well if something that has been approved is breaking the rules, than it does need to be looked over again

I know this. And it has been looked over by Naito. But I was saying that other's jutsu shouldn't be used as a guild lines for another's. I know fully well that it is breaking the rules(Though I didn't at the time) and it is being edited as we speak.

A powerful jutsu, Ninpo Kuchiyose allows a ninja to summon animals, objects and the dead to fight on their behalf. The ninja normally signs a blood contract with the animal species, which allows him to summon different size and skill levels of creature

Niiro has a special summoning contract. Any animal that lived in his homeland can be summoned through this jutsu. Most of these animals have no special abilities, but each has their own trait that makes them great for summoning. However, there are some extremely special creatures, namely "Tryllium"

Effect-Both use their consciousness to preform certain abilities.. One creates time genjutsu, and one takes control over animals. Phane, master of time, is able to freeze time for a span of five seconds, or slow down time in a radius of 5m. around him. This technique is a genjutsu. He will project his consciousness into their minds, and begin slowing down the rate at which they can process events, images, sounds, and the like. This gives a slowing, or completely freezing, effect. Due to the amount of energy this takes, he must rest before preforming it again.(four posts minimum) While he is doing this he becomes incapacitated. Sebir, mistress of beasts, can take over the mind of any animal within the vicinity. This technique is a lot like Ino's, in that when she does it she will become unconscious. However, she can switch directly between animals almost instantly. The closer the animals are the faster its done, so how fast this is done ranges anywhere from a minute to two seconds. When they are both in the same area at the same time, they gain immense power, strengething their techniques greatly.

She will only eat metal, or living things. If the creature is over an hour-dead, she won't even touch it. While she is summoned, any other summoning must be a bear as well.

Effect- Son will eat a solid object. Using the energy from the digestion process, he will force his own "aura"(chakra) into his claws. His aura will give the claws a barb-like effect, as well as make them as cold as if they were covered in ice.

Effect- Son will begin this justu the same way he does Tundra Claw. However, instead of channeling his aura into his claws, it is forced into his vocal chords. Then, once he roars, he will let out a blast so cold that anything within a 5m radius of him will freeze over. This will slow humans, stop objects, and put out flames. This will also turn most of the area into a dangerous battlefield, making footing an extremely difficult thing to have.

about Phane&Sebir, these two cannot be used since time space jutsu are forbidden

That is why they were made an S-rank jutsu.

better, except for the wishes, no wishes, way to many possibilities for something immensely OP. also is sebir able to control just one creature or any number, and does it mean he can control any living creature including humans, or just animals

Um, and it says that she can control animals, meaning not humans. Also, its one at a time, but she can switch between animals almost instantly.

is there any restriction on the genjutsu, like how long it can be used, and also, there should be a different way yo activate it since it is rather difficult to avoid a projected consciousness, like maybe have the eel/snake thing wrap around the target or something

It says a span of five seconds. I will add in a cool down, but five seconds isn't much for the projection. Plus, any form of Kai or feeling of pain would end it. Plus, he has to be within 5m. of the person to have the strength to break into their mind.

Did you create this summon pet yourself? Well, you did a good job, but there's a few problems.

1. He's a bit too OP.

2. There's no way he could have created the 9 Bijuu. It seems like he is more powerful than Kyuubi, since it would take someone more powerful than the 9 Bijuu to create them. And Kyuubi is surpose to be the most powerful creature in the ninja world at this point.

3. Don't add him to the storyline. Custom Characters, Pets, Summons, ect. can't be added into the storyline like that. It just changes the whole story and everything.

Hmmm, I think everything there looks good but i don't know about the animal you have is allowed, the dragon...but nothing is that wrong with it. So I guess its' Approved

This wolf is also offencive but at the same time defencive. This wolf has the power to form water from its body and apply it in it's jutsu. like all wolves this wolf can track and sence when people are coming or if they have a trace of someone. When all three of these wolves are out at the same time they form the Tri-Form Jutsu. 10%

Nadara:

This wolf is the Omi wolf. It has the capabilties similair to what the nara clan do with there shadow tendrills jutsu. This wolf can made Shadow Tendrills form from its body, these can be used as an attack or they can wrap around the wolf to protect him from damage. This wwolf can also hunt and sniff* out people with a trace of them. this wolf is apart of the tri-form jutsu. 10%

Description: This jutsu can only be formed when the three main summoning wolves have been summoned. It can only be used by them and no one else. They all will start out spinning like if they where in the Man Beast Ultimate Taijutsu attack. There elements that they would use form around them, in the case for the water wolf the water would freeze into spikes around there body. The wolves would all start spinning and charge at the opponent, right before they will hit the enemy they will all stop in a pyramid form around the enemy. Theyw ould release a burst of chakra at the enemy. The chakra would form the shape of what ever element that the wolves where from. Each attack is a second away from the other, giving it harder impact on the enemy.

Boss Summon:

Wolf Lord Tsutaki:

This is the lord of all wolf summonings. He was the original summoning for one of the first ninja that lived in Konoha. This wolf has mastery over the will of the Fire and the Power of ice. From its original master thats where the wolf gained the ability to control fire and ice. This wolf has the ability to track, like most wolves, use jutsu, and keep there rider safe from oncoming attacks with there fur. takes 45% to summon this summoning.

Descriiption: This jutsu goes to the summoning of The Wolf Lord Tsutaki. It can only be used when it has been summoned and only by them. If the summoning is holding master on his back or if it is about to get hit by an oncoming attack it can raise it's fur above the rider or just raise it, the fur will harden making it recieve less damage and keeping the master safe

Description: This jutsu goes with the summoning The Wolf Lord Tsutaki. It can only be user when it has been summoned and only by them. The wolf would build up it's chakra then release it by opening up his mouth, the chakra would be in the form of ice particles going through the air. This jutsu has the ability to freeze an enemy in it's track but not strong enough to be used on another boss summoning.

Description: This jutsu goes with the summoning The Wolf Lord Tsutaki. This can be used by both the user and the summoning together. The wolf would build up chakra in it's mouth and release it by opening his mouth. The chakra would come out in the form either fire balls or a stream of fire. This could be used as a defencive attack and offencive.

Description: This jutsu goes with the summoning The Wolf Lord Tsutaki. It can only be used when it has been summoned and only by them. The wolf would build up chakra within there mouth and release it in one giant blow. Once the wolf opens his mouth a terrifying screeching noise will sound giving the master a chance to get in an attack. The master is affected by this to unless they have a device that can knock out sound.

History of Summon:

The summoning of the wolves was first discovered by a young elemenatlist Sage back when there werent nations just clans. The sage brough together four wolves, each wolf different from the next. He tamed them and practiced harnessing there inner chakra, he did this so the wolves could be able to use there chakra in battle. Years passed by before the elementalist sage brought each of the wolves a peice of elemental paper. This was to determine there element, The first Wolf had ther Will of The Fire. The second, had the calmness of the water. The third wolf had the power to bring forth shadows. The last wolf and the biggest of them all had both the power and will of fire and ice. the sage formed a contract with the wolves, he vowed to use them only when neccesary and told them that each and every one of them would be passed down from pupil to pupil. Tamekaze stumbled across this scroll when he was out shopping, he just needed a scroll to make his own summoning but when he discovered that this was already a summoning contract he applied himself on there and was then the knew Sage of the Wolves.
