Ok i need a approval in summonind but when i put it in summonind no mods or anyone would even check it. I wanted to know should i just put it in costum jutsu's instead of custum pet's/summoning?

I don't know what guidelines to follow when approving summonings.

Its in the custom pet if it does not need handseals nor scrolls and is with you all the time and i think those are summons that should be put in the custom jutsu.
