battle for akatsuki leader (brawl)

i know some claims have been made for the title but all akatsuki should have a shot at it since there is no current leader or the leader is inactive or there has been complaining (it is 1 or more of the previously listed reasons) but the leader should be strong and have the tactics to win over other members so here are the rules and setting.

rule1. if 1 member posts 1st and no one posts within 24 hours the entire thing goes to that memeber
rule2. if a member is defeated in combat or retreats they cannot reenter the brawl
rule3. members may team up on anyone for as long as possible
rule 4. there may not be co winners
rule 5. follow regular ninja battle conduct rules (ex. no godmodding, double posting...etc.)
rule 6. the setting may not change unless a jutsu changes it (no moving areas)
rule 7. all battle moves must be posted on this topics and may not change topics if topics change all users involved will be disqualifyed.
rule 8. all members of the akatsuki will accept this as the way to decide the leader or leave the akatsuki with no random pmings to me about this being unfit test and such or they will be disqualifyed from the brawl or kicked from the akatsuki no kidding so dont even try it
rule 9. a member is considered defeated when they surrender, do not post for 24 hours, or are obviously defeated

setting. forest with lots of trees expanding seemingly on forever. There are a few lakes scattered around and each lake has a couple rocks and stones and such things near it. it is summer time so the trees are in full bloom (no dead trees to spot hiding places and such) . There is a large tree that the top cannot be seen in the middle of the forest. THe forest is approximatly 100 square miles. There is a small river flowing to the tree from the northeast side. all lakes are approx. .5 square mile

Kisho silently walked through the woods, making sure to keep from making a single noise, holding his sword yamato at his side, his right hand hovering over the hilt of it.

Metaru was hidden, remaining absolutely still. With his stealth technique on, he was blending in perfectly with the leaves up in the forest's canopy. Slowly, he reduced his breathing to a mere fraction of what he normally took in, reducing his energies to near zero. In this way, he became part of the scenery, completely undetected. Having thus erased himself, his conscious expanded to focus on the rest of his environment.

His eyes shifted, refocusing and catching the glint of light off Kisho's sword slowly followed by the light, very light padding on wet leaves. Staying perfectly still Metaru didn't wait for his opponent to get close, if anything, battling Kisho required him to keep his distance. Moving slowly, Metaru clasped his fingers together, forming a hand seal and concentrating his chakra. In response, a metal clone leaped out of the ground, formed from the raw minerals of the earth. It stood stock still, raising it's hand and beckoning Kisho forward.

Magnetic Release: Mining for Ore [Kinzokuton: Saikutsu Aragane]
Type: B rank, Supplementary
Description: This technique was designed by Metaru to make it possible for him to utilize a wider range of jutsus at once. Using his magnetic chakra, Metaru can draw raw ore and other metallic minerals from the soil, stockpiling them at his feet. From this pile he can then use his other techniques. There are a number of drawbacks including the fact that not all soils are as rich in minerals, nor are those minerals imbued with his chakra. Every technique used from this technique, requires more chakra for Metaru.

Magnetic Release: Metal Clone [Kinzokuton: Kane Bunshin]
Type: B rank, Supplementary
Description: A powerful clone technique, Metaru's Kane Bunshin technique creates clones out of metal. Though these clones would never pass for a real person, their usefulness in battle is unrivaled by any other clone. Forming the clone out of metal nearby, this bunshin is completely solid straight through, making it one-hundred percent more durable then most other clones. Not only can these clones take hits, they can deal them out even harder, weighing nearly five-hundred pounds each. Though they can't perform any of Metaru's earth jutsu, due to their conductive nature, they're able to channel and create simple lightning jutsu, as well as use their own composing material to attack the opponent with metal techniques. This goes from most of Metaru's metal bound techniques, to even altering their body and limbs.

taking a sword drawing stance, he kept his position, bending both of his legs at an almost 90 degree angle with his left leg out in front and his right leg behind him, both hands were at his left hip, his left hand holding onto the scabbard while his right hand maintained a tight, yet loose grip on the swords hilt

The clones arms changed at this point, becoming long and spindly, they split off into three tentacle like tendrils each, one set lashing out and attempting to grab hold of Kisho's sword hand, the other set attempting to lash out at his face with the power of a whip.

kisho stepped between the three tendrils, each of them passing on either side of him, drawing his sword he spun it around, slicing through all three of the tendrils and sheathing his sword again in one fluid motion, causing the severed ends to fall to the ground with a dull thud. jumping back he, again taking up his sword drawing stance, waiting for the nest attack

Metaru smirked from his hiding spot, exceptional, but not necessarily surprising. The clone stood there, looking a little shocked, it then however, regrew the arms, appearing to be normal again. The tendrils on the ground, then tethered themselves down, while attempting to encircle Kisho's feet, just as the metal clone leaped forward, it's arms turning into large clubs as it attempted to batter Kisho.

Metaru took this chance to reposition himself within the forest, vanishing to another nearby spot, this time on the ground, somewhere behind Kisho. Now, bit his thumb and formed more hand seals, then placed both his hands on the ground. His right hand created his earth flow river technique, turning the ground, in a large wide line from him past Kisho into a mud river. His other hand immediately made a summon, Ermine, his small scouting stoat, coming forward and using it's own stealth technique before leaping off into the trees. With all of Metaru's attacks homing in, he then flickered off again, resuming his hiding somewhere else in the trees.

Earth Release: Earth Flow River [Doton: Doryuu Taiga]
Type: Rank C, Supplementary
Description: Doryuu Taiga is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Earth Element. The ninja will do the necessary hand seals and transform the ground upon which the enemy stands into a river of mud.

~Ermine~
One of the lower scale summons, Ermine requires little chakra, as he is simply a to-scale stoat, being very small in nature. His uses as such are limited, and he is not normally a summon used in battle, but rather more of a reconnaissance unit, being very small and agile. Highly intelligent, Ermine can speak, although his vocabulary is limited.

~Techniques~

• Suterusu no Jutsu [Stealth Technique]
  Using her chakra, Ermine develops a field around himself that throughly traps and bounces light off in different directions. This renders him completely invisible. This does have flaws however, as he is not invisible on the entire light spectrum, as some light is refracted back in the direction it came. Essentially, he is invisible to the naked eye, but upon close examination an odd distortion can be made out.
  
  
• Lightning Release: Static Collection Skill [Raiton: Seiteki Korekuto no Jutsu]
  Having a natural chakra alignment of lightning, Ermine is harnessed by his smaller size, but manages to use this technique quite effectively. First, he gather static electricity. Not only can he do this naturally, his affinity allows him to do it at a much quicker rate through his fur. Then, he can forcefully discharge the gathered static through his teeth. Though this seems rather ineffective, it becomes much stronger if he pierces the skin. Additionally, a strike near a clouded nervous region will thoroughly paralyze his enemy for a few minutes.

Kisho stepped forward, stepping on the metal tendril, causing it to sink into the mud. jumping off the tendril, he drew his sword, easily slicing the metal clone up the middle, passing through the two halve he kicked both of them sending them flying through the forest in opposite directions. landing on the ground to the side of the mud, he slid the back of his sword against the scabbard before sliding it into place, causing a loud click as the hand gaurd his the scabbard. kisho looked around the forest for a moment before shouting out into the distance "i know you're watching me metaru, if you don't have the guts to come out and fight me like a man, than just leave now"

Metaru's voice resonated from the trees, echoing drastically, hiding his true position.

"Cheap under handed tactics such as insult, are not truly befitting a warrior Kisho. Stealth and trickery, are definitely befitting a ninja such as myself. On that note, let's see what we are really capable of, hm?"

As his words faded, more metal clones jumped down around Kisho, they were in the trees, on the ground, everywhere. meanwhile, a large dragon rose from the mud, firing condensed bullet's of it's essence towards Kisho.

Earth Release: Earth Dragon Projectile [Doton: Doryuudan]
Type: Rank B, Offensive
Description: Doryuudan is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Earth Element. The ninja will do the necessary hand seals and create a dragon from the river of mud made after using the Doryuu Taiga technique. This dragon will then spew mud projectiles from its mouth.

kisho's body seamed to fade in and out of focus as the mud balls passed right through him "come now, do you really think a bunch of clones and some mud will be able to defeat me"

Metaru's voiced echoed out again.

"Why would I want to defeat you Kisho? You are my ally, and personally, this little uprising is nothing more then a game to me. Regardless, I wouldn't want to incapacitate you any, your skills are a vital point to our operation."

The rain of mud bullets continued, the metal clones moving closer towards their target, some of them charging lightning chakra, then discharging it between themselves, creating a network of electricity, around and above Kisho. A moment later, all the bolts aimed inwards, not necessarily directly for Kisho, but around him, trying to catch him in their net. Mind, all they would do is stun him.

Lightning Release: Lightning Scatter Shot Skill [Raiton: Raikou Gorogoro Tama no Jutsu]
Type: Rank B, Offensive
Description: Raikou Gorogoro Tama no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Lightning Element, and is the older brother to the Raikou Bakuha technique. After doing the necessary hand seals, the ninja will charge chakra to his fingertips, individually. Then, he can release this chakra to fire multiple bolts of arc lightning, up to ten at once. These bolts will not only stun they will cause drastic burn marks at entry points, additionally, if they hit the ground, because of the higher amount of electricity in them, they’ll stun anything with a two foot radius of where they hit.

again kisho's body began to fade in and out, the grass around his feet flattening out for some reason, the mud and lightning seeming to passing right through him as he said "even if you don't really want to defeat me, even if you want to just incapacitate me, these clones won't be enough"

Metaru smirked, and the lightning charged attack resumed. KNowing that Kisho would attempt to use his quick movement to fade in and out from the technique, Metaru formed hand seals, using his geomagnetic pull technique to slow the ninja down. Now although this would slow most ninja's down to what looked like they were almost frozen, this would probably only slow Kisho down to the speed of a normal ninja. Regardless, the idea was that he wouldn't realize his lack of speed until it came time to dodge the lightning, then it would be too late.

The lightning bolts fired again.

Magnetic Release: Geomagnetic Pull [Kinzokuton: Chijiki Puru]
Type: A rank, supplementary.
Description: By releasing his chakra into the earth, Metaru can increase the geomagnetic pull, significantly decreasing everyone's metabolism in the surrounding area. By doing this he can slow down everyone's movements to a point where they become very easy to predict. This technique is more beneficial to his allies however, as Metaru must remain still and connected to the ground to use it. He can also keep his allies metabolism at a normal rate by protecting them with magnetic fields.

as the first bolt shot through his sleeve, kisho quickly realized he had to change tactics, before the next bolt struck him, he clapped his hands together and thrust his index and pointer fingers to meet the bolt, causing the bolt to travel through his body and out the other arm, aiming it at the next closest attack, causing the two forces to create a large shower of sparks in the air. he continued to absorb and redirect the lightning to defend himself

Redirect lightning -the user claps his hands together, than thrusts his fingers towards the oncoming lightning, causing it to travel through their arm, down their ribcage, into their stomach, and out the opposite side in the same process, allowing the user to redirect the lightning in the direction of their choosing

Metaru continued his attacks, keeping Kisho occupied, meanwhile, under the cover of his stealth technique, Ermine dashed to and fro catching as much static as he could with his limited size until he reached Kisho's ankle. Once there, he bared his teeth, and lashed out, attempting to dig into Kisho's tendon, and strike his main nerve running along his leg. If it hit, this would collapse the ninja, leaving him open to the stunning bolts of electricity homing in on him.

while kisho was distracted fending off metaru's attacks, he didn't notice the small creature sneaking up to attack him. right as the animal was about to bite into his leg, rizaado jumped down on the animal, pinning it to the ground and biting into it's side with it's sharp teeth.

As the larger creature bit down on Ermine, the small stoat discharged it's static electricity, then dashed off, skittering it's invisible self into the denser treed area. Metaru continued to hold his technique, under cover of stealth, while more metal clones surrounded Kisho, attempting to flank him while he preoccupied himself with the ongoing lightning.

as rizaado climbed back up kisho's leg and rested on his shoulder he sighed and picked up the pace of redirecting the lightning while also making an effort to dodge any he could to save time, but instead of sending the bolts at one another, he began to send them through the clones, piercing them in places that would normally be fatal to humans (heart, head, etc)

The clones didn't get pierced by the lightning, well, the lightning wasn't nearly strong enough to pierce a human, merely stun them. As such, the clones simply absorbed the bolts, refracting them to each other, then back towards Kisho. Now, not only were they aiming for his chest, but targeting the ground around him, intending for the electrical surge to connect to his feet and stun him. If he missed a single bolt, he would fall.

kisho continued to absorb the lightning, but instead of discharging it, he stored the energy in side himself, cringing as the charge continued to build in his stomach. after absorbing nearly 40 bolts, he discharged a massive amount of lightning from his right arm, obliterating 5 of the clones to his left, leaving nothing more than their melted legs. he again began to store up the bolts, and again discharged another massive attack to his left, destroying another 5 clones.

Metaru now appeared in the clearing, launching himself in the air. In all honesty, this probably wasn't a brilliant move on his part, but he was definitely getting tired of the long range game. If one looked closer at him, his forearms and shins were covered in steel, as he knew in hand to hand his skills fell short of Kisho's. No, this was more of an attempt to set Kisho off balance, so that the lightning could strike at him. Moving between his clones and the next large bolt of lightning, Metaru created a magnetic field in front of him, refracting the lightning, and setting quite a few trees on fire, soon the forest would be in a blaze. He then hit the ground, slid forward and aimed a punch straight for Kisho's chest.

while zodiark was distracted with the lightning, he didn't bother to respond to materu, instead he looked at rizaado on his shoulder and nodded towards materu. as soon as materu got within a few feet of zodiark, rizaado launched himself off his shoulder and landed on metaru's face, wrapping his tail around his neck to keep from falling off and biting his ear

Rizaado came close, but Metaru's polarity effect came into play, allowing him to perform a neat back flip and watch the creature sail past him. Upside down, Metaru then targeted the small beast with a pulse, intending to launch it into the forest. Continuing through the flip, Metaru then landed on his feet, before taking a lunging step and continuing with his strike. Fist out, it was charged with static electricity, in hopes to shock Kisho into submission should he even come into contact with it.

Magnetic Release: Synchronize Technique [Kinzokuton: Shinkuronaizu no Jutsu]
Type: A rank, passive.
Description: More of a constant ability rather then a technique, Metaru constantly generates a powerful electro-magnetic field around himself. When something enters this field, not only can he instantly sense it, but it will be charged with the same charge that he is currently using in his own body. Imagine two positive ends of two very strong magnets trying to touch, it simply won't work. He does the same thing with foreign approaches, changing their poles to match his. Thus, if someone were to try and punch him, either his body would be forced out of the way, or more plausible their hand would be moved out of the way, forcing a miss. THough a certain amount of strength can push through the magnetic field, forcefully touching Metaru, all it would take from him is a simple lean to dodge said attack.


Lightning Release: Static Collection Skill [Raiton: Seiteki Korekuto no Jutsu]
Type: Rank D, Supplementary
Description: A skill where the user calls upon static electricity from the air and channel it through their own body. This static electricity, can be gathered within a particular part of the body and only released after touching another object. This adds a particularly nasty effect to any taijutsu techniques, as it will cause anyone it touches to spasm, giving them less of a chance to react to the next blow.

because of rizaado, kisho had enough time to build up another massive amount of energy. pointing both of his hands at metaru, discharging a shock with enough of a charge to kill a normal person
