Meeting the 8th (shinobi of the mist meeting)

A man holding an appearance of long white hair, that of which reached down to mid back as well as a blue over coat and white pants arrived into the village hidden in the mist. His eyes held a presence of power and calm yet his smile held a showing of purity as well as charm and an "everything is ok" sort of feel to it. Who exactly was this man and why had he came to the water country, let alone the golden mist village? Alas, he would introduce himself as he had called forth all the villages shinobi for an important meeting. The manner of which he had did so was witty as he sent out a mass of clones holding separate appearances through transformation jutsu to the nins houses. They were to meet at a location by a harbor that would be blocked to anyone other than those that received that memo.
