Personality: Optimistic. Happy. bouncy. This describes swift. She love skipping and jumping. she appears very shallow.( it is yet to be deturmend if she is) hates waiting always smiling on the outside. social And causing trouble for other people She likes chasing butterflies in her free time. She loves sticking people with needles Here hobbies are beating up stalkers and walking up to strange boys and kissing them then watching there reaction. She has no shame.

History/Background Story

Personal history: swift was born from the hidden clan. Her mother used to tell her. Swift highly doubted this. Just because she had iron hair did not mean she was one of those hidden freaks. Swift’s village was fairly small. Hardly any of the people in it had seen a ninja or ninjutsu. That is why they were so amazed at swifts power to be able to perform ninjutsu and her intellect. She was smart for a child and could read at one. By the time she was eight stories of her had spread from village to village. Eventually a it came apon the ears of takieno. A rouge ninja who experimented on many things. He kidnapped swift and quickly found out that she was just a child who could weave a few spell and had iron hair. But he ( being insane and bored.) vowed he would make something out of her. He started by nailing a black steal, that was almost impossible to break, into her right arm. He also did something to enhance her hearing and sight. Took her real eyes and exchange them for cat eyes. Eventually she killed him cause he was weak and took off to the big city to make cat eyes and metal arms the now. She failed at this and started practicing ninjutsu.

Rp Sample: Rei laughed a little, "Robber? No, I'm just a ninja, and I'm gonna kick your ass." She quickly turned towards the key-blade, and send an electric orb that exploded at the impact, deflecting the keyblade slightly, the light of the raiton orb was quite effecient, she saw the keyblade, and had thrown the orb at last second. She quickly grabbed her shuriken tower, and flung it, just so all the shuriken, about twenty of them, flew towards Kaga and turned in close to his arms, and at his feet, she sent two more orbs, and at his head, she sent a large bolt, so he would duck and get hit by the shuriken and the orbs would hit his feet, or all three would hit him.

Description: The user projects some of his chakra, which is given a positive charge, to a location. The user then gives some air in front of his open palm a negative charge, and a large static bolt jumps between the two locations. While the lightning bolt is impossible to dodge, the location that it jumps to can not change, making it very predictable - assuming that the victim knows what's coming.

The lighting ball hit the trap. Sense the key was not metal it did not conduct electricity. She lucked out. Well half of skill is luck. Kaga thought. But her luck can only last so long. Hitting the lighting ball had made the trap go side ways. Using his chakra he steered the key. As she swung the shruken thing at him he jumped and cast an illusion. He flipped over and crouched up side down on an over hanging tree limb. ( its not the same one.) At that speed in the dark it would be hard to catch his movements. Being an expert in taijutsu he was much faster than the average genin. The key was still had momentum. He moved it so it turned but it was to late to hit the girl. The key simply turn and missed the girl by three feet, passing behind her. But this was what kaga had planed. He jumped from the tree limb. By now the attack had hit his illusion. But it would be to late for her to notice him now. He passed by her by about four feet . The wire that was connected to his hilt caught on her middle. The key still in motion was jerked side ways as the wire went taut. It whipped around the girls body two times at the third turn ran out of wire. It would turn and cut in to the girl neck severing her wind pipe. Her arm were not tightly bound but moving them would only cause the key to speed up and cut more deeply. Kaga spun around and threw a letter bomb at her just in case.
