Infiltrating the Stone [Part 2]

With his attack surprisingly not stopped the silk covered the man that was fighting Lord Vizer to the death. Though one of the most dangerous ninjas to have ever walked this earth, the man still put up a formidable fight. Vizer walked over to the now captured man with Silk still unsheathed. He locked eyes with him at first, the man had accepted that he would die already with him being paralyzed from head to toe. And Kyogi would oblige that. He turned the blade downwards and drove sword into the mans heart killing him instantly, and the shinobi was no more. He sheathed Silk back to its place.

This fight was sure to attract fellow ninjas of Iwa. That's exactly what he wanted. He quickly made some handsigns and said, "Baku Suishouha no jutsu." He opened his mouth and a force of water started to erupt. Within seconds the whole area was filling up with water that was starting to knock down lower stable buildings including the ramen noodle shop that was stationed near the entrance. Kyogi took out a couple of special made bombs and threw one near the entrance. It exploded and a huge liquid started to wither up in the water and water was still being poured from Vizer's gullet. He stopped when the water was filling up over peoples houses and he could start to hear the screams. It was time to go. He picked up a good a wave and the wave carried him around the village, all the while he was throwing oil bombs in different directions making a trail between them. The giant sea of water was threatening to cover the entire village, and Kyogi had exhausted his supply of oil bombs, but half of the village had been decently covered. He stopped on top of the wave and saw that ninjas were coming from the other side where he was just at. He snapped his fingers, saying just one word, "Bang...".

Fire roared onto the water, instead of disappearing as usual when fire touches water, the fire however caught onto to the water. It spread down every area where there was the oil causing it to become a lake of fire. There were a few Iwa ninjas in the area where Kyogi was just in, apparently the building caught on fire from to the top and there was a oven filled up with grease. The fire caught to it when the machinery floated to the top and there was a huge explosion, killing and maiming the ninjas in the area and any citizens. "Where are you...come out and play." Said Lord Vizer as his destruction of Iwa continued. He would not be stopped.

This will then expand into a large volume of water. Being from the Water Country, Kyogi is at home with this type of jutsu. He can control the water by riding on top of the waves.

Description: This a technique created by Kyogi. With seals on his right leg, left leg, right hand, and left hand, Kyogi can fight using his elemental affinities without handseals. Either choosing to use either of his affinities, such as fire. With a snap of his fingers he can send a wave of fire in its wake, or using a super additive . With water he can send jets of water able to cut through rock, or using his immense chakra able to generate enough water summon a dome or a gigantic dome (covering little over half a mile), with lightning Kyogi can direct with the points of his fingers lightning bolts able to burn and paralyze an enemy. With enough concentration he can create any sort of attack within the prowess of his abilities, to a torrent of destructive lightning, to channeling an enemies lightning against them.

The door was pushed open and a panicked Chuunin ran into the Tsuchikage's office. Her eyes darted to the man as she shot up from her desk and stared at him. "What is wrong?" she asked in an intimidating manner, her mood wasn't the best today; Some idiots had failed to accomplish an important retrieval mission and now she had to send others to clean up the mess. The Chuunin before her bowed, more out of fatigue than out of respect, as he tried to catch his breath. "Lady...Ralia. The village..is being attacked by... a man..near the ..ramen shop. Lord Rokusyou..is fighting him." the man could barely breathe and didn't notice Ralia's look on her face. She quickly turned around to face an ANBU bowing before her. "Evacuate the village. Bring everyone far behind the mountains inside that cave. All the Chuunins and higher ranked Shinobi are to help. The Genin and Academy Students will be evacuated as well. Hurry." The Anbu disappeared within fragments of a second. The Chuunin's hair was struck by wind as the window had suddenly opened and the Tsuchikage jumped out of it, her destination being the market district.

Ralia was running to prevent the worst. Her eyes caught a glimpse of ANBU and Jounin evacuating the civilians from the danger zone. A sigh escaped her pink lips. While running on top of buildings towards the mentioned fighting area Ralia could see a large amount of water over towering most of the buildings, threatening to raze everything in its path. "Shit....." she mumbled as she pushed herself off the roof and onto the ground her hands touching it instantaneously after she had completed the necessary hand seals while in the air. An amazingly thick and long wall of earth appeared before the girl, spreading out to the whole village's diameter, encircling the water wave. It was shaped that way so it would go along the roads horizontally, so as to avoid damage to houses and civilians. The earth wall rose and rose until it had reached a height of 20 meters, deterring the water wave from covering the rest of the village. It looked like a lake within the village, when looked at from afar. Ralia jumped onto the wall of earth and focused chakra to her feet, so she could run it up. Once at the top she could see everything.

There he was. That man. The man who had caused all this devastation. The man who had almost destroyed her village. Ralia's blue eyes flickered to a sudden appearance of light when she realized that that was her chance. In the sound of the explosion of the grease, Ralia had thrown three shuriken attached with wire at the man, which would encircle him and bind him. Because of the wires being attached to her pouches, she had her hands free so she could perform a jutsu. She performed some hand seals with an incredible speed and her mouth opened and a thick, dark almost black mist came out and shot fast at the man, trying to cover him.

Lots of carnage and explosions that went about the area of this hidden village, the sign that an attack was initiated. The person responsible was a man that had plans of retrieving the bijuu for personal gain and his goal that was yet to be revealed. This would have to be most unfortunate for the Tsuchikage, but it was very opportunistic for another. Materializing on a building a building high enough and sturdy enough to withstand the onslaught of water created, Naizu Nimakee appeared. He sported his accustomed all black attire that included his cloak with the the larger propped collars that covered half of his face, to his nose. Underneath Was a hoodie that covered his top portion of his eyes, leaving simply the lower portion and his nose. At this time of arrival, the villages Kage was already on her way to the site of destruction and asserting herself to the situation. Naizu's eyes were already in its second state so he simply observed and waited for his opportunity...

Not knowing to what extent the mans chakra stood, nor that of the Tsuchikage, he took to a squatting position. He scanned about the area taking note of all that was around, taking in an abundance of that of which he could use for his first move. Refocusing on the two other elite nin, Naizu smiled and questioned what would be next for the two. Watching as the shuriken were launched at Vizer, Naizu began to formulate a strategy quickly and simply waited for the opportunity to strike, ironically, like a snake. "Well, this should be simple enough to handle, I've already made good on my portion of the deal" he said under his breath. The fact was, that he was roughly 75 meters away and about 30 meters higher than the other two, and with them being busy, it'd be hard for either of them to notice him.

Piercing Mind: The possesors jutsu uses more a good deal more chakra (Consumption is 2/5 the norm up to C-rank and 3/5 for B-A)though still minimize a notable amount. At this stage it also inflicts bodily wounds through genjutsu. the prior preminitions are enhanced 25% more and time seems at a slowed pace

It was he that would be bring new world order. It was he who had the power to make it all happen. Why did people not take this seriously into consideration. He felt as if he was the was most powerful ninja alive. But maybe that was all in Kyogi's head as he watched attentively as the Tsuchikage finally made her appearance. She made earth walls encircling the gigantic water waves that Kyogi had created. It was a well thought out plan to be on the spot, it helped minimize damage. But thats not what Kyogi really wanted, he just wanted attention. The Kage sent her attack at him, three shuriken. Attached to them however were strings, something an ordinary ninja would never catch.

But yet again, Kyogi was no ordinary ninja. Silk was unleashed from its sheath in a flash. He closed his eyes as he flicked his blade towards the incoming shuriken and the fog attack that she was also sending at him. He cared not. Lord Vizer shot 13 strings in that direction, three went and intercepted the shurikens in mid-flight, while ten more silk strings charged with incredible speed into the mist where they would hit the Tsuchikage. With his other hand he held a one hand seal formation. He had sensed another in the vicinity. Such is the magnificence of such a legendary ninja. It's hard to mask ones presence such as that when someone of the same caliber is there. He smirked. Things were falling into place as he thought.

Ralia felt the shuriken being punched off (because the strings loosened) and knew that something was coming. As she was spatting the mist with incredible strength and speed at the man, ten strings came towards her, obviously to pierce her. Instantaneously she ended the jutsu and jumped up and forward and avoided the strings. The shuriken and the wire were still lost within the mist, so Ralia took advantage of that. She performed a handseal and unleashed a torrent of fire along the wire and shortly after cut through the wire with a kunai. The fire made instantly contact with the mist and it ignited in a huge explosion. Ralia landed on a nearby tower, several meters above the explosion.

Not letting the silk strings and the man out of her eyes, Ralia raised her voice. "Who are you? You, sitting on that building, watching us." she said with a clear voice. She had noticed him the moment he appeared; No wonder, his kind of chakra wouldn't go unnoticed that big it was.

Vizer's counter attack seemed on point with the info of the battle between he and the former Tsuchikage in Talis. Using his sword of "Silk", he deflected the shurikens and launched a counter attack at the same time. This was something that was to be expected of him, as well as for the two combatants to take notice of his presence...eventually. But it seemed that he was noticed much more quickly than he had hoped, for he was even called out by the Kage. This was something that he could have went with had he wanted, but he chose to take his alternate route and just ignore her. It wasn't like she would have time to bypass Vizer to get an answer from him, otherwise she'd leave herself susceptible to attack. So this allowed Naizu to keep stationary and make his decision on when he would launch his attack.

Still in his squatting position, he contemplated 5 alternate scenarios for what he intended to do soon enough. At the time his eyes were simply in center focus, in order to keep an eye on both the Kage and Akatsuki leader. Shortly after, his eyes shifted to the left and focused on Vizer for a moment, simply trying to get an idea of his next move. Afterward, they shifted focus to the elite kunoichi, simply to see if she plotted to make an attack on him next. In anticipation for what was to come, Naizu slipped his hands into his sleeves and quickly brought them back out with a scroll in each hand and arms relaxed on his knees. What was to come next? He could only speculate as his eyes re-focused to the center and back to where he could see the two in sight at once.

Were the odds against Lord Vizer as the dark mist converged upon him. Three fire balls diving to claim a great kill for the new Tsuchikage. An explosion destroyed the calm surface of the water that Kyogi had been standing on. Injury should have been imminent, due to such circumstances, but Kyogi dealt with things like this in his sleep...literally. The smoke began to clear as Miya's attack was finished. But yet Kyogi stood there unharmed, but it looked as if he was...reforming. What manner of jutsu was this? It seemed as if Kyogi had finally gotten himself together and he took a step in the Kage's general direction on top of the tower. Merely saying, "You have to do better then that dear Tsuchikage. At least take this serious. Your life is on the line." Kyogi at the spur of the moment had made a clone beside him and substituted the clone in for him as he was in the midst of the black mist. The clone used Kyogi's immense power and stopped the explosion of the mist.

Then the real Kyogi appeared behind in a spur of mist Miya. Faster then most ninja's alive he had used the cover of the smoke and the explosion to remove himself from the scene. He arched back and removed Samehada from its position on his back, and swung the weapon at Miya. As the legendary sword was swinging the wraps around it unwrapped and Samehada's wrath like power stretched forward as it charged to take another prey. The shadow clone below on top of the water began to make a series of difficult handsigns as he we prepared another jutsu, one extremely familiar with the mist. An eerie mist started to creep on to the village, thickening as seconds went by. The hidden mist technique was well named.

Silk: Silk has the strange and deadly ability to constantly have perspiration of a strange and silky liquid. The moment the liquid release its self from the blade in the form of strings and it goes on to an opponent it paralyzes whatever part it touches making it numb and unmovable. Kyogi can release the liquid when ever he sees fit by just swinging the blade towards an opponent. The amount liquid generating from the blade is consistent and ever flowing. This string liquid cannot be removed by ordinary means, fire does not effect it but rather increases its effect expanding and making it consume the body even more. Lightning also has the same effect. Water could be your only hope, but depending on where ever the liquid lands it would be useless. An A rank or higher water jutsu would be needed to take it off.

Description: Kage Bunshin is a forbidden technique, that has been a controversial for many years. The Kage Bunshin aka the Shadow Clone, is a clone of the user that is a true clone of the user, that can attack and think on its own, while having 75% of the Stats, plus they can do the same jutsu the user can (except Bunshin Type Jutsu). This jutsu was initially made for spying purposes because once the clone is dispersed, the user and any other clone of his will get all the information gained with that previous clone. Maximum of clones made is four.

Description: This a powerful technique created by Kyogi. With this seal engraved put on the back of his abdomen, Kyogi can activate this seal at anytime if he is in danger. The power of this tech is that when an attack is headed towards him, rather physical or elemental, he can disperse it with the force of the seal. Kyogi is able to stop an onslaught of attacks with this seal. Depending on the attack Kyogi can knock back almost any attack, even S rank techs. If it is a S rank tech however the seal will disappear for the remainder of the battle and leave him with little chakra. But his life would still be intact.

I don't understand how you escaped the explosion.

(I always do that for some reason..Ralia..got it. Ok first off..all I was doing was saying how I escaped the mist. Not that the mist was still present. The clone had used a jutsu"Chaos Barrier" to stop it. Perhaps I should of said, "Kyogi at the spur of the moment )had made a clone..." for past tense.)

OOC: Shadow clones typically form beside or behind the user, not wherever you choose. Please edit accordingly.

Btw: The jutsu creates a flamethrower in the form of a dragon head.

You didn't mention how deep you were in the water. You would get hit by the pressure from the explosion since you were right below the surface (minor damage). The clone protected itself, not you. But doing this little performance would further drain your reserves (not by much though..), as this is part 2 of the invasion.

Body substitution (with clone), body flicker (of out explosion), me (not in water), and I still have quite enough chakra, I used not even a handful of jutsus in part 1. Noticing that her attack failed, Ralia concentrated on on her enemz before her. Suddenly she felt a strong presence behind her, and because of the flicker she had seen some seconds ago, she was kind of warned. The female quickly bend on her knees and evaded the sword that was coming towards her. She jumped onto another edifice as four ANBU appeared on her sides, attacking the clone. "I don't need help, go evacuate the people. I gave you orders before." she said in a kind tone; she appreciated the help but this was something she needed to do on her own. Besides, if she needed any help, she knew that she just had to call out for them, since they wouldn't stray off too far. As the anbu were disappearing, Ralia started jumping with incredibe speed from one building to another, encircling the enemy. While she was doing that a white mist came out of her body which mixtured itself with the other mist. She stood at the top of a tree, hidden behind the leaves waiting for something to happen.

Description: Ralia shoots a kind of mist towards the target which has a 20 meters radius. The mist either comes from her pores or her mouth. The mist has the ability to cause several burns on the opponent and the feeling of itchiness, which causes the enemy to scratch excessively their skin. This jutsu requires no handseals.

Spinning both of his scrolls around his fingers, he then caught them firmly and placed them to the ground. Seemingly simultaneously, his eyes shifted to his 4th stage of kkg momentarily with a plan in mind. He chose not to activate them and decided to go with an alternate route to amuse himself, being that the Kage had not chose to attack him and Vizer had yet to end this. Sliding his arms back to his sleeves, Naizu flashed a hidden hand seal and created a clone, one that would blend with the surroundings. "Play with them" he said to the clone, whom of which immediately took to the area of water that Vizer had created. With the white mist above it, and the hidden mist in place, the clone could now launch unseen for two separate reason. With its natural camouflage, it made things simpler and the hidden mist made it virtually invisible to anyone...save those with sharingan or special dou's. His unique one was now back to its second stage and was ultimately a smooth transition.

Preparing itself for the attack it formulated hand signs rapidly and placed a hand to the water as a large wolf like body of water was created and broke down the doton walls. This would quickly spread throughout and begin a strong mass more of flooding the village further and placing more strain on both combatants. This was because of the fact that there were a multitude of waves that would be sent towards both of the powerful leaders. These were no ordinary waves however, these were waves that were large paws that would take swipes at opposition. Buildings, trees and people alike would feel the wrath of them and Naizu would simply smile at this. The size of this jutsu did force Naizu to relocate himself however, for as soon as the seals were began, his body took to a misty form. Being that he was higher than the other two, it took longer for the white mist to get to him than it would Vizer. By the time it reached him, Naizu was behind Ralia, roughly 15 meters back but once more, high above on one of the higher buildings, above the white and hidden mist.

Description: These clones possess all of the skills Naizu possesses including his Oakegan traits and have 4/5 of his strength and speed. The diffence in these clones are that their natural form is camoglauge and are durable to the point of being able to take multiple hits prior to disbursing or up to a C ranked ninjutsu. The can only be made in the 4th or 5th stage of Oakegan. Naizu can only make a total of 5 of these types of clones and they can be made with a single hand, even in mid combat.

Description:Naizu creates a massive 200ft wave that forms into a fox's upper body. When
crashing down, it creates paws from the body of water and swipes at the foe. The field will be
covered for 4 post and while there, the waves will swipe at the opponent as paws.

Miya almost escaped the swing of Samehada, but it smashed against her, gnawing the side of her body, with Samehada,. Miya flew straight off the large tower hurtling towards the ground, injured gravely. The sword moved comfortably in his hand letting Kyogi know that it absorbed a decent amount of chakra from her and replenished the amount of chakra he had lost in his fight with the S rank Jounin earlier. The Tsuchikage tried escaping within the mist as well, probably releasing another attack on him. But that was a lesser concern at the moment, Naizu had finally made a move, an ill fated one at that. A 200 ft wave seeped upwards, the tallest wave probably ever created by mankind, or ever seen by mother nature. Sped towards Miya and Kyogi. Kyogi knew such a wave was coming because all the water was being pulled in by the wave.

Kyogi could see the wave even past his mist in the air, it was gigantic. This wave would be able to destroy all of the Stone village in swell sweep. Kyogi grunted in the wake of the wave and said a single quote, "Surfs up." He took Samehada and dove headfirst into the Tsunami. Usually this would be instantaneous death to those foolish enough to do so, but Kyogi was in his element. Born in the Mist village where water is the preferred element, he was at his home. He took Samehada and fused with it, going straight to the third transformation. He didn't even try and fight against the current as it might have proved to difficult, but allowed the wave to destroy the city, but made sure about dodging incoming buildings and other dangerous objects. After the tidal wave destroyed what was left of the city, Kyogi swam to the top of the tsunami water which had risen about 70 ft in the air or more he couldn't tell. His clone had created a sphere around him controlling the water around him so that he remained unharmed, as was one of the many abilities of the Elemental Fury he possessed. He swam around to see if the Tsuchikage had survived the ordeal. And he would deal with Naizu accordingly. Obviously the man had planned to take him out as well. Which was foreseen.

Third Transformation: The Third Stage is one of the most influential on the users body, by now Samehada has grown up the users face and down the whole left portion of there body. By now Gills have grown up on the users left cheek bone, this gill is fully functional allowing them to somewhat breath underwater. The users chakra is almost completely Fused by now as almost all of there body is under transformation, And no doubt the users left eye has succumbed to a transformation taking on a pitch black shark like pupil. And slowly Samehada breaks down reducing it self in size growing into the skin, being one of the last transformations this is a key to the full fusion. In this state the user can use Samehada to consume large amounts of chakra in short periods of time allowing them to both share in the consumption
