At D-rank, the Imp may use the following:
Name: Fire Technique: Fireball Jutsu
Rank: C
Element: Fire
Description: Makes a fireball that flies to the enemy. This technique is typically a early Uchiha clan technique, used to prove their worth in the ninja world.

At A-Rank, the Imp may use the following:
Name: Fire Technique: Grand Fireball Technique
Rank: B
Element: Fire
Description: blasts a larger version of the fireball technique at the enemy, dealing much more damage.

Name: Concentration Technique: Demon Enhancement
Rank: D
Element: None
Clan: Meoni
Description: The user looses control of him/herself and enhances the demons power. All demons gain vitality and speed, and a little chakra as well. Applies to all summoned demons.

Accademy Students can't summon and most genin cant either, so I'll approve with the terms of post genin for use.
