Description: One of Sairyou's lesser summons. Although large and powerful looking this Phoenix is quite a softie. He tends to have a disdain for fighting prefering a nice game of wits. He is Sairyous healing phoenix.

Element: Fire (Healing)
Description: Ninjiro can create fire that is hat enough to cauterize wounds without causing any discomfort. As impossible as it sounds, it is acutally quite comfortable to whomever is healed.

Name: Phoenix Down
Rank: B
Element: Healing
Description: A more advanced way to heal from Nijiro. He can use a single feather from himself, and heal almost any wound instantly, taking a few more posts on a serious injury, and about 5 posts to revive someone fatally injured (only if it has been at the most an hour since their fatal wound was made)

Name: Shoidan
Appearance:
Description: Shoidan is a battle phoenix, on of the highest ranking ones so that he has obtained his fighting flames. He can sear large amount of land with his massive flames, making him a perfect battle partner for Sairyou.Although he can be a little jumpy at times, he is often just paranoid that an enemy troop may come in for a surprise attack, although the war did end a while back...

Name: Sear-the-Sky
Rank: B-Rank
Element: Fire
Description: Using the immensely hot flames he can use he Shoidan can send fire to the sky and literally turn the sky red, hence the name. He can feed his flame oxygen up in the sky, and splash it all down to cover a large amount of area. As much area as Sairyou will let him sear actually.

Name: Fire Bomb
Rank: B
Element: Fire
Description: Generally a simple move, but much more destructive, as a phoenix's fire is imbued with large amounts of chakra. Shoidan wflaps his wings and explosive fire projectiles fly out at a large speed. The explosion radius is around 20 meters around the impact zone.

Length: Blade = 6 Feet | Hilt = 2 feet

Width: 3 feet.

Material: Phoenix Talon is the blade, a bunch of metal for the rest of the sword. Hilt is wrapped with a special fabric that doesn't transfer heat to the hands of the wielder.

Weight: About 27 lbs.

Abilities: The blade is split down the middle to the swirling pattern. It can open up like a giant pincer and erupts a large amount of flame, which is molded into the shape of a larger, more powerful blade. (About 15 Feet long and 5 feet wide and made of fire now)

Info: It was a speacial order from Sairyou to the Land of the Forge. He got his order about 1 year later, as a Phoenix Talon was hard to come by. However, the Land of Forge found the material and got the blade to him. It was very costly to Sairyou, but he finally obtained his blade.

B-Rank? that's low for a healing jutsu that can heal wounds almost instantly.

Reviving? No thanks, unless it's an S Rank, because reviving is supposed to be slightly restricted. Reviving can only be recieved to those who are Sannin and up, and have the skill specialty of Medical Arts, no summons, unless they are quite high rankings. A little.. overpowered and way to heavy for a chuunin? Saruno can barely carry his Yuui, a 9 foot sword, and your thinking you can get a fifteen feet long one? Shorten the length and width, my good sir. And make a paragraph or two to explain exactly how you got it. Not just a sentence, please. And the weight is a little to light for how large the blade is. And talk to Zane, whom is Saruno, to speak about the fireball shooting thing.

I would like to say that everything here is way too much for a Chuunin to have.

Yep unless the Chuunin is S-rank.

I think that 20 meters is a very long range for any type of bomb, especially one that is B rank and it can shoot many of them.
