Anyways, I have never seen a technique being redirected in the cannon. I doubt it will even ever happend.

I'm not only objecting against Zodiark's technique. Kitsuke sounds like he can do that too. I think all such abilities should be removed.

Though being grounded (which is essentially what you're removing when you don't let the lightning ground itself) would definitely amplify your pain, the lightning in this game is a little different, it's not natural. Natural lightning is instant, if it doesn't ground itself, it doesn't work. Half the time it connects mid air, the different charges in the ground and atmosphere working with each other. But lightning in this game is slower, meaning it has more time to not only shock but burn anything it touches, not like real lightning which is a where it hits and where it leaves type of deal.

Listen, they can say that it is not that effective or not effective at all. The truth is that they have to have a very valid reason, not just saying that he/she ran away from it or avoided it with super speed. I mean, say someone's skin was as strong as diamond and someone else tried to stab him. It won't work because diamond can only be cut by another diamond. See?

Remember Kisame using Water Dragon in Leaf? Kakashi comes and blocks it with another Water Dragon.
If Kakashi would to use Zodiark's Redirecting Technique, Kakashi would had controlled the Kisame's Water Dragon into another direction instead.
Hence I'm against that technique. The one who uses the technique should be the only one controlling the technique in whatever direction he wishes. Techniques should only be able to be blocked and dodged, not controlled and redirected.

Actually certain blades can too, they've developed plenty of them. Not everything is about what something is. Physics tell us, that as hard as something is, if you have enough force, or some other variable, like heat, or even cold, it's not impossible to beat.
