Chuunin Exam

I have acctually two questions:

1- Can we do the chuunin exam anytime?

2- Do somebody Genin wants to do it with me?

Yes, most of the time, when a Chunin Exams comes around, I don't think you need to do round 1-Written Round, round 2-Forest of Death and round 3- Primaliry rounds. Mostly you go into the Final Round is when you have to fight an oppenent, idvaudlly, Even you have a team, only yourseelf can fight the oppenent.
What i am trying to say is, if you fight yourself with the enemy you are fighting with, no one can help you do the fight of the final Rounds in the Chuunin Exams, Get It?
