Example: person 1 used jutsu and person 2 stated and posted that it didn't work but giving a valuable reason this is right right?

My point is the way he said his jutsu didnt work is him saying even though zod had control of it with his chackra kitsuke still had control

Well I got full control of lightning I have the god of lightning inside me and great I can do things to lightning which others cant.

Wes, you could had moved the thread if you felt it was in the wrong section.

Besides, what kind of technique does Zodiark use which allows him to control the opponent's chakra? I think you should look into that and disapprove it.
