Join a clan by asking the leaders of the clan.

You can join the Wana if you want^.^ Once I register them...but you'd have to make you last name "Wana"

Life and Chakra points usually increase when you are promoted to a new rank. Genin's points are 100/100 and a Chuunin's points are about up to 300/300. We kinda only use them in the Chuunin Exams or in a special battle.
