Shin ( spar) vs anyone

Shin started pondering thought in his head as he had nothing better to do, he hoped that someone would come up and just spar with him so that he could know if his first fight would show he had potential, as he sat there he thought of a bunch of ways to win a fight, and hoped that his opponent would at least be happy with the effort he threw out.

"Hi Shin" Raitera merrily said while throwing a windmill shuriken to Shin.
"Want a spar? Dodge that thing for a start"

Raitera then uses Great Fireball Technique after he threw the Windmill Shuriken.
"Can this kid dodge my attack?" he murmured

and spinning sideways in the air increasing velosity and torque on the windmill shuriken,throws it back,
mean while the fireball jutsu came rearend and apeared to have hit him but in that instant of suposably impact shin instantly apeared where he started on the ground sitting.
" did I dodge well? Raitera? hope your impressed"

this jutsu I use is a special jutsu I made. I wonder if you can figure it out?"
