"Well it's a little hard to give a personality to something like heat. I told you it takes more than a day to teach this to someone. So forget doing this your way, i'll grab that ball my way" Kisho dropped his leg weights and took off his clock, than said "Zatôichi" his eyes fogged over and his senses increased to a superhuman level, he was able to feel even the slightest movement and hear the tinyest sound "I've found you now" he could hear the beating of Ki's heart, feel the movement of the air as Ki moved, and even hear the lightening of his muscles. in an instant he was next to Ki as he grabbed the gold ball

ki smiled. "good, i was waitng for that. and it was good to use that as a last recourse. im prou of you." he touched kisho's eyelid and the darkness disapeard. "i didnt actually block out the sun, i ust collapsed your retnas for a second only letting in what i wanted to go in." he laughed. "okay, now its time for meditation."

"well jokes on you, i'm still blind for about another 8 minutes, and sadly there is nothing you can do about its, just have to let my jutsu take its course, but don't let that keep us from our meditation, please lead the way"
he motioned for Ki to lead

ki smiled. "okay. but ill prefer to wait. i dont want you to die. we're going to a place thats a bit hectic with animals and robbers." he sat down and pulled out a half finished caligraphy and a pen.

"don't worry, my other senses more than make up for my loss of sight, i can hear everything around me, feel the air move as objects move, so please, don't let this stop us"

"no, but you can sense heat. and even if your slightly crippled they will take advantage of that."

"You think this has crippled me, ha, i'm far more capable than you give me credit for, but if you insist that we wait, than fine, i'll wat.' he sat down and rested his head against a tree

ki stayed very still. he didnt know if he was asleep or awake. or just plain dead.

After several minutes Kisho opened his eyes and squinted as he saw how bright it was outside, he walked over to Ki and shook him slightly and said "Come on Ki, i can see now, lets go."

"okay." he opend his eyes and walked torward the distant mountain.

"So about how long will it take to get there?" he said as he peered off into the distance

"not long. its just a few hundred miles. we'll be able to get there at sunset."

"come now, I could caver that distance in about 4 hours, one if i didn't have my cloak." he shifted his shoulders and repositioned his cloak "But that would seem kind of pointless if i got there before you"

" this exercise is about patience. if you go around running, then theyll know you have that speed and use it against you. you must be calm and act like your a teenage weakling helping an old man over the mountain. plus, we're not only going there to meditate." ki laughed.

"Ok, i'll wait, but tell me, what are we going into the mountains for."

" to help me with this problem of mine." he held up his hand. it was growing scales and claws. "my bijuu has gotten out of hand and i need to purify my body. i do this every 50 years but i need to go a bit early this century because i didnt do it properly last time. purifying your body gives you great power but it also has healing abilitys. beyond that mountain is the great temple of my ancestors."

"well that would explain alot" he said as he put his hand on his shin and looked up "So, how long have you had a bijuu inside of you?'

"this is the reason why i said old man. im about 133 years. its been in my body since i was born. try to think with nine brains." he tighted his beads around his wrist and the scales receded a bit.

"Well that would be one hell of a headache, but you have told me how old you were. So, about how long is this purification take?"

"just a few seconds but you have to keep you mind clear and no distractions."

"I'll be as little of a distraction as i can." he chuckled slightly at the thought "So, how long have you been a monk?"

" some monks found me at the gate. i was still coverd in blood from being born so...yea. ive lived being a monk all my life. it was kind of hard when i was little but it got easyer when i started to know the history and practice of it."

"Well i guess being raised by monks would help, but i would never be able to live such a life. Honestly, celibacy no alcohol, i don't know how anybody could do it."

ki laughed. "but we were trained by the best masters in the world, by the best historians, artists and cooks. there was no fueds lost of patience and we got to hurt someone dearly if they tried to take our land wich was more often than you think.the reason i left was for the good of my people." ki remained smiling. almost like he was programed to.

"Well you can keep those things, i'll stick with my guilty pleasures" he laughed as he finished the sentence
