Training Session With Nozomu

''ok ill try'' Mitsuaki begins to retrive the chakra from the dummy. As the chakra came out, it was transformed into fire and then into water again when it was entering Mitsu' body. As it enters, Mitsu feel pain in his arm. ''Damn...ouch, thats hurt!''

"yeah.....thats why you need to widen your chakra points. by getting more chakra."

''This is kinda difficult...Argh...No, sry, I can't..'' He turned back his chakra into a solid form. Mitsuaki stand back of the dummy, looking exhausted. ''Ill take a break, this takes a bit too much chakra. Let me rest some minutes...''

nozomu nodded and pulled out a pill and a glass of juice. " drink this, the juice has vitamins and the pill holds chakra."

Mitsuaki looked suprised ''Chakra in that? Never heared about...'' He tooked the glass and the pills and eat and drink all of it. Suddenly, he fells a lot better. ''Cool, this is nice...Ok, ill do a retry...'' Mitsu put his hands over the dummy and re-start the processus...

nozomu watched his progression.

When he was going to retrive his own chakra from the dummy, he tooked a little break, about 2 sec, and take a deep breath. ''Here we go...'' said Mitsu. The chakra flow was emeging from the dummy, slowly. It begins to re-enter the hand of Mitsuaki and that was tickling only, the palm of Mitsuaki. Right for the moment... Now that the chakra was half enter, it was hurting much. He was pushing himself up and finnaly completly absorb his chakra back. ''Got it there... but I need practice a bit, hehe...''

nozomu nodded. " good. and now, to make it easier and so you dont have a blast scar on your hand. here are these." he gave mitsuaku some leather gloves with the tips of the fingers cut out.

He looked at his master who was tending him the gloves. He takes out gently the gloves and looked at they. They were perfectly at his size and they were black, the perfect colour for Mitsuaki. ''Hey, thanks! This is really great. Hopw I was havong something to give you...''

'no, this isnt a gift. this is a necessity. if you dont keep these on while you use these moves, the pain will get worse. the glove help increase chakra flow."

Mitsuaki, suprised by the sentance of Nozomu, looked at the gloves with a deep silence. ''Sorry, I didnt know. It my first time so it didnt cause much trouble. It will increased each time I used it if I dont hold on to these, heh?''

" yes. and soon you will have to add weights and get heavier material. like this." nozomu raised his glove. it was made of lead fabric and it had an elongated lower sleeve. and metal bars and senbons were alighted to it. he took out on senbon and gave it to mitsuaku. " this will be your first weight. 2 kilo." he gave another one for the other wrist. " they get light fast. too bad this is my limit for the rest of my life...." he grumbled. " youll surpass me in one or two years."

''I dont really understand... Why should I need those heavy sebons?''
