N.O.I. Request?

I was wondering if I could possibly make a character that is a N.O.I. or, Ninja Of Importance -- Normally, treated much like the President, whom is escorted by a group of secret service agent's heavily equipped with weaponry and gear to survive during combat -- As my character will be escorted by an envoy of ninja, be it village-nin or missing-nin. Whatever the case may be, it'd be interesting to have a character directly related to the lore, for when it is, or will be played out in the future. The character may have some type of knowledge that will form the upbringing - or downfall, of a mass of village's, or the knowledge may be useful for the good of evil, or the good of ninja's who follow the path of the light.

These statistics, I leave to the administrator and moderation members, all I'm asking is that you position me as the N.O.I.

N.O.I., eh? That would be a negative, considering there are important ninja. This includes Kages, Daimyos (as they rule the countries themselves), Akatsuki Leader, and other "leaders". Of course all the active characters have some important role, as the roles are specifically chosen by their creators. Such as causing uprisings, taking control over a village, or becoming a village's savior and ends up as the most skilled RPer/powerful ninja on the site. With enough power and influence (a goal is needed too), one may create their own group; thus obtaining their own group color on the site and so on. A user basically writes his/her own book for their character. And sometimes those choices create a chain of events, like Talis could start an uprising in Iwa and then it somehow starts a civil war within the village or country.

You use your character to get noticed and to make waves. You can't expect people to respect people if you don't gain popularity first. Though for me, I am well known to everybody but I have little power because of my "crazy" ways.
