ORPGDM OF THE CENTURY! PUPPET KING DAEDALUS VS. SARUNO: LIGHTNING'S SHADOW!!!

Daedalus stood upon a cliff, wind blowing his robes into billowing red and black clouds behind him. His eyes scanned left and right, his head tilted downwards, watching the forest that spanned out below him. On the far horizon, Kumogakure, a temple of peace and serenity against the dark, dreary night. As the wind picked up, Daedalus' cloak was removed from his shoulders, and let free into the sky. With his upper body exposed he cracked his knuckles, flexing his arms to test his hydraulic and weapons systems. Tonight, life was not going to be easy.

It was two weeks ago, that the Raikage had issued the puppet master a death threat. Signed a bounty for his head even. Now? Well, now Daedalus was retaliating, bringing the fight to the great leader's front door. Having already dispatched several nin, Seiyuuki Uuindo, the former Kazekage, had left a personal invite for the Raikage little over an hour ago. And now, as the first strike of lightning flashed above Seiyuuki's head, his old name was forgotten, lost in the roaring wind. For tonight he would only be Daedalus. He needed to be. His opponent had arrived.

The night was young, the darkness had just settled upon the landscape. Yet, dark thunderheads were spiraling overhead, bursting with thunder and lightning all around the plain and mountainous area around him. Power beyond imagination, chaos beyond all others. What was to become of such things? Death? Power? Total Control? Who knew. Within a flash of lightning, his body appeared only meters away from the male that called himself Daedalus. "It's about time i kill you with my own two hands..." he said just a bit loudly to the male,a dark and angry kind of tone as well. It was time for him to die, no matter what it took. He hated that man, he didn't care what he was, what he was capable of, it was his time to die. His crimson red stare, almost piercing through his entire entity with it's dark gaze, he just wanted to see him die, with his own two eyes. Waving his hands in a true two wave patterns, he looked a the male, seeing him stretch some. A response and an answer was needed, before he could kill him within the blink of an eye.

Sliding one of his hands silently behind his back, he began to channel a bit of chakra, in a fire-like motion, until it began to condense into a small black sphere of chakra, condensed completely. Sometime, it would be over before it even began.

Cracking his knucles and stretching his arms above his head, Daedalus yawned. This was only meant to anger his opponent further however, as naturally, Daedalus wasn't even technically alive anymore. He was simply a puppet. Watching the Raikage through half closed eyes, the puppet master grinned, the sonar device in his head having picked up the lightning god's suttle movements to place his hand behind him.

"Anger, will eventually be the death of you, you do realize?"

Prepping his weapons, Daedalus moved quickly, forming a single hand seal and held the position. Slowly, he took a couple steps to his left, crossing over to commence what would soon be a dance between two eternal warriors. Patiently, he awaited his opponents move, his detection system ever weary and ready for anything.

Cranium 11B; Detection
A specifically designed part that allows for multiple types of detection. Generally, this functions by sending out sound waves and radio waves. When either of these bounce back to Daedalus' position, it allows him to virtually see whatever the waves are bouncing off of. This gives him a perfect three hundred and sixty degree range of vision, however the vision of the waves is limited, as the radio waves will bounce off anything metallic, he cannot see beyond anything metal with them. the sound waves likewise bounce from all surfaces. Using both simultaneously however, will give Daedalus a three hundred and sixty degree x-ray capability, which extends to the nearest solid objects within that field of vision. The seal for this part is on Daedalus' forehead.

"You think too many things..."

His voice was soft, yet as dark as the darkest winds in hell, his piercing red eyes looking at him now. A swift crack of lightning struck right behind him, giving him the chance to instantly vanish into the air, hopefully not being able to be detected. In battle, it was always nice to surprise your opponent, then to just attack head on.He hid within the confines of the thundercloud. But with the motion of just a vanish, it would seem he would be anywhere in the forest. What people didn't know about him, was that he could fly. Both his Angelic wings were open, their shiny-feather's texture showing some to himself. The shadows of the cloud, and the electrical currents was almost too perfect for him to use. In a cloud, he was god.

Swaying the sphere-held palm just before a small electrical current, he began to channel chakra, along with the lightning it was absorbing into the small sphere, watching it grow bigger and bigger till it stopped at about his size. Condensing the pure lightning and chakra, he felt a large roar of thunder rumble through the cloud, shaking him some.

Daedalus was slightly amused as his opponent disappeared, dropping his stance to something wider and more globally defensive. He had to admit, his opponent was fast. Even now, the pings from Daedalus' sonar couldn't-Wait! There he was. It took a few blips to create the image in Daedalus' mind, presumably due to the fact that his opponent had vanished so fast, but now he had him. As the 2 dimensional graph bounced back and forth like an old computer screen in Dae's mind, the puppet master now realized his opponent had gotten bigger, if even only slightly. The entire move was still an annoyance however, the puppet king's opponent simply delaying the real fight. Refusing to look into the air at his opponent for fear of giving away the knowledge that he knew Saruno's location, Daedalus simply formed a few more hand signs, then held his arm outstretched, his index finger pointing off into the distance. Although it appeared he was now aiming at some vacant spot atop the cliff, in reality a wire of chakra was spinning it's way off his finger, high into the air, through the clouds far from Saruno and creating something entirely different to what the world had ever previously seen.

Now, although Daedalus was agitated his original strategy of conserving chakra and resorting to weapons was shot, he was entirely sure that he was now using one of his trump cards against Saruno, and that his opponent's position was to the akatsuki member's advantage at the moment. With the living chakra technique at hsi disposal, Daedalus was now in the process of creating a large transparent dragon, a light blue hue being the only thing from keeping it invisible. The dragon itself was easily hidden by the clouds however, and to attempt to disorient Saruno's chakra sensing abilities, Daedalus made the dragon more complex, adding strange edges and curves to teh design, so that the chakra trail would be nearly unrecognizable. As it neared completion, a small shock of electricity shot it's way up the chakra line, turning the dragon into a living, breathing being.

Severing the line, Daedalus continued to remain still, his arm still outstretched, finger still aiming off into space, still attempting to mislead his opponent further. Meanwhile, the dragon began it's quiet, gliding descent down unto it's target, it's large maw open and ready to kill. The only noise it made was the rustle of air beneath it's wings, a sound easily muffled by the roar of the wind, and the explosion of thunder. Daedalus maintained watch over his systems on the ground, his sonar giving him the occasional picture of what was going on above him. The rest of his attention was thus focused on his other sense, ready to react in the face of counter attack. The dragon was close now, it's fangs merely feet away.

Seisoku Chakra no Jutsu [Living Chakra Technique]

This technique is an even more advanced variant of the Puppetry technique, and is considered the mastery of Seiyuuki's Chakra Kurikata technique. After forming a make shift animal of pure chakra, Seiyuuki will send a small but vibrant electrical shock down the chakra line connecting him to it, bringing the animal to life. These animals can be anything, and although they are made of chakra, they are not invisible, as the chakra they need is quite a bit stronger then standardized chakra. Thus, they are a light translucent blue, and when examined closely, small currents of electricity seem to flow through them, almost like veins or nerves, or possibly both.

Sliding his eyes a bit to the right, then to the left, trying to sense anything within the area that would become a threat to his dark natures, letting the sphere before his hand begin to condense down to the size of a marble. Massive blasts of power rippled through the area as it shattered throughout maybe half the clouds in the skies, with black waves of chakra. Ripping through the thunderheads and forming them even bigger, striking more lightning around the area. Bursting upon the impact of each lightning, the ground began to shatter some, showing medium-sized potholes in the craters. This power made him grin some, seeing such power in the form of such a small sphere, maybe he could hide it in a lightning bolt, and make it go through that. He had more than one trick up his sleeve. Grinning just a bit down at the male just swaying his arms on the ground. Wait. His arms. He wasn't human anymore, so that had to mean something. Sliding his eyes a bit around the clouds around and above him, seeing just a little movement in the cloud's shape. Something invisible was there. Something, maybe dangerous.

Simply laughing just once, pulsing his immense chakra behind him now, using his wings as a medium. Smashing through the large thunderheads behind him and around him, he shattered through anything that was in his way, either it was lightning, cloud, or that thing swaying from cloud to cloud. He didn't know until he felt the chakra impact on it. Maybe it did maybe it didn't. Swaying his wings back into a flying position, he simply grinned even more, the rush of battling running through his veins, making his arms begin to surge with a small black and white shade of colored chakra. "This'll be more fun than i imagined..." he said only quietly to himself. Just a bit longer, and his attack would be ready. To Crush his opponent in one blow.

The dragon shattered, the chakra being reduced to mere floating pools now, no stronger in density then the cloaks themselves. Not wanting to waste any energy, Daedalus spun more strings into the sky, allowing him to recapture his lost chakra, returning it to his body. One thing was certain now, the Raikage was waiting for something, his body staying still. He was gathering energy, had to be. If the Raikage needed to unleash such a vast attack, Daedalus was far from letting his opponent do such a thing.

Grinning, the puppet master spun once on his heel, stopping in a lower position, feet braced and arms aimed upwards towards his opponent. As he stopped a loud whirring could be heard just before his upper body seemed to explode. Every inch and cranny seemed to lift or to fold, revealing a weapon of some sort. His forearms now spun, charging up for something devastating. From his sides extended multiple ribs, resembling one of Kimimaro's bone techniques perhaps. The puppet king's jaw then opened, far farther then humanly possible, a third whirling device being revealed. As his right eye then extended into a scope and locked onto his target, Daedalus closed his left eye, muttering something beneath his breath before the torrent started.

From the spinning devices on both his arms came thousands of shuriken and kunai, launched into the air as a continuous stream. From his mouth came senbon after senbon all looking to impale. His ribs fired off as well, their tips revealing to be missiles, making a wide looping arc so as not to be set off by the cluster of bladed weaponry. Using his long range assault, Daedalus made sure that instead of pin pointing the entire attack, he spread it out into waves, being sure to cover a wwide a range as possible.

Capable of firing multiple poisonous needles at an extremely quick rate. Has multiple seal symbols along the jaw line, each one corresponding to a different jaw part.
