grow louder, coming closer to his little box. His little niche in the world, where he could be happy and safe. After a while, Hito could make out little distinctions in the sounds coming from outside of his comfort box. It was as if someone was fighting in the middle of the street. How silly were they to do that? The training grounds were not far off and much more fun than a misty street.

Before he could think of anything else in his simple slow mind, a huge BOOM rattled his box, sending it flying against a stone wall and under a wooden bench; jarring his bones, sending his fat possum flying into one of the many dark walls, and after all of this his ears were ringing. It took him several seconds before he recollected himself and opened up his box. His light less eyes looking out on an awkward scene. A black haired man looking down onto what he thinks is a superhero without the spandex.

After several seconds staring and registering the scene he realized that superhero man was hurt. Hito scrambled out of his box and stretched. His scrawny 6 foot figure crawling out of a coffin (his box) made of stone with his own name and death date carve on the door of it. He then walked over to the man and knelt down trying to figure out where he was hurt. His eyes not registering well on the situation due to the 14 hours he spent in his coffin. He then turned to the black haired man and asked: "Do you know where he's hurt? I can't see very well right now."
