1: How do i join a Clan?

2: Am i allowed to join a Clan?

3: When do i join a Team?

4: When do i get the Chuunin Exam?

Joining a clan is up to the clan leader

You can join a clan, however I don't see how you would obtain the Kekkei-Genkei

You join a team when you're Hokage assigns you one...at least thats how it went in my old village.

The Chuunin Exams come about when the Admins say so, though I believe they are at a regular interval, just train a lot and they will come before you know it.

All of Tsumi's answers are correct but I thought I would go into more detail.

The Chuunin Exams come about every 1-2 months but if we get a lot of genin at one certain time they could be earlier.

I do not know which village you are in but just pm what ever kage runs your village and ask for a team. I'm sure the only reason you aren't in one already is because your kage doesn't know that you need one. We have been getting lots of new people lately and its hard to keep track.

i was in the sound village but i moved to the leaf village

then just give naruto some time and pm a kage all questions if you dont understand but we are pretty busy and please forgive us if it takes a while for us to get back to you

There should be a new Kazikage because ren hasnt been on since like August and it has almost been a month or is he onm vacation?
