Learning Jutsu.

Well Here is a idea to get more people active and make Rping a little more fun.

First We need a way to learn jutsu in Character, instead of making them and just obtaining them automatically.

for custom jutsu the user would first get the jutsu approved then post a training topic. Read below for Posting requirements.

Every shinobi would start out with the basic Academy jutsu like

Clone Technique

Body flicker

Replacement Technique

Ect..

From there It would take

A paragraph of 5 lines to obtain a D ranked Canon Jutsu.

Two Paragraphs with At least Five lines to get a C ranked jutsu.

Four paragraphs with Five lines in each to gain the B rank jutsu.

And Six Paragraph with at least five lines to obtain a A ranked jutsu. <--- From A rank and up you will need a Sensei to help you master that technique.

Lastly to learn a S ranked Technique is usualy custom to the specific user so it must be taught by the person who knows it. and it would take 8 paragraphs to achieve a jutsu of this level.

And of course we could work a way to reduce posting time if you work with a sensei.

Of course there are many problems with this idea, no doubt many people who post here are going to Argue, but truthfully we need more people here! And im just trying to help out the site, so please think it over before you say no. THE TRUTH IS, this site isn't super active and this is a way we can enhance the rp experience. You can look back and actually see your character progressing and gain a sense of accomplishment knowing you worked hard for Ur abilities.

I would say in 'Words' not Paragraphs.

Cause some people like to Count the words they make in order to learn Jutsu.

Isn't this idea similiar too the way Ingoo does it?

Naw...all sites do it.

Yeah, make it words because a papragraph thing, can be voided.

So maybe like:

D rank - 150 words

C rank - 250 words

B rank - 400 words

A Rank - 650 words

S rank - 800 words with a teacher.

We need to get a word counter up on the site.

Shouldn't this belong in the idea section?

S-Ranks are usually made by the person who owns it, so also, words for S-Rank jutsu, if the person created it themselves, with a teacher, it works, as well .

If it's a Suicide Jutsu, it can't be used in most topics unless it's a On RP topic, and the user dies. >>

In words is easy, go to a word processor, (There are even ones online) type it up there, use the word count feature, does it total the correct amount? Yes, wah la, copy + paste into the topic, learning done!
