This jutsu creats a strange fire that is unaffected by water or oil. It is able to be used for counteracting any oil or gas attacks without an explosion and fight water attacks, without it going out.

Name: Burning Earth Jutsu

Description: Sairyou fires a blast of fire mercilessly towards the enemy. The handseals reqire a bit of time as the fire he concentrates is superpowerful. This flame he blasts is like a solid, with the heat power to literally vaporize any earth or mud jutsus. However, it is easily put out with water.

Description: Sairyou jumps into the air and fires a large blast of fire, which then seperates and turns into a rain of fire. It has the power to burn small animal singularly but larger creatures can be burnt pretty badly as well.

Description: When a fire is present, Sairyou can whip up a tornado of fire. Though small it is poetent. Depending of how much fire there is power can vary.

Sairyou focuses a large amount of chakra into his back and suddenly flames explode out and form into wings of blazing fire. Not only do they provide flight for about 4 posts, but they can also fire out explosive projectiles. All projectiles explode at an 8 meter radius. A deadly and draining art.

An incredibly powerful technique that utilises the full power of fire. A burst of fire explodes upwards from Sairyou's feet and take on the shape of a giant firebird. Sairyou can control this giant flaming blaze, and use it for the most extreme combat if nesessary. The heat is that of a sun and will generraly exaporate any water and vaporise earth jutsus. It also makes a good deal of land around Sairyou barren. It is extremely draining and can only be activated once in a topic. The flame stays for up to 8 posts. (the fire is basically all of the chakra he could put into it and still live. He can control it with the chakra already in the fire.)
