Description: Combining the Nara Shadow manipulation with Powerful Lightning Chakra this jutsu allows the user to generate Lightning Around his body by channeling it into Metal shackles around his wrist. By wrapping his body in a layer of shadow Lightning chakra, Artemis can electrically stimulate his nervous system and speed up his neural synapses to react faster to danger and push his physical prowess to the absolute limit, allowing him to gain tremendous raw speed and power and His strength is also heightened enough to make his strikes cause enormous amounts of damage to whatever they hit. The armor also increases his defense, drastically reducing, damage from incoming attacks. This puts a severe strain on the user's body and prolonged use will lead to their death.


Info: As it took Artemis almost a year to figure out a technique that would allow him to fully emerge himself it Ration, he could not find a way until he found out he could stream his lightnign chakra into a pair of shackles letting him immerse himself fully.
