Tsumi and Yumi ran, side by side, along a road. They were headed to the land of lightning, and the cloud village. In his bag were two scrolls, and two nails. Tsumi ran along, nervously playing with his punji.

miyuki was analizing the area and felt tsumis heartbeat go up. " youll be fine. as long as you cross the border with me they wont ask any questions."

"I hope so. Kitaro and I aren't on great terms you know. It was probably a bad idea." Tsumi said, though he felt calmer thanks to her reassurance.

"yes, the training with him and the fight with toshiro, along with the teqniqes they are training me made me guess. since when im done im suposed to kill you..." miyuki stated grudgingly.

Tsumi stopped dead in his tracks. "If you are ever to be given that assignment, I want you to kill me without hesitation. I won't fight back, but you can't just disregard a direct order from your kage." Tsumi said very seriously.

miyuki stopped also. " when he give me that order. fate shall decide for itself. for it might be years until i finish my training. so let us concetrate on the task at hand. and hope for the best."

"Fine." Tsumi said. He looked her deep in the eyes, trying to convey the importance of what he was saying. Then, he sped on.

she had gotten the message he was trying to give and followed suit.

He continued the journey in silence, not wanting to break the awkward silence between them. He kept his eyes on the ground.

it was miyuki who broke the silence. " we will hit the border in 5 minutes. there might be difficulty due to the shinobigaurd at the border. we could dispatch him, explain our journey or do a reroute."

" okay." they picked up the pace as they reached the border and stopped in front of the shinobi. "goodday, may we pass?"

"Ah, the willow girl. What are you doing with him" The guard said, pointing a finger at Tsumi.

Tsumi remained still and quiet.

miyukis eyes turned black. " i am his escort to determine the next mizukage and i repeat. May we pass?"

The guard flinched a bit. He hated it when this girl got scary. "Fine, go on." He said, stepping aside.

she dropped her glare and her eyes turned yellow again. she thanked him in a cheery voice just to mess with him. "thankyou sir for your kindness!" and ran through the border with tsumi. as soon as he was out of sight, she droped the act.
