Questions that need answers

Naruto-X is truely unique with rank, element, and point systems. It isn't anything like other RPs.

That aside, I need a better understanding of things so I can get the ground works for my character finished.

Anywaz, my first question was could someone post links to important things like new rules or the current storyline?
What are the current villages you can join?
What current ranks are avialable in those villages?

More importantly
What villages needs to be filled the most to match other ones?
Also what ranks need to be filled first to strengthen the chain of command in these villages?


Lastly (and hopefully a bonus for me lol)
Is it possible for me to start out with a higher rank, if I show a decent amount of skill in RPing?
Along with hardwork and being active on the forums, what else can I do to aquire a higher starter rank?
