Vizer tends to don his Akatsuki robe, but under it he has a gold and black ninja outfit. Vizer stands about 6'4 and has fair skin with multiple scars around his abdomen and his back. But none have made it to his face yet. He has black eyes which have been growing into slits lately. He has short black hair that does not lay down but stands up. But no one sees it because he usually is wearing his mask. On his back is his weapon Juyuri. He has the usually standard black ninja boots with a steel top. Under his mask Vizer is quite handsome

Personality: Vizer is not completely evil and but has it in his heart to destroy everything that gets in his way. But he is not one of insane killers that kills for no reason. He only kills when he needs to. But even then that is not for sure depending on his attitude for the time being. He is also not very forgiving. Failure is not an option in his book. Though he wasn't like this in the beginning. At first he was kind and caring person, dedicated only to the preservation of his village.

But things changed when the Village elders passed him up for promotion to the Seven Swordsmen, to be assassinated instead. After defeating them his personality changed completely. He no longer cared for anyone. He knew just how cruel and deceiving people could be. He began to turn colder and colder after that day. And his mercy is known to no one. If he ever shows it. Its for a purpose. To the members he works with he tends to keep it emotionless if possible. But he doesn't like failure from either. His rage could be terrible if you are at the receiving end.

Vizer's coldness knew no boundaries and has it out personally for the Village Hidden in the Mist. His purpose is to completely destroy the higher caste of the entire village. Depending on the circumstances he would probably take control of the village as Mizukage. But would still be Akatsuki Leader. As leader of the village he would start a war to end all wars. The never ending war. But this could only come to part if he captures all the Bijuu and extract them so that he would have the power to effectively annihilate anyone that would oppose him. Then he would reveal Akatsuki to the world. But by that time they would be invincible and no one would be able them. Not with that much of amounted power. With these amounted plans he has trained himself in unlimited patience. With the capture of the Bijuu's could take years. But the prospect of the destruction of the Hidden Mist Village and his eventual ascension to the leader of the world fuels his ambitions. Many organizations are delaying this inevitable but they would fall sooner or later. And then he would usher in a new reign of peace. Under his guidance he would control all wars and there endings. Rather big or small. This would be his paradise.

The user can also combine this tech with Kirigakure no Jutsu and make the entire area a blinding blanket of mist in which they can still fight, unlike their opponent.

As they approach, a replica of the sword will appear in their other hand and is indistiguishable from the original. When they attack with both swords, the target will likely avoid the original sword. Whatever they do, the sword that is avoided or blocked instantly switches positions with the replica sword, allowing the real sword to go unevaded and unblocked. As this is not a Genjutsu technique, is is practically impossible to predict or see through.

Description: Standing at distance from the target, the user will hold two swords - one in each hand. They take a moment to charge elemental chakra to each, though this technique only works with Katon [Fire], Raiton [Lightning] and Fuuton [Wind]. With a vicious slice, each blade releases a volley of cresent-shaped energy blasts. Two volleys of these can pin down and seriously damage a target, though the added effects beyond significant bodily damage depend on the element or elements used: Katon [Fire] - when the blasts explode, they release a short explosion of scorching fire each. Raiton [Lightning] - when the blasts explode, they release a short detonation of paralyzing electricity each. Fuuton [Wind] - when the blasts explode, they release a short flurry of tearing winds each.

Description: The move is began by holding the hilt of the sword with one of the user’s hands, and the other hand on the tip of the sword. Because the user is holding the end of the hilt, the range of the thrust Is considerably increased. Only medium sized weapons.

The Dance Of The Wheeling Sword Six Successions • [Kaiten Kenbu Rokuren]

Description: The attack involves the user gripping their short swords backhanded, then slashing the opponent six times in rapid succession, from both sides. It involves rapidly spinning around three times, while holding the sword backhand, to slash the opponent thrice on both sides in an instant. Can start from either side.
Special: Enemy must be within a range of 10ft. (approximately 3meters). Only light or medium sized weapons.

Description: A skill that is normally used when the opponent is rushing in for a Taijutsu attack. Gathering fire chakra into the air and condensing it upon the ground. As the opponent goes to strike, a flaming wall will appear before the user. This jutsu is effective at blocking Taijutsu attacks, and will end up burning the opponents hand in the process. Metal Projectiles though easily pass through this. This shield lasts for a maximum of two turns.

Description: A skill that is a very widespread jutsu which is most effective when dealing with multiple enemies. Fired off from the body, the user sends off a spiraling set of small fireballs towards the opponent. This attack able to cover a larger area, can also be combined with objects such as shuriken and any other spinning projectile, and have them disguised within the flame. Sends forth five fireballs.

Description: A skill which can be used in order to protect the user. Gathering their chakra into the air and having it spin around them, a flaming whirlwind emerges around the user forming somewhat of a protective barrier. Normally it is used to deter the opponent from continuing their Taijutsu attack, but can be used offensively to send an opponent whom prefers close range a good distance away because of its spinning force.

Description: A skill in which generates a circular flame upon the ground, raising up bars of flame and a covering over top. Touching the sides results in various burns, and while this jutsu is used it can be linked to any other fire jutsu and the jutsu will be fired at the person inside the prison. This jutsu lasts for a maximum of two turns.

Description: A skill which will spew forth a strange ash from the mouth, it covers a wide range around the opponents body. After a few moments, the ash will then combust into a powerful flame entrapping the opponent, partially exploding and causing massive burning damage to an opponent.

Description: A skill in which is one of the most difficult fire based jutsu to master. Within the sky fire chakra is imbued into the clouds from the user. This skill can also be dangerous to the user. This jutsu lasts for three turns.

Description: A skill where the user calls upon static electricity from the air and channels it through their own body. This static electricity can be gathered within a particular part of the body, and only released after touching another object/person. Normally the user would channel the electricity to their fist, yet that does not have to be the case. Once the user touches an object/person with the charged body part, it will channel the electricity through it. If a person is the target, it can cause them to momentarily become numbed. If an object is conductive, they will become electrically charge (Thus making some metallic projectiles, or weapons, deadlier.)

Description: A skill that is normally used after a Lightning jutsu, to add a thunderous effect. When the lightning jutsu strikes, it will utter forth a shock wave which will send the opponent backwards. Increasing the distance between the user and the individual effected by the skill by 10 meters, giving a greater opportunity to plan the next attack.
Special: This jutsu effect will be add to another Raiton jutsu of the same or higher rank, and not be used individually.

Description: A skill where the user utilizing Lightning Chakra, various sparks of lightning appear within the air. Within moments they transform into humming birds, giving off this loud humming sound, The humming birds will then rush the opponent, spreading out to hit even multiple targets. Description: A skill that is normally used during the midst of a rain storm. The user will send forth a lightning bolt from their hands, that will be channeled through falling rain drops. When hitting the rain drops, the lightning will separate and scatter, turning into many smaller lightning bolts. Which all are concentrated towards the opponent, to shock them from multiple directions.

Description: Brings forth lightning that is compressed into a ball. This jutsu is dangerous and the drilling effect may turn into a pierced body.

Description: A lightning jutsu which harnesses a lot of raw lightning power. The main power of this jutsu is creating long extensions of electricity from the hands. Swinging them around, it tears through the surroundings and creates a massive wave of destruction, leaving the area in a state like if torn up by a tornado.

Description: A skill in which the user gathers lightning chakra into their own blood, and summon forth a great being of Lightning. This large bird created from Electricity, will flow before the opponent and create a powerful barrier of lightning around them. The beast will then gather up electricity off a large concentrated blast of electrical energy down through the top of the barrier. If the blast does not hit the opponent, the force of the blast will flow outwards and send the opponent into the electrical barrier causing damage.

Shadow Clone Technique • [Kage Bunshin no Jutsu]

Description: Kage Bunshin is a forbidden technique, that has been a controversial for many years. The Kage Bunshin aka the Shadow Clone, is a clone of the user that is a true clone of the user, that can attack and think on its own, while having 75% of the Stats, plus they can do the same jutsu the user can (except Bunshin Type Jutsu). This jutsu was initially made for spying purposes because once the clone is dispersed, the user and any other clone of his will get all the information gained with that previous clone. Maximum of clones made is four.

Explosive Shadow Clone • [Bakuretsu Kage Bunshin no Jutsu]

Description: Bakuretsu kage Bunshin, is yet another kinjutsu derived from its original jutsu, Kage Bunshin no Jutsu. Its said to be a very powerful Ninjutsu technique where the ninja creates a suicidal Kage Bunshin (shadow clone). After creating it, the clone can detonate himself and explode in combat, taking anyone immediately surrounding it out. When used in close combat, without the enemy noticing, this technique can be quite deadly.

Multiple Shadow Clone Technique • [Tajuu Kage Bunshin no Jutsu]

Description: This jutsu is even more powerful then the Kage Bunshin ability, because the Tajuuu Kage Bunshin literally means Multiple Shadow Clones. The user can create multiple shadow clones, using less chakra needed then in the regular Kage Bunshin. All of them being able to attack, and do the same things the user can. However when struck, they will burst into smoke. The clone conditions are exactly the same as in Kage Bunshin no Jutsu, except no extra chakra may be granted to them.

History/Background Story:

Academy ARC: Kyogi was born in the Hidden Mist Village. He lives peacefully in the Mist village. His mother and father were one the more respected members of the village. As seen from his upbringing he was an excellent fighter. So his parents sent him to the ninja academy to hone his skills and make him even greater. He did not disappoint them. After years in the Academy it was apparent that he was a natural born fighter and he graduated the Academy with honors. He is now Genin proving his worth as a ninja.

Genin ARC: Mission after painstaking mission. Kyogi completed without fail, even though most of his missions were trivial amongst the citizens of Kiri helping them out with even the most tedious tasks. But he did them nevertheless and he was quite popular for it was well. He was put on a team with respectable members and they got along fine enough to progress their missions and such. After going on countless D and C ranked missions they all requested a higher ranking mission to their sensei. So their sensei got them a B rank mission where they had to protect a feudal lord on his journey to a neighboring town for an important meeting dealing with the problems with rebels. Ironic enough they ran into a group of them who had ambushed the company everyone defended themselves but were unable to defeat them except their Sensei who flawlessly took out all the rebels. They completed the mission soon after.

But Kyogi noticed the big gap in powers between him and the world. He noticed just how weak he was compared to others, especially his teammates who began to take notice in this gap. But after a years worth of being a Genin it was time for the Chuunin exams. Difficult and arduous as the tasks were Kyogi proved himself worthy and was promoted to Chuunin with flying colors. At the expense that his so called friends shunned him because of his abilities. So Kyogi then began to stop being so opened with other people to avoid situations like that.

Chuunin ARC: People were beginning to see just how powerful Kyogi was going to become. His appearance was drastically changing from handsome to kind of deadly handsome. But he was also becoming very dark in his personality. Usually a very open and charming, was now somewhat distant and dark. This was probably due to the many harder and difficult missions he was now taking. Alot of blood had been shed by his blade. And the mental affect was taking its tole. It was highly unnecessary for so much blood to be shed but it needed to be done to keep the safety of the village and any other being. After being elevated to the prestigious rank of Chuunin Kyogi was bound solely to the commitment to his village. He had taken a team compromised completely of Genin. And he was a great leader. They went on many missions and completed them flawlessly.

And his first team grew up over the years together and they too became Chuunin like himself. Over the time the Mizukage watched his prowess and was pleased to see that he was exceptional on all levels. Leadership, power, and strategy was all apart of Kyogi, and the Mizukage liked that. So after his final mission as a Chuunin he was promoted to Jounin and was given another team as well. He was well on his way to acquiring true power.

Jounin: It was well developed after going on the dangerous missions with his team he was suddenly very aware of the situation with himself. It was around this time in his life where he had made his first friendly kill. It wasn't a grand relief to finally be rid of the bad guy like a lot people thought. For the person he had killed was his friend, someone who had the betrayed the Village and went AWOL. It was the hardest thing he had ever had to do in his life, something that would haunt him for years to come, but would eventually fade. As a person whole and wide. He was on his way to achieving great power.

Kyogi was a powerful shinobi indeed. After training for years he had finally gotten the power he so long sought for. But it also came at a price. So many friends lost in his struggle. So many betrayals its was sickening. He had endured to many hardships to be the person he once was. But the hardships made him stronger, into the respected Jounin he is today. He's on his path to making a name for himself. And for his village. It was indeed this time where he really began to think about what he wanted to do with his life. The protection of his village, or the power that so manifests within him, waiting to grow.

It was around this time that Kyogi started hearing about Akatsuki. A organization comprised of mainly S-Ranked ninjas. Their objectives were unknown and that they were extremely dangerous. The Mizukage had given him the task as with other High-ranking ninjas to kill or capture any members sighted within their land. But they never got the chance to fight any of the Akatsuki. They seemed to have had disappeared. Throughout the land and word of there whereabouts was unheard of. Kyogi was infuriated at this thought. His thoughts of getting rid of them and using this opportunity to get his recommendation to be a Seven Swordsmen were out the window. Though he was the more powerful of the Jounin's at the time did know that the Village Elder's did not trust him.

Akatsuki Leader: His power had been growing even more lately. And his need to further it was greater then that. The Village elders were seeing this under great scrutiny. It came to a point where they could no longer ignore how powerful he was becoming. Instead of asking him to become one of the Seven Swordsmen as he thought they would eventually. They sent a team of Assassins after him. If it wasn't for his many years avoiding such things. He would of died that night. But he managed to kill the squad of Shinob. The last person before he cut his throat he asked the man who sent him but the man had committed Hara-Kiri before he could attain any information. But things did not add up.

These ninja's were exceptionally skilled but who would order his death. Though he was known throughout his Village as fierce warrior. His renown around the world wasn't as great. So he concluded that the order must have came from the Elders and the Mizukage. . He fled the village. It wasn't long after that he ran into Akatsuki. A group he at one point tried to stop. He quickly took control of Akatsuki. His purpose known only to him and those loyal to him. He took the name Lord Vizer. Only those from the Village knew his real name.

Not long after his ascension to Akatsuki Leader he had made a pact with Snake Boss Kazuya. His fascination with snakes rivaled no one. And he began to do experiments. He was smarter then a lot of Shinobi in this time and he wanted to surpass them where no Ninja has ever gone. One of his experiments lead him to do it on himself. Where he made himself more physically capable of doing things no other human could do. The Soft Body Physique modification was one of the most painful experiments he did on himself with the help of his clones (Couldn't trust anyone). The experiment was a success. It allowed him to maneuver his body in angles that would surpass any acrobat. Able to twist and curve over someones body, and was also able to stretch his arms, legs and neck well beyond normal lengths. It made him a lot more dangerous in close range combat that an opponent might not even think of.

Naga smiled as a Clone exploded from behind him. He was too fast in the air to be caught by a single explosion from one clone. Naga flew over Renjiro as he still sat meditation on the lake, and made a run back to Shirio. Naga knew he would be a dangerous opponent. But he would not be able to fight the man wholeheartedly if he wasn't able to concentrate. The Jounin Shirio had to be dispatched. Shirio had ran towards Naga, and had inadvertently stepped on the water.

Naga quickly made some handsigns. A water clone seeped up behind the Jounin. As Shirio was busy activating an explosion so close to him, Naga's water clone quickly made some handsigns and stuck his hand out from the back of Shirio. A ball of water began to encircle around Shirio. There would be no escape from this jutsu unless Shirio had surprise up his sleeve.

Now that Shirio was imprisoned, Naga had to stick close to his water clone. So he appeared back to where Shirio was imprisoned. And landed right next to his clone and Shirio on the water. "I'm not gonna kill this one yet. But he won't get away with trying to kill me either," Naga spoke almost conversationally with Renjiro. Naga began to change as glowing veins began appearing all over his body. His hair stood up, and his wings changed back to gold. "Ayatsuriryoku," Naga said aloud.

A blade made of pure chakra extended from his hand to 3 feet. With a smirk almost to big for his face, he stabbed forward towards Shirios abdomen. Not hoping to kill him out right. But to make him suffer for making a foolish mistake as in to trying to kill him.
