Here's my plan:

-Use the Template

-Put at least 5-10 sentences in the Looks/Personality.

-At least 2 paragraphs in history, 1 if starting out at the academy or Genin, more arcs for higher rank.

-Jutsu's need a template, and so, here it is:

Name: Name your Jutsu. Jap name works too.
Type: (Ninjutsu, Genjutsu, Taijutsu, Fuuinjutsu, or Kenjutsu)
Element: (Raiton, Doton, Suiton, Fuuton, or Katon)
Range: (How far it goes)
Description: (What does it do, and how do you perform it?)
