Naizu's new jutsu's

Description: After a set of 10 hand seals, Naizu creates a large Sun like figure approximately
50 meters in diameter and 80 meters in circumfrance and has a base tempature of 900 degrees.
This massive creation can and will emitts rays of massive heat of up to 400 degrees from its
current position of 50 ft from the clouds to 25 ft from them. Upon being cast, "Sun" will form
above the clouds and can evaporate precipitation half way through its descent from clouds. This
can also project ray beams of heat towards enemies within Naizu's eye sight. This

Description: Upon "Sun" being cast, Naizu does two hand signs and the sky begins a light rain
of tiny balls of fire from "Sun". Naizu can choose to stop this at will or they will stop if
sun is destroyed. These balls of fire are 8 inches in circumference per ball of fire at 4
inches long. They hold a base tempature of 190 degree upon first decent but drop in tempature
depending on the weather.

Description:This is a mixture of energies that surround Naizu that allow him protection from
the immense heat of "Sun" during its time casted. This is formed from a combination of Chi,ki and
chakra and emitts from Naizu's pores.

seems a bit OP for your level

How so? With my training with Masa and Ki, I have the ability to do that. My kekkei: that knocks off the amount of chakra that would normally be used signifigantly. Also, as a missing nin, Naizu was able to practice what ever jutsu he wanted, so its not inconceivable that Naizu can do this.

2. your creating a second sun, you know how much chakra that would take no matter what your Kekkei is?

as for being a jounin, that says nothing for all akatsuki are jounin, as are most missing nin. creating a second mini Sun thats not anywhere near as close to the heat the actual sun gives off and not as hot as lava is is within my limits, and last, I don't even know how to up my rank from B, most akatsuki are weak except you and kam and you're basically impossible for me to kill right now...b rank is not somethin i can do anything about.

bu the way, jounin, missing nin and AKatsuki are all diffrent ranks, as they all have diffrent power lvls aswell
