Katon • Goukakyuu no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Fire Element. The ninja does the necessary hand seals, draws chakra from their mouth into their chest and them immediately exhales it. They then blow a stream of fire which erupts into a large sphere of flames. To better manage the flames the ninja will bring their hand to their mouth to control it.

Katon jutsu such as this are seen as a rite of passage into adulthood for Uchiha clan members. Once the member can manipulate fire, they are finally recognized as no longer being a child.

History/Background Story:Uchiha Sesmois is Uchiha Sesmois son.He was left alone when his father was hunted down for Sanbi.He was adopted by a family.That family only gave him a peice of Bread for all day.He was punished,by them.He runned away from them and was hunted down.He founded the Sound.He was captured by a group of ninjas who torturated him.He was all alone on the world.He got to Leaf but had to go to Hospital.They healed him but he had no money.But a strnage man payed the bills of hospital for him.He then started training hard.He knew one thing:His father wanted revenge!His father wanted him on Akatsuki!So he started training in Academy and got to Jounin.He becamed Anbu captain and then runned away for Missing-Nin.He stole and killed until he got recruited for Akatsuki.He became a Akatsuki meber and planed alot of atacks against Leaf and Sound.He wanted the revenge for the tortures.In an atack he was catched by Sound 5 and taken to Orochimaru.Orochimaru made him another experiment of the Cs.He has nightmaress about it.He has alot of anger for Oro.[i]

Well ....something is wrong..take out Temari's jutsu it needs a fan same as Temari's fan...
And only to remind you...gates counts as a S-rank jutsu that a ninja in this forum could only have 2 except for
Kage levels'

Actually Kitsuke. The only jutsu that requires her specific fan is the summoning. And even that just requires a big one and the contract.

the gates don't have a rank, only the jutsu that they can allow, and only eternal chaotic dance, the 7th gate, is s rank, peacock is a rank, and both lotus are a rank

hm, the gates do I believe, have a rating in which you can only open certain ones after a certain rank. Oshiroku made a note about it once... not that this is applicable.
