My head snapped in Mizuki's direction.
"Don't bother trying to sneak away either".
I turned my whole body and gestured to Metaru.
"We've found Hokou".

In a flash, Metaru was standing behind Mizuki, understanding that her eyes would be her primary weapon. At the given signla, he would strike, stunning his prey.

A shadow clone of Itachi's was watching how the battle comeneced.

"Metaru Strike" I yelled.
I darted fowards rapidly covering the ground between me and my target.
"Itachi you take out anyone who tries to stop us, save your sharingan".

her eyes snap open and she leaps into the air, sending down senbon needles. She lands on a rooftop, her face an emotionless mask

Metaru's strike misses narrowly, just brushing past what would have been a major nerve cloud. As the Senbons rain down though, he holds up one of his hands, and immediately the senbons slow then flip in mid-air, flying right back at their user.

I took off after her signalling for Metaru to go along the ground and cut her off.
She was only two rooftops ahead.
I was gaining ground quickly.

Metaru runs to the end of the street, and as he gets there, faces the last building. Tailed beast should be coming.. right... about... now! He then charged his hands with electricity, firing ten bolts, one from each finger, up towards the roofs lip.

Metaru looked at Eiichiro, "Got her." Raising both his hands, he swept them up, as if calling forth a great wave. Due to konoha's location, it did call forth a wave, one of steel, which swept up and barred off the villages gates, then started to bar off the rooftops as well, enclosing the Akatsuki and Mizuki to one street.

"K, that'll keep her trapped, but that took alot of energy boss, raw material's rough to move."

"She's heading for the gates" I yelled to Metaru as I landed on the hard ground.
Mizuki's breathing was getting harder.
She didn't seem to be slowing down though.
A wave of metal blocked the gates.
Obviously Metaru had heard me.

damnit...i need to get out of the village...i cant let konoha be harmed... that thought seemed to encourage her, keeping her going. She picked up speed, despite her running out of breath.

As soon as she began to move away from akatsuki, The Itachi clone appeared and exploded infront of her, knocking her back into the battle area.

not a chance... the explosion knocks her back but she quickly finds her feet again. She staggers to her feet, taking off again. if i could just pick up a little more speed...

Two waves of water burst up either side of Mizuki.
She was trapped.
"Metaru use a lightening move".
Water had fallen all around Mizuki soaking her to the skin.
Hopefully Metaru saw what I was trying to do.

if i dont make my move now then im as good as dead! uses the remains of her energy to leap over the metal gates, fleeing the village

Metaru had turned a fired a lightning blast, but he was too late.

As Mizuki Flee's from the Village, anothe Clone of Itachi appears, along with Deidara. " Since this is Eiichiro's fight we won't disturb him, but try to escape and you die " Deidara said, while about 10 large birds surrounded the area

"well then kill me! Then NOBODY gets houkou," she yells as she continues to run, seriously tiring but not stopping

Metaru then turned to Eiichiro. "She's nearly out of her natural chakra reserves, she can't go far. If she does decide to release hokou's chakra, Itachi will be able to deplete it immediately."
