Wind's Jutsus*

Description: This jutsu is a passive effect, and is activated the moment she enters a topic. The ability can be only activated only after the armor has been broken by contact with physical, or mental contact. This effects the enemy from long, or close range as long as the user of this ability is attacked or affected by any technique, jutsu, or ability. The jutsu shields and protects Wind Lee with lightning particles automatically, and if the shield is broken by any means necessary; the one whom disrupted the shield is automatically stunned for 1 post, and if it is broken, it takes 3 posts for the shielding armor to take effect again. If the enemy(s) make physical contact with Wind, they will also temporarily experience chakra gate closing, and severe nerve damage.

Description: This jutsu can only be activated once Wind Lee has her first passive ability in effect (Electromagnesium Armor). Wind Lee will exert every ounce of electricity in her body in order to create a wave of electromagnetic exhaustion, thus unleashing a wave which will travel as fast as light making the attack nearly undodgable. It will immediatly disperse from her body, and affect anyone and everything in the area with a screeching sound which will block hearing for 3 posts; and as electricity particles flow through the air and affects the enemy it will stun them for 2 posts; but in the process, leaving Wind completely exhausted. Once the enemy is stunned, Wind will attempt to strive after shes been exhausted and try to exterminate the enemy as soon as possible. The exhaustion will occur to Wind for 2 posts. (The user of this ability MUST rp being exhausted).

Hum i think its good but i could be wrong have some one like Saruno or Kidate look at this i might be missing something.
