Looks: [Avatar]Kitaro is a very tall man and is usually overdressed and by that I mean he usually has plenty of cloths on. Kitaro has a pelt usually draped around his right shoulder of a white wolf that he had killed long ago. On his left shoulder there is a metal crescent that is spiked.

Kitaro also is always wearing a long white robe with red painted onto the ends. His Zanpaktou tucked into his waist belt. His waist belt is a bright yellow and deep blue color with symbols decorated into this. This waist belt hangs down to Kitaro's calf area.


Personality: Kitaro loves to hang out around women and drink his specially mixed drinks. In fact as a hobby Yaouchi goes down to the club and picks up a group of guys and an even larger group of girls and brings them to his private downstairs mansion room that has been transformed through hard work into a private bar made for Kitaro's special kind of drink mixing.

Kitaro ninja wise however is a pretty hard worker when he sets his mind to something. Even though he will say he is giving up constantly he never really means that is the end of his work. Another thing about Kitaro is that he knows when he is beat in a fight but he also knows when the opponent is just being to cocky. If that would be the case then Kitaro would not be affected by the hostile.

Kitaro also tends to stare people down when he locks eyes with them. Kitaro is not particularly interesting in his eyes or powerful in his gaze but his gaze will never waver and he never loses a stare down. No one is capable of defeating Kitaro's mental fighting face and glare.

One last trait about Kitaro is that he likes to change constantly about what he is doing and where and what he is wearing. Kitaro is all over the place all the time. So even if you do recognize he could be pretending to be someone else totally or trying to be someone else or even sometimes think that he truly is someone else.

Chidori

a Ninjutsu technique developed by Hatake Kakashi utilizing the Lightning Element. Chidori allows him to cut through any foe. Later, Uchiha Sasuke used his Sharingan and the training of Kakashi to also learn the technique. It was given the nickname Raikiri after it was said Kakashi used the technique to cut a lightning bolt in two. Chidori is used for assassination purposes. Activating the body to focus chakra to the hand, Kakashi and Sasuke's hand become enveloped by an electrical force. This force is their chakra altered in nature to an electrical current. By altering the shape of the force, similar to an electrical discharge, they can decide the power and range of the attack.
After concentrating all the chakra into the arm, Kakashi and Sasuke use their quickness and the power of the thrust from the chakra to pierce any object with the extended forearm. Because their opponent can easily counter the attack, it requires a Sharingan user to make the technique worthwhile. The Sharingan will allow them to predict any moves their opponent decides to make and send their strike home into the target. Due to the high speed, the force emits a sound like a thousand birds chirping which gave the technique its name. Because of the great amount of chakra needed to utilize the technique, the technique can only be used so many times during the day.

Raikiri double thrust

A ninjutsu technique that uses Raikiri for a base attack. This splits the chakra in the hand of raikiri in 2 and puts one in both hands. Each hand then can either use 2 raikiri's at half power or use hands with lightning chakra put into them for several minutes (about 10 posts). This consumes great chakra and requires expertise with the lightning element and a knowledge and mastery of Chidori and Raikiri.This jutsu can only be taught by the creator or someone the creator has taught.
Raikiri Ground Explosion

A ninjutsu technique that uses Raikiri for a base attack. This jutsu can only be used after Raikiri is being held in the users hand. This jutsu allows the user to slam his lightning elemenet chakra forced hand into the ground releasing the lightning into a fury of power that then erupts from the ground at the opponet going on in a straight line like this for .75 miles in any direction. by using extra chakra the user can force chakra into the ground after it to turn it but this causes some weakness feeling and extreme loss of chakra. This is one jutsu that can only be used by a true master of the lightning element and requires the knowledge of Raikiri and Chidori before use. This jutsu can only be taught by the creator or someone the creator has taught.

A ninjutsu tehcnique that uses Raikiri for a base attack. This jutsu is used to cut Raikiri into 3 pieces. This jutsu puts 1 Raikiri in each hand and the other enters the body increasing speed and strength in the legs and arms with the power of lightning itself for a while (7 posts) The other 2 Raikiri 3rds can be used as any way they could be used in the jutsu Raikiri double thrust which is required along with Raikiri and Chidori to use this jutsu.This jutsu can only be taught by the creator or someone the creator has taught.

Lightning Dragon Summoning

1st level summoning. Kitaro summons a dragon made of pure lightning this dragon is about 12 ft and 6 in long. This dragon can travel at extreme speeds and explodes causing pulse waves when colliding directly with Water or fire. This dragon can be ridden only by the summoner.
2nd level summoning. When the 1st level summoning dies or is dismissed and the battle is continuing Kitaro may authorize the next dragon to come onto the field. This dragon is made of obsidian metal and filled with a citrus blood mixed with regular blood causing it to have an orangish coloring and be thicker than normal blood. This dragon is always exactly 1.5 x the the physical strength of the user. This dragon may explode when it chooses to its blood raining down burning things slightly upon touch. This dragon is about 17 ft. and 9 in.
3rd level summoning. If both 1st and 2nd level summonings die or are dismissed the 3rd level can be brought out. This summoning is made up of a mixture of flames and darkness. This dragon may fire out a pure darkness sphere that follows targets for up to 2 posts. THese spheres if hit by them can absorb you into a dome of darkness. The only escape once in these orbs is to stab yourself in either the arm leg or torso. if you are caught in more than 1 orb you must stab yourself in a different arm leg or torso. Otherwise you can fight blindly and with limited hearing. This dragon may also fire flaming streams out of its mouth that explode on impact on anything exept for other fire. This dragon is about 21 ft. and 3 in long.
4th level summoning. if all previous dragons are defeated and Kitaro has been stabbed and has an open wound leaking out blood this dragon may be called out. This dragon has the ability to shift between pure mud pure lightning pure fire and pure water. This dragon takes 1 full post to change but becomes invulnerable to physical attacks during this post. the dragon once transformed becomes almost impervious to its element and gains the ability to fire out orbs of this element. These orbs are 10 ft square orbs (all sides 10 ft diameter 10 ft.) The dragon can travel at almost teleportation speeds and has the ability to recover others wounds by sacrificing 1 element it fully heals 1 person. (cant become a certain element again in that battle). This dragon is 35 ft long and 11 in long.

Evil sealing jutsu

a Fuuinjutsu technique used to counter-act the effects of a cursed seal. The ninja writes the needed seal characters on the ground and body of the person cursed with the seal. The ninja then forms the needed hand seals and places his hand over the cursed seal and then activates the written seal. The seal characters will then retreat to surround the cursed seal in a circular seal. Though the Fuuja Houin can work well against lesser seals, it will not be able to fully stop a cursed seal placed by a powerful, skilled ninja.

The Gogyou Fuuin would disrupt the Shishou Fuuin's ability to let the Kyuubi's chakra blend into Naruto's chakra.
Clone Chakra Robbing Technique

This water is then focused using Water Chakra towards the opponet. This then pins them down with the water and piles on top of the opponet. This causes pressure to slowly crush the opponet while the water around there head and body slowly drowns them.
Time cut Jutsu

a genjutsu technique that causes the target to see everything moving slower including themselves. This is not really happening but they see and move slow unknowingly. The opponet is the only one who can be seen moving at normal speed. This is a very disorienting jutsu and usually causes the target to throw up before the end or at the end.

turns the user into an almost invisible speck. The user is then sometimes mistaken as sand specks in the or when the light is bad usually not seen.
Water clone jutsu

a Ninjutsu technique that utilizes water to create a Bunshin clone. Unlike a normal Bunshin, the Mizu Bunshin has the ability to interact more with the environment due to it having physical substance. This allows the clone to carry out limited attacks on its target. The range of the clone is limited however, it can not travel very far from the original body. If the Mizu Bunshin is injured, the clone will usually revert back into its natural water state.

Chakra no Mesu is a special Ninjutsu technique used by medical ninjas. After forming the needed handseals, the ninja will focus chakra to their hands. When their charged hands reach the body of their target, they can extend the chakra internally into the targets body to cut and neatly slice their muscles and blood vessels without harming the surface skin. This technique can be used in battle, but because of its hectic nature, the fine precision required for an instant kill is not feasible. Damage can still be done to the vital organs, but the technique should be used carefully in battle.

Though it is called "Leaf's Ancient Supreme Technique", Sennen Goroshi serves more as an insulting shock technique rather than a skilled Taijutsu technique. The ninja forms their hands into the seal of the tiger, and then jabs their fingers into the nether regions of their target. The result is shocking violation of the targets sanctity and often their launching in the air to stop the awkward feeling.

Description: If the user locks eyes with an opponet the user can activate a chakra flow between the 2 people. If the eyes meet from 1-7 seconds the user may stop one limb from moving. If they lock eyes for 8-12 seconds the user may lock 2 limbs. If they lock eyes for 13-20 seconds the user can force them to make non lethal moves to anyone. IF they lock eyes for 21-30 seconds the user can force them to do complex actions that do not result in death to anyone. If they lock eyes for 31 seconds or more the user gains the ability to completely cut off all motions they make or force them to do any action including lethal ones to anyone other than the ones who locked eyes.

History/Background Story:Academy Arc: Basic academy student was Kitaro with nothing interesting exept for a love of Lightning and fire combinations. this causes him to be a fury in battle and graduate with flying colors along with only 1 other ninja from the ninja academy.
Kitaro remained a genin for about 2 years training under the hokage himself sometimes. He was taught Oodama resengan when he was about to go to the chunin exams by Naruto himself. He then after going to the chunin exams battled the kazekage in an odd exam twist for the 3rd part of the chunin exams.

Chunin Arc:As a chunin Kitaro was often put on guard duty and went on partner missions with Jounin and other rising star chunin like himself. He refused to become a jounin when first invited to because he had done so little as a chunin. He then completed several vital Leaf village missions and accepted the second offer to becoem a jounin.

Jounin Kitaro was dedicated to the leaf village and its kage Naruto and the waterfall village and its kage Modoroki. Modoroki was almost assassinated but Kitaro attacked the assassin and killed the would be assassin. Jounin Kitaro protected the village from all outsiders even though very few nin came to the leaf village at that time without special notice.Kitaro skipped Anbu rank after his personal training with Naruto and became a Sanin. He then became very interested in Lightning and Water and trained with the cloud village. He became good friends with the raikage but remained loyal to the leaf village and its kage. Kitaro finally after a long time waiting was again advanced and became the raikage after the old raikage passed away.

Raikage Arc:Kitaro was a busy raikage at first. he did everything he could but then he got lazy and pretty much started talking to the willows and getting along with them. he kept talking and helping them and later they rewarded him with making him there leader. He remained there leader and did a good job as Chikage by his standards and most others as he did a good job as Raikage although he went a little insane for a time. This caused him to be a little off with guests but now his time as Chikage was coming to an end.

Mountain Sage Arc:As a mountain Sage Kitaro hid away in the mountains. Duh he did. He trained special students that were like him in the past while he was still Chikage and a little after. But after Chikage and the transition was a long long story. Anyways Kitaro hid away in the mountains and while doing so he became in tone with nature learning about people and everything. He even kept a hut in the mountains where he recorded every moment of his history and only showed those related to him in some way the walls and walls of his hut. He still even visits this hut on occassion and records his life. Also in the mountains Kitaro learned the secret of not dying of old age. Simply by being him and living his life as the next level of Chikage Kitaro became immortal in the old age since so he is forever 24 years old.

Overgod Arc: As an overgod Kitaro learned some odd jutsu that only overgods know. Pertaining to the willows Kitaro became one of there worshiped ones due to Ki's help in teaching him and the help of one Gargenisis the old Over god leader when Kitaro lived on the mountain. Now Overgod is the level achieved after Chikage is passed and that is the choice road taken. There secrets are known only by them so I cant tell yall who are reading there secrets but I can tell you in the next post will be some overgod abilities. After the old overgod Gargenisis died Kitaro was nominated by the few remaining to take charge and soon after they all died leaving Kitaro as the only one and the one to decide if the chikage's are worthy to advance to the next level.
