A Legendary Shinobi's Appearance In The Mist village (PM Author To Join)

Walking down the streets of the mist village, the man who's appearance stood out from most others, as a more unique ninja, rather then a regular, everyday shinobi. The man was known as Hotsuma Oboro, the last known member of the Oboro Clan; The red dragon of the Oboro. His skill in speed, lightning, and Kenjutsu surprised most, and was far beyond the sill of most other ninja. Walking down the street in his regular shinobi outfit, thought a few pieces of it stood out. The spikes on his arm guards that stick outward, his long red scarf he wears around his neck, and covering his mouth, and lets a long strip of it hand down behind him. Though out of all that, the headband he wears stands out the most. Instead of wearing a normal mist headband, Hotsuma has a more unique headband, that covers his forehead, much larger then the normal headbands. On the front, are 4 blue glowing sharp eyes. The headband is large enough that it hides the top of Hotsuma's eyes, making it look as if his eyes were hidden, or the he was using the 4 blue eyes on his headband to see, though those who get a under view of him, can actually see his eyes, or sometimes those at the same height as him. Walking down the streets, some villagers that were outside at the time looked at him, either knowing who he was, or hearing legends of him passed through the villages, originating in the leaf village, for his brave acts in facing the Akatsuki alone. As he walked, he began entering a more poor section of the village, where small, common troubles had started. Walking, as if he was in a rush, Hotsuma came to a quick stop, and before a moments notice, he had placed his hand on the handle of his sword, squeezing his hand on the grip, and began walking quickly towards a small produce stand. In front of the stand, was the owner , as well as a small kid. The owner was holding onto the small kids arm, as the kid tried to struggle free, though the mans grip was to tight. "You have stole from my shop for the last time, and no one does a thing about it!, I'm taking matters into my own hand now!" The man holding the child's wrist screamed. The man then placed his free hand on the handle of a sword located across his back, and quickly swung it down at the kid, directly from its fine, well designed, and what appeared to be precious scabbard. In a quick flash, Hotsuma appeared at an instant beside them both, blocking the mans sword from going down any further, by placing his sword under the blade crashing down, and stopping it easily in its tracks.

"Sheath your sword warrior..you are not to harm this child in any way.." Hotsuma said as he held his sword out, easily matching the force of the other mans sword.

When Hotsuma suddenly blocked the mans sword, the man leaped back, letting go of the child's wrist. Hotsuma took a few steps forward, standing in front of the child. The wind blew lightly through the village, making his scarf blow off to the side. Hotsuma lowered his sword, still tightly gripped in his hand. "I said..sheath your sword..this is not an area where even more trouble is needed" Hotsuma said to the man one final time, before getting a little annoyed. "Do you know that, that little..brat has been stealing from my stand for a month now!? No one does a single thing about it!, but fine, i guess if still, no one would do anything about it, i will kill you, and the brat!" The man screamed towards Hotsuma, which caused the child to step back in fear. "Well, if you refuse to listen..i guess the most suitable punishment here, would be a battle..though i wont make any promises about not damaging your equipment...". The man rose his sword high, standing his battle position. His technique is dull, his posture is slum...why would he even carry a sword like that... Hotsuma thought to himself as he watched the man begin charging at him. Placing his sword back in his scabbard, knowing he wont need it. Before the man took another step, Hotsuma was already behind him, and began turning around slowly. The man, who was holding his sword straight up, paused, and looked at it for a moment, and noticed a crack in the center of the blade. "Wh..what??!, Imposible, you didn't even use a weapon!" The man said through shock, and being surprised. Hotsuma, now standing beside the child, scooting her off, back to where she came from, looked back one more time towards the man, over his shoulder. "You shouldn't pick on those weaker then you, and you definitely shouldn't overestimate your own strength..It doesn't matter how strong you are, there will always be someone stronger then you" Hotsuma spoke to the man one last time. As soon as he finished what he was saying, he turned his head forward, and began walking away.

Currently, Hotsuma was a member of no village in particular, though he is rarely seen around the Mist Village, as if he was in some sort of hiding. Currently no one in the mist village knew who he was, but have heard stories about a man who looked, and wore the same gear as he did, though most people didn't know weather to believe it or not.

Seeing what had just transpired from a rooftop high above, Oriena was interested in the man whom had just save the kids arm. She had never seen this man before in the village, but now that she had seen the man, she wanted to know who he was and why he was here. She shot across three roof tops and ultimately ended directly above the man silently, simply looking down on him as he continued his walk, proceeding the altercation with the man and the boy. "This man...his technique seems flawless with his sword, the ability to maneuver as quickly as he did makes him seem as someone that has probably done this a great deal. Not only is he able to fight well, but he is also well versed in simple protection of himself as well as other...I have a feeling that he isn't doing this with much effort as well which begs..." she said to her self as she hopped down from the roof and her body turned to ashes, reappearing in front of the man, "Please state your name and your business outsider" she said as she stood, looking at the man underneath her mask. Her arms were folded, she stood upright, and her voice was simply calm and relaxed as well as nonthreatening towards the man. "I respect and honor what you did back there, but none the less, I will need that information from you".

As Hotsuma was walking, he felt as if he was being watched. Hmm..if someone else is looking for trouble, they might as well come out now.......... He thought to himself as he walked. Before he even knew it, a young girl appeared in front of him. Looking as if she was a ninja of the mist, and had the stealth of an ANBU, considering he could tell she was around, but couldn't tell when she would appear. Asking all the questions she had, the women didn't see any bit scared. The wind blew very lightly, but strong enough to cause his long red scarf to blow off to the side, with his arms crossed, giving him a very still look, that any ordinary person would think twice before messing with. "You can call me Hotsuma..and i am here simply because i travel around a lot, and have nothing better to do" He responded. The young child, now out of sight after running off, and the man returning to his stall, still glaring slightly at Hotsuma, though Hotsuma knew the only one who may be able to slightly stand up to him, would be the girl in front of him.

Oriena thought of the name and it registered for some reason or another, for Oriena had always studied up on shinobi in the nation she resided in. She looked at those that were current and past, so this name...where did she hear this name of the man that stood in front of her? "Hotsuma? well welcome, and I wish you a warm stay here, though less of the trouble to be drawn to you. I apologize for the abrupt intrusion of your walk but understand that all visitors are to be monitored and an altercation such as this draw attention" she said. It urked her that she was unable to match the name at the time so she decided to pursue further conversation until she found a match with the evasive name. "Where are you traveling from sir? This time to travel seems a bit inconvenient with the war and all going on, why travel now" she asked as the name finally found its destination to who it related. Hotsuma was an ANBU captain that was well respect as well as a former shinobi of Kiragakure and well known for the now noticed patented red scarf that caught the short breeze of wind. She would not bring this up at the time however, for she had no understanding of the circumstances that the man left, though she was curious.

Hotsuma glared at the girl, wondering why she was so curious. Perhaps i gave to much unfo away...well, i might as well tell her since she seems so curious Hotsuma thought to himself. "I am coming back from my home country, far, far from here, and i am searching for someone...an Akatsuki leader named Zodiark." Hotsuma paused after he said the mans name. "I'm sure you already know who i am, by that glare in your eyes moments after i had told you my name. Long ago, i fought 3 Akatsuki members in order to protect the stone village, which you were probably nothing but a Genin at the time. The leader, Zodiark, the assistant leader Xarias, and another member i don't have much info about, named Daedalus. I manages to get most of the people out of the village safely, but to ensure their escort to the leaf village safely, i sent them with a group of ANBU, and i stayed behind to hold off the 3 Akatsuki. During the battle, i managed to defeat Zodiark, the leader, as well as counter all of what Xarias had, though Daedalus just sat back and watched. After i defeated him, the 3 ran off, and i never seen them again, though i have a strange feeling that Zodiark is still around....or someone who is in similar power range as him.." Hotsuma said, taking small pauses between each sentence. He was sure the young girl knew what he was talking about, considering she knew who he was. But what Hotsuma didn't realize, that what he was truly feeling, was a new evil that had spread across the land, a new Akatsuki leader. On his forehead, the 4 blue slightly glowing eyes, were slightly dimmed at the moment, and his actual eyes, which were only slightly noticeable under the bottom of the head band, and were shaded, looked down at the girl.

"Though I have heard of the leader of Akatsuki named Zodiark, I also have it under good authority that he is no longer in power with the that organization. The last known leader was a woman by the name of Revy, a woman that was known for her rain mastery and lightning mastery as well. I have never met this individual however, but I have heard that the Raikage had captured her though I know not what what has happened to her. Rumor is that there is another man that is leading the organization but nothing is known about him other than the fact that he is a powerful foe" spoke Oriena as she began to walk forward. She entrusted the man with the man with the information because he was an ANBU like herself at one time and she felt no reason to with hold it from him. "From my source, the woman you mentioned, Xarias, was also in league with the woman I spoke about prior in Revy and the two destroyed the Stone a while back. I do not remember the name of the man they defeated, nor which Tsuchikage he was, I do know that he was no match for the two however" she said as she scanned through memory to try to help the man in giving info that may help him on his search to seek out this new threat.

Hotsuma stared down at her for a moment remembering things from long, long ago."Hmm...So Zodiark must really have died...And about this Revy person..is there any other information about her that you know of?" Hotsuma said, as if he sounded interested in who Revy was, and about her existence. "I have heard rumors travel far to my homeland about a young female ninja with extraordinary abilities for her age..and her abilities were similar to that of someone very powerful in the past, named Nagato" . Hotsuma stood completely still, with his head slightly tipped down at the girl. His red scarf blew lightly to the side behind him, silently. The people walking by watched him as they walked, wondering what kind of ninja he was with the gear he had on, or if he was even a member of the mist village.

"As I recall, there are only a few people that have a good portion of information on the former leader of Akatsuki at the moment. I don't know what type of information you may be looking for as it resorts to her, but I do know that a few of the few are in the this village. I know what I do because I study as much as I can and you can never be over prepared for battle, so when I came here to the mist I learned of the former shiobi's here as well...just in case. I hold no further info on Revy at the time but I look to find out more of about her when I have the opportunity." she said in an explanation to the man as they stayed at a stand still. The stares from the people and the low murmmers where heard through the ears of the ANBU, but she chose not to pay any attention to them. At that time, Oriena decided to ask a question that had bugged her since the man introduced himself, "Mr Oboro, why did you leave your position as an ANBU?" she asked, thus showing that she indeed knew of the man and had done her homework on him as well.
