| The wait for a plot has become overly tardy so I suggest the mods and admins put something together to get things started, then add more depth later. Otherwise, this "revamp" is just holding a dead person to life support. | |

Something I believe Naizu will agree upon as well, is that the character approval process has become far too tedious. I'm all for cracking down on anything OP, or even limiting power levels to even everybody out... But when it takes two pages worth of posts and running on three weeks to get my character app approved.... Well it's no wonder people aren't sticking around... no one can RP at this rate!
I'm pretty close to saying screw it and going back to NFRP. They might be strict there, and more so then here, but atleast stuff gets done.
EDIT: After a quick check... It's been longer then three weeks. Twenty-four days to be accurate.

| I've been thinking about that, putting up my half now and the other part later.. but I kinda had doubts. I am sorry though, I expected the plot to be finished so much sooner.
@Eki Are you counting the 1-2 days between our posts? Take note that you didn't reply for four days because of your arm.

| The way I see it, it'd be best situated with the whole set of mage spots filled and allow rping to start. Following or during that time, whenever the plots decided, you embed it to the storyline. | |

| Want a sneek peek of the plot then? :P - Spoiler:
"Due to the recent activities of Akatsuki, and two other minor groups, a Kage Summit was called upon by the Mizukage (Naizu Nimakee) to discuss about these threats to the Five Nations. Shortly after the meeting began, it was abruply interrupted by the Akatsuki as they targeted the Tsuchikage (Talis). It was made known that Kyogi Domo, Konogakure's Third Hokage, was the Akatsuki's leader. While the other Kages left, the Raikage was also attacked and soon came to believe that the other Kages had abandoned him and escaped. An alliance was soon formed between four of the Nations, Kumo keeping its status as a neutral force."

| Ok, arm incident aside, three weeks. And my point is it should not take moderators 1-2 days to post in reply. Approval moderation needs to be much quicker then that. Imagine the lag time if we had a significant amount of members... Then imagine their frustration with said lag time.
The plot looks ok, but there's still details lacking. Is Kyogi replaced then? Or are four nations pairing up with Akatsuki? If anything, you should ally the minor groups with Akatsuki, so that we have good and evil forces, with Kumo as a neutral haven. Furthermore, why are Akatsuki targeting Talis and the Raikage?
It's a good start, but could still use some work.
And considering we're missing the Raikage, I'd love to have my Metaru character fill the void. However, and this brings me back to my point in a roundabout fashion, I'm not looking forward to the headache of waiting for him to be approved for another three weeks. I think there needs to be more approval mods. Or perhaps a higher commitment from the mods we currently have. You're doing a great job Kaze, staying on top of apps as well as moderating appropriately (offering suggestions and alternatives in order to help people have their techniques and abilities approved rather then straight up denial) but you're still only one person. Kitsuke's been helping, but he's only ever present about once a week. We need a higher level of presence and awareness out of the moderators in general.
And that's about all I have to say.
Typing this all with one hand isn't a picnic.

| Who are the miss? Who are the admins? Where are they? What's preventing them from doing their jobs? These are questions people are going to be asking, so that's something else that needs to be looked into. | |

Admins: Revy and I Mods: Lkitty and Kamo
The plot starts off where the Kage Summit had ended, but slightly changing the story to better fit our plans.

| Kit, we know we all have lives, but we also all have free time as well. Thing is, if you don't have the time to put in as a mod or an admin, that person shouldn't be in that seat. But the main thing is that there isn't hardly ANY that can be placed in the active mod/admin role. | |

| Ha. Kaze, I warned that you should take things more hands-on.. And uh.. You see how much Revy gets done - but instead, you hire her anyway. I'm not sure if its a conspiracy theory but it seems every time you promote her she goes off the map and becomes anonymous to all and remains lazy until she sees fit to hop into a topic and kill someone off with some bullshit OP jutsu.
Aside from my opinion, (and somewhat fact), you've completely missed the overall point and reason this topic was created and talked on about. The members are ANGRY, Kaze. They are tired of waiting. They are tired of depending on a group of people that, seemingly, cannot do so much as to finish a damn plot within a period of 24 days. TWENTY-FOUR DAYS, Kaze. Thats outrageously pathetic!
As for Kitsuke, although we know you cannot be online as often, we respect the fact that you at least make an attempt to show yourself online every day. I happen to know that Revy has done absolute shit since the revitalization of the site and she is still lazy as ever. She hasn't done anything administrative since I've been here. Take it from me Kaze.
TO MAKE SOMETHING BETTER, YOU MUST REMOVE WHAT MAKES IT WORSE.

| I may be a tad over-optimistic, but who's stopping us from RPing? Lets take the initiative! While we wait for the admins and mods to do their thing (and certainly, I will be carrying my own weight) We can rp with our old characters, play things out that we haven't gotten the chance before and over all: do like we've been doing for quite some time, no?
If any one wants to rp with me, I'll be glad to do so. How about you, mm?

| You can't rpm with people who aren't approved though Kam, or with people who aren't online. I admit that I've wanted to just hop into my own plot but I can't during Naizus down scaling. Oriena will be in the exact same area, Eki was in the same area are I'm pretty sure others are as well. | |

I see no problem with a 24-48 hour wait between posts, seeing how its still reasonable. You can't expect me to cover everything in a week, and be online 24/7 so that there isn't a 24 hour wait time. Are you saying its only okay to wait a couple hours?
But I do have a method that I use, and it works. I divide the work in parts, rather rushing into everything. Much easier to check your jutsu thoroughly, and user benefits as well. It allows us both to reply much quicker, in my opinion.

| Like it or not, you two are a reason people have left in the the first place. Add in all the other problems and its a wonder why people still have any hope for this place what so ever. At least when there are quarrels with what Kit is doing, its about his strictness and not being personal even if it does seem like he's kinda...sorta..maybe holding grudge. Regardless of the case, things show as a possibility with him and not simply out right bickering. Start being professional and help improve this situation, shake hands and move it along. | |

| I've already let bygones be bygones. Though I'd appreciate it if someone else could do the same, and quit assuming i haven't done a single thing, seeing as I'm the admin here, and i earned my spot, and they are not. But I'd be damned if I'm going to let stuff like that keep up. I wasn't even involved in this thread and someones already trying to call me out on beyond inaccurate stuff. | |

| Naizu people didn't leave the site over the petty bickering of me and Revy. They left the site because of all of the improbabilities, the amount of overpoweredness going on, the simple-mindedness and the lack of staff activity. Thats why they left and everyone knows it.
As for me and you Revy, in order to let bygones be bygones, we will have to have a very long talk about it because I still see that you haven't changed a bit since my leaving. Oh, Naizu - its not a wonder why it went inactive right after I left. I wonder. Hmm? Regardless, my offer still stands. I've never said you were not fit for the administrative position or that you haven't earned it. I'm simply saying that the major reason people left was because of the laziness of the administrative and moderator panels. Thats it. And its true.
What HARDCORE (LOL) and dedicated admin team takes longer than 24 days to write a simple plot? OMFGWTFROFL much?
Supportive fact:
Eki Gisou - I agree.

Not a thing has changed. People are still lazy. Kaze, if you really wanted this site to be bolstered, you'd go advertise some. If you really wanted the site to be successful, you should write the damn plot yourself and take some time from your day to do it. I can write you an intense and recurring plot about 2 pages long in about an hour. Why can't you? You lack the motivation and initiative. Based on the things that have been going on lately, though - its not hard to see why. NX is more of a dump than its ever been.

| I don't expect for you to be here twenty four seven Kaze. I expect members of the staff to be more present. An hour or so a day from each mod or admin should be a requirement.
Now that my character has finally been approved however (squeaky wheel gets the grease after all) I will jump into a thread, and start doing what I came here to do. RP. I could care less about a site plot.

| I'm slightly confused about the plot. y is Talis the target of the akatsuki? is she a host? and if thats the case, as deep as we are likely are, why would we try and flee? as Hokage, I'm not a coward =0 I'd probably stick around to fight it out, unless we're badly outnumbered | |
