Ukime forms two simple hand seals before sending out the tongues from
any of his mouths. The tongues can be used like normal until Ukime
decides it’s time to give his opponent(s) a shocking wake up call. When
he’s ready Ukime can focus lightning elemental chakra down the tongues.
As the chakra travels down the tongue, the outer layers of the tongue
become electrified, the charge will easily transfer into almost
anything the tongue is touching, only thing it can’t transfer into is
the ground normally unless it’s wet.

Description:
Forming the needed hand seals Ukime will expel lightning chakra
around his body. The lightning chakra will manifest itself into a swarm
of up to 50 Senbon made of pure lightning around his body. With a flick
of his wrist he can fling the Senbon as a storm of lightning that if
they strike in the right spot could numb a limb into nothing more than
a useless limb for 2 posts.

Description:
Ukime forms the needed hand seals before opening any of the mouths
that he needs to or wants to open. Then by focus lightning elemental
chakra into that mouth(s), he can unleash a torrent of tongues made of
pure lightning. These tongues can only extend up to 5 meters from his
mouths. Though these tongues are a tad bit more dangerous than his
normal tongues since they are pure lightning. On the flip side of that
coin they can’t last as long as the others which have an infinite time
outside of his body, these can only last for 7 posts at the most before
the jutsu has to be reactivated.

Description
Ukime finishes the needed hand seals then focusing chakra into any
of the mouths on his body. Then taking aim or as best as he can do,
he’ll release a bolt of lightning from those mouths which takes on the
head of a wolf as it passing through the air. Since this focuses out of
his mouths Ukime can release up to three of these at a single time
though they don’t have the same mobility as a single one.

Description:
By forming the needed hand seals, Ukime will collect Lightning
chakra underneath where he is standing. When he is ready he’ll unleash
the built up lightning chakra in the form of spikes that will pillar
out of the ground. These spikes can go at angles to help them stab into
his opponent. The pillars form in a near perfect circle from Ukime and
extend outwards quickly. The pillars have the center of Ukime and form
outwards each pillar forming adding another layer to the 5 meter
spance. These spikes being of pure lightning can be dangerous to those
who are struck by them.

Description:
By forming the needed hand seals Ukime will then inhale through one
of his mouths. Focusing lightning elemental chakra into his mouth(s)
it’ll collect there. Then when Ukime exhales a bolt of lightning will
rip free from the mouth(s). These bolts are powerful enough to strike
through earth jutsus of B rank or lower without a problem. When
colliding into A ranked jutsus there is a chance it’ll break through.

Description:
Ukime forms the needed hand seals then focuses lightning elemental
chakra around his body. The Lightning will begin to mold across his
body, lightning will begin to crackle across his body. By placing a
hand on the ground or a surface of some sort, the lightning will then
crackle away from his body and into the form of a beast. This beast
will stand 2 meters tall, be 4 and a half meters from head to but, and
its tail is forming into a meter and a half. This beast will have three
heads and each head is that of a wolf, effectively making it a Cerberus
type animal. This beast can attack and move about of its own free will
though it is in the end following the orders of Ukime. This beast has
the strength, speed, mobility, etc of a Chuunin along with the ability
to launch a bolt of lightning from his mouth. This bolt would be
approximate to a C rank ninjutsu.

Description:
This jutsu is one of Ukime’s favorite lightning ninjutsus. He’ll
form the needed hand seals then focus lightning elemental chakra
towards his back, shoulders, and neck area. Upon his command demon-like
wings forged of pure lightning will form from his back. Several wings
will form in fact a total of 6 forming. These wings are large and
expansive, each one measuring a meter and a half from his shoulder to
the end of it. These wings can be used as a defensive tool by wrapping
around his body and blocking incoming attacks. Along with that the
wings can be used to smack things from the air, which includes
disrupting certain elements of jutsus, fire for one. The offensive side
of this jutsu is simple really, with a hard flap of the wings lightning
bolts will fly forward from the wings themselves. A second offensive
method of these wings is a light or small flap which will send a volley
of arrows made of lightning forward.

Description:
Ukime will gather water elemental chakra into any of the mouths on his
body that he wishes to. Then upon forming the three hand seals needed,
the mouths that have the chakra gathered fire off. They fire off a
stream of water with such force that it can slice through stone with
ease. In turn being struck by this would cause a rather painful bruise
and even if struck correctly on Ukime’s part slice open your skin
without even having to try very hard.

Description:
Ukime will form the needed the hand seals, then gather the needed
water elemental chakra into his mouth(s). When ready Ukime will open
the mouth(s) and release a storm of needles of water forward. These
needles will be able to cut into a person’s body and draw blood. The
storm of needles can climb into the hundreds as long as Ukime keeps
feeding chakra to the mouth to continue to fuel the jutsu after the
mouth has been opened.

Description:
Suiton • Baku Suishouha is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Water
Element. After forming the needed handseals, Ukime will expel water
from his gullet. This will then expand into a large volume of water.
Ukime can actually spit water from any of the mouths on his body, he
can form it from all of them at a single time. Supplying a very quick
way to create a vast amount of water which he can find to be highly
destructive since he can use the water as a directed flood in the
forming of it.

Description:
Ukime will form the needed hand seals, than gather the needed water
elemental chakra into his back. From the mouths on his back water will
flow over his back. This pool of water is linked to his body and
chakra, when he begins to mold chakra into the pool of water. The water
will extend outward and create an arm of water that takes on the same
looks as his own, minus the tongues though. These arms carry the
ability to be moved to the will of Ukime and he’s even perfected the
ability to use them to perform jutsus. He can create up to a total of 4
extra sets of arms through this method. These arms are limited to Water
jutsus only.

Description:
Once Ukime has formed the needed hand seals he gathers water and
water elemental chakra in the form of a sphere in his hands. This
sphere grows to about two meters in diameter as more water is
compressed into it and formed. When he launches the sphere forward,
it’ll fly quickly forward. Though when he forms a single hand seal, the
chakra in the water will activate, causing the sphere to explode.
Though this explosion turns the entire sphere of water into Senbon that
are shot out at a high pace that could easily puncture through a person
providing it doesn’t hit a bone on the way through the person.

Description:
This is one of the most powerful jutsus in Ukime’s water elemental
jutsu arsenal. By forming the needed hand seals, Ukime will place one
or both of his hands onto the ground. Massive amounts of water will
rise up behind him. This wave will be about 25 meters high and nearly
20 meters wide. The wave itself can come crashing down with vicious and
malice intent. Ukime requires a good deal of water to create but he can
create additional water from his chakra or from one of his mouths when
needed to help supply the water. When the water crashes down on the
ground it can easily alter the very landscape of the ground.

Storm Ninjutsus
Name: Gufuu Seru (Storm Release: Tornado Cell)

Description
By focusing chakra and forming the needed hand seals. Ukime can create
a cloud a good 20 meters above him in the sky. This cloud will begin to
twist, turn, and rotate. From the cloud air will begin to react and
twist to the will of Ukime. Descending down quickly from the cloud will
be a tornado, this tornado measures in power depending on the amount of
chakra put into it. An F1 and F2 powered tornado (small and narrow
ones) would require C ranked amount of chakra. While F3 power tornados,
which are wider and with more ferocious winds, would require B ranked
amount of chakra. Finally an F4, which has a wide base and can rip
apart a three floor house in the blink of an eye, would take A rank
amount of chakra.

Description:
After forming the needed hand seals Ukime will focus chakra to any
of his mouths. Then by opening his mouth he’ll expel a smog of clouds
outward. This smog will spread quickly up to a 10 meter radius around
him. The visibility within this smokescreen of clouds would be low to
anyone, Ukime though can see fine within the clouds. These clouds are
highly conductive of lightning and make for a nasty surprise to anyone
when shocked.

Description:
By forming the needed hand seals, Ukime creates clouds around him.
A dragon forms out of clouds, this dragon is in the form of an Oriental
Chinese Dragon. Ukime can create up to three dragons at a single time.
The clouds that make up the dragon spin together and form a miniature
twister as it snakes around. Ukime can direct these dragons to attack
and go anywhere he wants. These dragons on the outside can injure
people but that isn’t the worst case of this jutsu. If someone was
caught within its mouth, they are tossed, tumbled, and sliced apart by
the internal part of the jutsu.

Description:
Ukime will form the needed hand seals and begin to gather storm
elemental chakra around his body. The gathered storm chakra will form
clouds in a perfect sphere around Ukime himself. This sphere can be
lifted off of the ground which is done by a single movement of Ukime’s
hands. The sphere can be punctured but the clouds that make it up are
developed from Ukime’s chakra and react to it allowing him to snare
someone who punctures it if they stay close enough.

Description:
Ukime can easily form this jutsu as it takes him next to nothing in
prep time. By forming the needed hand seals he’ll spite out a cloud
from one of his many mouths. This cloud will climb into the sky and
begin to spread out clouds and chakra through the surrounding clouds.
The clouds will swell with water, the water will take on different
forms depending on Ukime’s mood. The clouds will give off precipitation
in the form of; Torrential Rain, Hail, and Snow. The trio of forms will
descend in fierce conditions.

Description:
These clouds are rather interesting to say the least, they leek out
of the mouths that are dotting Ukime’s body, effectively requiring no
hand seals to bring them out. The clouds themselves have an eerie grey color to them, nothing similar to rain clouds but more akin to Ukime’s skin
color. These clouds are his personal clouds and are an extension of his
body. Therefore anything they experience he learns from. Being an
extension of his body, he can launch jutsus from these clouds making
them an annoying thing to deal with in combat. Also any jutsu that
involves clouds can have these clouds used in them instead of having
clouds made from nothing. The following jutsus can also be used with
the clouds;

back into one of Ukime's many mouths}

Description:
By forming the needed hand seals, Ukime will gather a large amount
of Storm elemental chakra. Then by pointing his mouths forward he’ll
exhale that same Storm elemental chakra. The Storm chakra will take on
the form of a beast made out of clouds. This beast is generally ether;
Phoenix, Cerberus, Minotaur, and a Hydra. These beasts being made out
of clouds can shift and reform themselves after being hit. These beasts
ultimately follow the commands of Ukime but they each carry out those
commands in their own unique way. These have the abilities of a Chuunin
in terms of strength, speed, etc. Ukime can only form one of these with
a single use of this jutsu.

Name: Shippu Toukai (Storm Release: Hurricane Destruction)

Description:
This is the most destructive, widespread, and chakra intensive of
Ukime’s arsenal. By forming the needed string of hand seals which is
about 28 seals long, he’ll expel a single cloud from one of his mouths.
That cloud will climb into the sky quickly and rapidly. Once it climbs
to an appropriate height, the chakra stored within it will expand
outwards. The cloud will begin to gather and form other clouds until
the clouds form into a massive storm. The storm has a max range of one
kilometer (diameter wise) from where Ukime launched the cloud, since
the storm doesn’t move like a normal Hurricane. Within the boundaries
of the storm a full blown Hurricane rages. The wind howls capable of
ripping large buildings from their foundations and shred them into
chunks. The lightning strikes down randomly for the most part but,
Ukime can control the lightning bolts around him within a 20 meter
radius of his body. The entire time the jutsu is active, rain pours
down soaking the entire spance of the jutsu in water. Upon the full
activation of this justu (meaning the hurricane is in full swing) Ukime
loses use of 6 of his mouths for the duration of the Hurricane.



Name: Arashi Senmetsu (Storm Release: Storm Annihilation)

Description:
This jutsu is created by forming the long string of hand seals,
totaling to 23 seals. A gathering of clouds forms above Ukime these
clouds. The clouds mold into what appears to be a large solid sphere of
clouds. By moving his hands he can move the sphere of clouds above him.
Then with a thrust of his hands, or tongues, he can release a blast
from the sphere. This blast can be nearly anything storm related.
Lightning, Wind, and Water can all be sent out in a wide range style
blast or a condensed blast. A twister could even be formed from the
clouds and fired out. The sky is the limits with this sphere’s
destructive capabilities.
