The newest member

Kidate appeared in the desert village, hopping from wire to wire along the lines. Soon, he was at the heart of the village. Having completely wrapped his face with his scarf, only his ears peeked out. They twitched wildly due to the sand in them, but he didn't seem to notice. He had his soul back, now he needed a new home. Jumping down, he landed at the doorway to the office. Once he convinced the guard to let him see the Kazekage, he was escorted up to the door that barred him from the office.
"Kazekage, I would like a word!"

The door swung open suddenly and silently, Seiyuuki standing far from it, gazing out over the deserts from the highest view in the village. Turning, he examined his visitor up and down, trying to derive a reason for his sudden appearance.

"You are a nin, from another village, are you not?"

"Formerly? Cloud." He said. Smirking, he walked into the room and shut the door behind him. He unwrapped his head, letting the scar flow down. "I am here for two reasons." He said, waiting for a response from the Kazekage that stood in front of him.

Seiyuuki sighed once, hard and long, before sitting in his chair behind his desk.

"First, before I hear any reasons, why have you left the Cloud and to what extent may I claim you are a liability? Are they hunting for you, are you a criminal, explain. Please." he then reached out and poured two cups of tea, pushing the other one across the table and in front of a comfortable looking chair.

"And relax, just tell me why."

"Actually, I did not check to see if they are chasing me. I did not wrong their village in any way, I just left. You see..." He began, tapping his ring. A spear sprung from it and landed in his hand. "This is one of thirteen weapons. Each with a great ability. I have come to Sand because the Cloud did not recognize my talents. Also, my team annoyed me to no ends." He explained, going into detail about his team of Bijuu, him being the only normal one. Then he explained about the Apocalyptic thirteen, and how he had two of them already.

Seiyuuki's eyes stayed platonic, casually sipping his tea, listening intently.

"Alright, I understand your motive, that motive being primarily want for self-improvement and the means to do it. Now, why everything else, why are you telling me about these weapons?"

"That's the trick. You see, I would require freedom to travel at almost anytime, for obtaining this weapons is no easy task. Obviously you wouldn't get nothing in return. You see, I cannot wield all thirteen on my own, the power would kill me. So I will be giving a certain few to trusted individuals." He said, sipping the tea as he explained. He tapped his middle finger, and the spear reformed into a ring.

Seiyuuki nodded, the small tea cup now empty. Reaching over, he grabbed the kettle, pouring himself another cup before pushing it in Kidate's direction.

"You make an interesting proposal, and generally, I'm all for it. You see, I lack skilled ninja here, the village has been undefended for a while, and it's a miracle it's still intact. Here's my own proposal; all my ranks are open, but you need to prove to me, or at least indicate what you are capable of. As we speak, there are flags being set up between here and the border. They eventually circle back, but many of them are in very hard to reach places, and may require some skill to accomplish. Based upon how you do, I will rank you in the village, but as of this point, you are officially part of our military force and a resident here, making you my responsibility. You may go now, or later if you wish, I assume you will need time to relax. The clock will start as soon as you leave the village."

He then stood up and held out his hand, "But, thank you for coming forward and seeing me, try to have a good time while you're here." Seiyuuki's eyes, or atleast the visible eyes of the puppet accented themselves, indicating he was probably smiling.

Reaching for the kage's hand, he shook it. Then, turning he said over his shoulder, "Tell me if I will be searching on my own, or have help and I will leave immediately." He twitched his right ear, and began to wrap his face yet again, preparing for the task he would soon have to fulfill.

"There will be a jounin monitoring your process, but the flags should have been set up in a relative circuit, creating a path. With the winds, some may be harder to find, but all should still be there. Have fun!"

With that Seiyuuki stood again, a new cup of tea in his hand, staring out the window once more.
