An Urgent Conversation {P} (PM TO JOIN)

Ki had been traveling for a few days nonstop. There was a message from Kitsuke that he needed to talk to him about something at noon 3 days from now. so here he was, 2 days from that time and running double-pace in his light monk robe in -30 degree weather in the middle of the night.the next day at noon his meeting place unknown to him.
ki sighted the sand village and stopped a mile away. crouching down into a dune so the guards won't see him. afer a few minutes he got right back up, and walked with his white staff to the guards. his extremely huge 8 foot body bent and leaning on the 9 foot stick. "may i pass? im a traveling monk." ki almost bit his tounge off when he said that. traveling monks were the worst kind, always begging and hardly ever worried about studying the sutras or even meditaton.
the men stared up in suprise and let him pass. after a few seconds he jumped up on the roof silently, the men out of eyesight he hopped from house to house, eventually taking some water from a water tower and making a very large barrel out of an old shack. when he did this he turned the water to ice, placed it in the barrel and place the barrel on the top of the roof. he then layed into the barrel and drew a sigh of releif. it was a close call, he nearly melted. he then waited for the sun to set in the right position.

Kitsuke was busy that day working on some papers regarding on a meeting with the Tsuchikage, likewise the Kazekage himself is really busy. A chuunin was standing infront of his table, " Get all of this paper out of here, I've got a meeting to attend, if the Kazekage looks for me tell him I'm just right above him.... everytime.." Kitsuke said and chuckled afterwards. He stood up from his table, his long cloak touching the very floor of the said office. But instead of using the door he went to the window, he opened it and used it as a door, luckily there was a roof to catch Kitsuke if he happens to fall. With his superb Fuuton Manipulation, he focused wind below his feet to carry him upwards. He slowly went upwards until he reached the very roof of the Kazekage's Office. From there he saw a tall man having an icy cold bath, it seems like he isnt used to the temperature of Sunagakure. " Hey Ki.." Kitsuke said as he landed on the roof slowly making his way towards Ki. His face was very serious at all, unusual because everytime they meet, Kitsuke is always smiling but not this time. It seems there is something bothering Kitsuke badly. " I thought your going to be late..."

Ki smiled, waving off the small wisps of cold steam rising. " well, even a dunce like me could tell you were serious about something so i came as soon as i could. " ki laughed lightly. in the presence of the chikage he usually stayed on borderline jokes and preferd to use his real voice instead of the high girlish one that he used to throw people off. " So what's the problem? Did kamoku eat another shinobi? Or did M-...her come back to the grave?" ki blinked several times before finishing the sentence.

Kitsuke gave a serious look to Ki, " I really want to talk about something serious, because it will affect a lot of people..." Kitsuke started walking back and forth, and answered Ki's question, " No Kamoku did not eat another shinobi,... nor she..... did came back from the grave..." Kitsuke's face suddenly turned from serious to sad after remembering something painful. " I want to talk about the war... Ki... its another war.. endangering the lands... and I fear Sunagakure would be a battlefield .... "

ki stared at the void of sky. filled with nitrogen, oxygen, hydrogen,hellium and hundreds of other atoms and molecules. " Sunakagure? If your asking for our help then we can only fight in the nighttime due to the heat. we can create a diamond fortress around the sunakagure or we can evacuate them into the caves that ive set up to hold my gold. i can take the gold somewhere else so the battlefeild would have no civilians. " he said all of this in the willow language, so no one but kitsuke and him could talk without beig overheard. his tounge and teeth making clicking, hissing and whiffing noises.

Kitsuke looked in the endless sky above them, " I cannot solely rely on you Ki, I cant let you and the clan shoulder all the burden that I must carry..." Kitsuke's starting to be poetic again. " What I need is sure safety for the citizens of Sunagakure, " The view that both of them shares includes almost all of the houses in the village. " I need to find someone who can put a seal around the village as soon as possible..." His teeth clicking as he talked as a sign of anger. " This is my fault for not studying Fuuinjutsu, if only I did, I myself can put a security seal around Sunagakure for sure safety.." Kitsuke sighed afterwards. He gave a quick look at Ki, his mind wondering who can solve all of his problems. War rapidly affecting a lot of countries, and in the distant future, Sunagakure may be affected. He remembered the time of peace, where akatsuki was destroyed although not permanently, it gave a peace on all lands for a short time. There were no problems, no one worried of getting in danger. Each Hidden Village felt safe, but nothing lasts forever. Now akatsuki has returned, now with a more powerful force. A force not even Kitsuke can stop and eliminate by himself only, he needs reinforcements.

Ki thought for a bit, reveiwing the pictures and thought proccesses that the Chikage had given him in order to keep pace with the conversation. He looked over the expanse of the Sunakagure with 3 of his pupills. " I have an idea. We cannot do this without help from humans though. There are several caves outside of the village and plenty to eat besides this flesh" he pointed to the village. " During the night the entire clan can create a giant dome of several hard metals and gems such as diamond, titanium, and steel. It will take 7 nights to do, and the village shinobi need to guard it." Ki bent forward, the water sloshing. " Under one condition, tell them it is something else that is making the dome. As tradition, we cannot be enterd into the human records. Angels, Demons, whatever. Just make sure we are not noticed while we do the work. Will that suffice Chikage?" After his proposition, he sat back down and waited for Kitsuke to talk. He wasn't sure about the plan himself and during those 7 nights and days they would be vulnirble to attack unless he put some other shinobi on the side to help.

Kitsuke smiled, at that time sunset is currently occurring. He silently paced himself while he turned his back away from Ki, at the same time looking at the orange colored sky that filled whole Sunagakure. Kitsuke sighed then proceeding to talk, " Good idea Ki,... good idea... your wise as I have always known you.... maybe you should apply as the Kazekage's official advisor.. or maybe secret advisor..." he knew with his long line of experience plus his age, Ki has grown to be a very wise person, able to make good decisions in bad situations. The wind breeze, calmly filling the area and its slowly swaying Kitsuke's cloak along with its breeze. Kitsuke suddenly started walking back again towards Ki, " But how can the citizens of Sunagakure get out of the village with this giant dome you say is blocking the village?.." Kitsuke calmly asked Ki.

Ki laughed. " During both the day and the night in 2 days we can set up tunnels underground so they can go in and out of the village when the dome is up. either that or we can simply place willows at each exit and make them materialize the diamond so the people can get through it. though due to how much power it takes for that, we have to eat lots of meat and sit in tubs of ice so we won't die. we can supply the ice and some of the meat." ki tapped the tub he was in with a claw. he chuckled. " if the kazekage asks for me to be an advisor and if you give me permission i will say yes. have you ever known me to turn down an opurtunity?"

Netsuretsu had been traveling for 2 days straight with no sleep and little rest. The only time she stopped was to wipe and oil the dirt from her limbs and to inject her medicine into her arm. other than that, she stayed in the dunes nonstop.
as she reached the beutiful village of the hidden sand she stopped at the checkpoint and showed her verifecation to pass and her headband so they could register her into the country. she walked the rest of the way. The first stop was to find a good tall building to look for her sensei. she climbed a mudhouse and looked around. She couldn't possibly tell if it was him or not, but she heard that he hung around willows alot and those things were very easy to spot since she had personal contacts with them.
she looked around until she caught a shine of white hair. she peered closer in that area and saw a weird man in a tub with another looking over at him. The second man had to be her sensei.
Net bent down and tightend her shocks, looking over at the places that she had to go to get to the main building. she jumped from the house to a woman's balchony to clothesline. she ran along the clothes line until she reached one of the water tanks, she bounced off of that and hit the wooden fence. she then ignored the other ninja staring and hopped from one roof to another until she reached the 3rd floor of the kage building. she shimmied along the edges til she got to a handhold right above her to pull herself up. she repeated the task until she reached the roof. never knowing that she could've just asked the front desk inside the kage building.
she ingored the fact that her hair had frizzed up due to that fact that it was hot and she was flusterd. she went immediately into the seiza position and bowed. " Good evening sensei. I am ready for training."

Kitsuke chuckled, " I guess I will have to tell this plan unto the Kazekage before doing anymore actions... though I guess Lord Kazekage would quickly approve this as this will benefit Sunagakure..." His face suddenly changed from a gloomy to a happy face. A sign his already happy again, and his problems we're solved. As Ki replied to Kitsuke's advice to apply for a position, he chuckled with Ki's reply. " I know you dont let an opportunity pass... Ki.." Suddenly a voice was heard in the roof. When Kitsuke turned his head to see a girl standing on the edge of the roof. The girl looked cute, she also seemed to be very innocent. Her long hair also swayed along the wind breeze, and she also wore a kimono which was very traditional. Kitsuke replied quickly, " Hi, my name is Kitsuke Maru and you are?.."

Netsuretsu's face remained on the ground, her dirty hakama and kimono obviously showing. " My name is Netsuretsu Guujin, 1st carnation of the Guujin clan, Type A blood, and hopefully your student, Kitsuke Maru sensei. Chikage of the willow clan, master of the wind element, master of tai, previous jinchuuriki, blood type O." She reveiwed all of the important things she learned about him during the time she was an academy student. she had learned several things about the willow clan now that they were in the open and about all of the other things about them. it was no mystery that this man was plainly their leader.

Ki looked over the rim of the tub. "Ooooo...she's good. Even got your blood type down, transy. Anyway she's probrably a very traditional girl, she brought up blood type in which people reveiwed their type as important as their very names. A is the farmer who is very level headed. AB is the humanist that are very distant, and O the warrior. people who are very outgoing and passionate. well... come to think of it. Netsuretsu means passionate..." ki mused, scratching his head. his voice in excited clicks and hisses that the girl couldn't understand.
