Fighting the Kazekage

Rock Lee was standing in the middle of the arena waiting for the Kazekage.

A man dressed in a white robe appeared, hands folded behind his back. He walked slowly, eyes covered ina large brimmed hat, tinged with strikes of blue.

"Hello there, you wear the mark of Konohagakure, is this how you wish to do your village honor?"

Rock Lee sighed."Want to spar?"He asked.

The Kazekage sighed, the noise protruding from behind his cloaked face. "If we must, come jounin, show your true power."

The Kazekage sighed once more, "So be it." The entire time, Seiyuuki had been performing hand seals behind his back, slowly and unbothered. Now, he inhaled, drawing in a large amount of oxygen, then, after pausing for a second, used his opening attack.

The shriek of a bird could be heard coming from Seiyuuki's mouth, his Pressure Damage technique tearing it's way towards Rock Lee in a blinding light of energy.

Atsugai is a destructive technique using the wind element. After forming hand seals, Seiyuuki will release the wind from his mouth, producing a bird's shrieking like caw. This wind is so powerful, it actually is bright white and solid in color, being able to be seen far in the distance. Essentially, it may tear through anything if it hits.

The technique gets closer..

Seiyuuki raised three fingers, and not that Rock lee could see it, all three of his kunai were swatted out of the air by the Kazekage's extendable chakra. The Kazekage then stood still, bored.

"Cowardice isn't a very good way to show honor at all."

This technique is an advanced variation of the puppetry technique, created by Seiyuuki, using many of the same concepts. Initially, the user sends his chakra out in a thin line. Once he accomplishes that, he molds the chakra into a shape, any shape at all. From there, he can either move the object with the use of his chakra string still attached to it, or simply disconnect it and use it as a solid object. Because these objects are made out of pure chakra, they are invisible to the naked eye.

Dynamic Entry is a well timed flying kick utilized to surprise the enemy. The attack can be utilized in a number of ways; attack from behind the enemy, using a kunai or shuriken to distract the enemy's field of vision, or plowing through a door or other barrier. The key to this attack is surprise and speed, as well as timing the kick so that the maximum amount of force is generated at the precise moment the kick makes contact. Rock Lee's version of the kick involves a loud and dramatic entrance introducing himself as Konoha's Handsome Devil after the attack.

The Kazekage leaned sideways, just narrowly dodging the kick as Lee's leg missed his ear.

"Fast, but inexperienced." The kage then slid out from underneath Lee, forming more hand seals.

"Godly Wind From The Mountains!" Placing his two palms together, Seiyuuki sent a tunelling vortex towards Rock Lee, attempting to attack him from behind.

Kami Oroshi is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Wind Element. To utilize this technique, Seiyuuki will form hand seals, using his chakra to guide accurate winds. He can then create an orb in front of wind in front of him, and have it burst forward in a long tunneling spiral, having it snake after his opponents. Anything trapped in this vortex will be torn to shreds.

Seiyuuki's body jerked backwards, his feet dragging in the dirt behind him. As the punch came near, the Kazekage's head bobbed out of the way, then bobbed around to the other side, putting some distance between himself and Seiyuuki, the movements were unnaturally quick and unpredictable, suspiciously unpredictable even. Perhaps Lee wouldn't figure out what exactly was up.

Seiyuuki then lowered himself into a fighting stance, one palm outstretched, the other above his head.

"You're doing well, you should be proud that you're facing off against the Kazekage."

Seiyuuki nodded, and then leapt high into the air. Spinning himself about, multiple shuriken, kunai and other throwing weapons began to cycle from his sleeves, homing in on Rock Lee. With every new revolution in Seiyuuki's spin, another round of weapons came out. Finally, he did a finally front flip, sending four kunai, each strapped with an explosive tag on them in Lee's direction.

Once again, the Kazekage hit the ground, then seemed to move out of the way, simply by sliding or drifting away from the blows. As he stopped, a long katana slid down Seiyuuki's sleeve and into his hand, where the master of wind then took up his fighting stance once again, this time with a bladed weapon.

Throwing the katana in the air, Seiyuuki formed more hand seals, then pointed both his index fingers forward. Appearing in front of Rock Lee was a clear translucent bear, roughly seven feet tall, composed completely of chakra. The bear was then hit by an electrical surge, bringing it to life, growling it's way towards the jounin.

Seiyuuki then caught the katana, watching as the bear was about to tear into Rock Lee.

Rock Lee jumped back and throwed a smoke bomb.He then disapeared.

The bear was soon engulfed by the smoke, however, being a chakra product of Seiyuuki, the smoke hardly effected, the bear seeing through alternate means. It roared out of the smoke field, Seiyuuki leaping onto his back. forming hand seals.

In response to his hand seals, one small spiral of wind formed in the middle of the smoke, spreading it in every direction. As the smoke spread, it wisped away in certain lines, certain motions. Lee may have been moving super quickly, but the smoke was still giving away his position. Carefully, Seiyuuki followed those motions with his eyes, ready to defend himself.

Kamikaze is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Wind Element. To utilize this technique, Seiyuuki will form hand seals, using chakra to guide accurate winds. He can then generate pillars of spiralling winds, or small tornados. Anything too close to this tornado will be thrown back, anything trapped within it will be torn to shreds. Additionally, the wind can be used to counter, or increase the potency of a fire technique.

Rock Lee thinking of a new plan,started thinking.He had an idea.Rock Lee came out of the ground and tryed to make a kick combo.

The Kazekage took the kicks, falling away from the bear, however, now that Lee was above the beast, it stood up, rearing over and attempting to knock him off. As Seiyuuki fell, he performed more hand seals, lightning charging to his arm and forming a crackling noise, before it fired off towards Lee.

Raiton: Hisan Chidori [Lightning Release: Flying Thousand Birds]

An advanced lightning technique based and designed around the chidori, Seiyuuki's version is practically the same. Firstly, he starts by channeling as much of his lightning chakra down his arm as possible, forming the chidori, it's from here that the technique changes. He will then hold up his palm, brace it with the other, and use a final push of chakra to launch the chidori. When he does this, the shriek of a large bird can be heard, and the chidori roughly shapes itself into a hawk. This still carries the standard powers of the chidori, if not even more so, due to the fact that more chakra has to be compacted into it, in order for it to maintain shape after it's left the body.

Lee got hitted by the Bast and flyed back.While back-fliping from the hit he saw the atack coming and flipped.He then used his speed to dodge up from the atack.He came down and runned toward the Kazekage.He tryed to kick him.
