Description: This technique is a rendition of the Neko Henge technique. However, instead of turning into a domestic cat he turns into some form of wild feline. This can be a leopard, a lion, a tiger, or any other cat he chooses.

Name: Raibou no Jutsu - Lightning Rod Technique

Description: This is a simple technique utilizing Doton. The user will pull metallic minerals from the earth up near the surface. Then, by sending the minerals up, they form a pole of earth. With the metallic minerals at its surface, the pole will attract and conduct all of the lightning that comes into the area, sending it into the ground where it becomes harmless. Each pole can take eight strikes before shattering.

Description: This technique was made in honor of the new Mizukage. Utilizing Suiton the user will form a massive flower((The species being their choice)) in the air, made of water. The flower will hover above the user, acting as a source of water to make water techniques more usable. The technique can be used in smaller forms, and can spew mist to act as an escape mechanism.

Name: Hana no Hi no Jutsu - Flower of Ice Technique

Description: This technique is the exact same as Hana no Kiri. However, the water is formed into ice. The ice won't melt, and isn't terribly cold to the touch. When launched into the air it can began to make the field snow, chilling and putting out any flames produced from Katon up to B-rank in the area.

DENIED, make it something like..it will put out eny flames from a B- jutsu, snow dosnt exactly work as water would, it may melt down to water but it turns into very small drops that can be quickly evaperated.

Description: Chakra no Shouheki is a basic academy-level technique. The technique is a simple one, involving moving chakra around the user and solidifying it into a dome-like wall. The more solid the technique, the more chakra it takes, and the higher its rank. Depending on the rank of the technique it is able to block any chakra-based attack up to that level. A more advanced shinobi can meld in their own elemental affinity, allowing them to block any jutsu of that element up to A-ranked. This also makes it completely vulnerable to the element's weakness.
