[Training] The way of the Drunken Fist.

Enishi moved the poles, causing Eki's arms to move inwards and in front of his chest, the same way Enishi stood when he was ready to fight. Backing up, Enishi pulled on the ropes, alternating each side, and making the one going forward go over top of the one going back, mimicing the act of a rapid serious of punches and also causing Eki to stumble forward slightly to keep from falling down. Moving almost seamlessly from the punches, Enishi slammed the poles against Eki's wrists, pushing him away, causing him to bend backwards and forcing him to quickly balance while in an awkward position.

"Whoa!"

Being pulled forward, Eki stumbled a bit, instantly recognizing how this was imitate being drunk. Being forced backwards then had him bend over, his back cracking audibly, paired along with Eki's groans. At one point, he tried to fight against the ropes, but the more he struggled the more awkward the positions became. Through twists and turns, rolls and bends he was dragged along, his body slowly getting used to the fluidity, finding it easier the more he relaxed. Soon enough he was back on his feet again, and the dance continued.

Continuing to bend and put Eki into awkward positions, Enishi also followed along, easily forming into the shapes he bent Eki into. During the training, Enishi would continue to slam the poles against Eki's wrist at random times, pushing Eki into positions that seemed extremely unbalanced, yet at the same time, even without the support of the ropes, Eki didn't topple over.

Although the beatings against his wrist were harsh, eventually, Eki became accustomed to it, his wrists tightening into a position where the poles still connected, but almost bounced off. Having nearly surpassed the form of training, Eki was now almost predicting where he was going to move, rather then simply let himself be guided. Now, he was flowing, moving so that the ropes almost put no pressure on his wrists. Eventually, he pushed his wrists back against the poles as they came towards him, splitting one of them.

He then looked up at Enishi, grinning. "Next?"

"well first off, you owe me for breaking that, those aren't easy to come by you know." Enishi discarded the rope and walked back over to the table. pulling out two glasses and an unmarked bottle. Sitting down, he motioned for Eki to sit down. "Now this is probably the easiest, and at the same time the hardest part of your training. While alcohol is the basis for this, it can be very dangerous. To little, and you lose the fluid movements along with the numbness that keeps us going. To much, and we can so easily lose ourselves in the alcohol, causing our view of the world to become distorted, unable to tell friend from foe, or finding ourselves unable to stop." Enishi's face was unusually serious, far from his normal carefree look. Holding up the bottle he looked at it and continued, "It is our elixir, yet it is also our poison."

Eki nodded, to both the repair on the pole and Enishi's lecture of the alcohol, choosing only to speak when he was finished.

"Well, I suppose there's only one way to start then."

Taking a seat across from Enishi, Eki lifted the glass tentatively, judging how much it could hold. He then reached over for the bottle, gently pulling it away from Enishi and pouring them both a drink. Raising it to his mouth, he found he could smell it's pungent flavor. Not having been one to drink often, he then summed up his courage, and tossed the glass back, coughing as he finished and getting a little red in the face.

"Whew! Potent!"

"I'd hope so, i paid top dollar for this." Enishi took a sip from his glass, but refused to drink any more. He was perfectly able to drink the entire bottle himself and still fight, but he was not going to be fighting today, he was here to teach. After he watched Eki down a few more drinks, he pulled the final stick out of the pot, a slim and tough stick and said "Ok Eki, it is time to move on to the final stage of this training."

At this point, Eki's head was already quite clouded, as his tolerance to alcohol was not quite as high as it should be at this point. Looking over at the stick he raised an eyebrow, leaning towards it, then back away from it.

"Yeh, and wa's tha for? hic!"

If anything, he was probably just a little above the level Enishi had been previously talking about, hopefully things would still go to plan.

Enishi looked over at Eki "Oh, this is just the chair leg of truth" Enishi chuckled slightly than picked up the large pot he had brought with him and held it out for Eki. "now this pot weighs somewhere around 100 lbs, and i want you to hold it using only your arms, no hands"

Eki giggled, before bending over and hauling the pot upwards with his back. At first, he used his hands to hold it and balance it, his entire body leaning back and his legs cycling to catch up.

"Ehehe.."

Righting himself, Eki's hands then fell loose, the lip of the pot being supported by his arms. FInally he nodded to himself.

"Yeeeeeeeeh."

"this is the first stance you will learn, Jun, the drunkard holding a pot. This focuses on using keeping your arms as if they are holding a pot, while using powerful two handed hits" Enishi stumbled around, moving his arms in circular motions, along with his entire body, while randomly thrusting out both of his arms at the same time as if attacking an unseen person.

As Enishi performed the techniques, Eki mirrored him, nearly perfectly, one hundred pound pot or not. It was quite evident at this point, that not only was the alcohol hitting him, there was a reason behind why it was used in the style.

Finishing the final spin and thrust, Eki couldn't seem to wipe the sheepish grin from his face. "Yeh? Thas too eaaasy."
