Locked away (Preferably Kyogi only)

A young girl, who appeared to be around the age of 13, laid on the hard, cold floor, with many very thick, and heavy chains tired around her, as well as some connected to the wall, keeping her from trying to escape. She was locked in a small, thick barred cell, that was in the very bottom of Konohas prison, behind a secret door, that appeared to be a wall from the outside. She had been there since the great ninja war. She had long, dark blond hair, that got even darker at the ends, and had nothing on but her under garments, and a dress like night outfit, that was very loose. Her legs, arms, and feet were bare, with nothing covering them. The outfit she wore, was normally white, but due to the blood stains all over it, as well as the wounds all over the girl, including a major one on her chest, that just about healed, though is still noticeable. She laid on the floor, with her eyes closed, passed out, breathing very, very lightly., and had been the way for years, on years, just not dieing.

Lord Vizer had rountinely visited the Konoha prisons. To the public, making it seem as if to put fear into the prisoners hearts. As to not challenge the guards, and to be respectful. But inwardly, he needed this place as a grounds to do the S rank missions that he would partake on his own. Seeing as he was guarded and spied upon by the council. But they had grown more suspicious at his movements lately. With the war on Stone, it was difficult to tell his motives. But as he was going even deeper into the prison. Looking for a suitable cell, to hold his Jinchuriki hosts if need be. He opened one cell door hoping that it was a disgusting and uncomfortable as possible.

But what he saw was much more shocking. A girl. His initial feelings were not of that of pity. But immense curiosity. These prisons were cut off for decades. Said one of the Chuunin who had been escorting him till he told him to wait by one of the tunnel entrances.

This was indeed interesting. He bent down and picked the girl up in his arms. Her clothes were old and dusted. Kyogi couldn't fathom what was going on. But he would find out. He then began to walk towards the exit, calling out to a Chuunin for help.

As Shinobu was picked up in his arms, the heavy chains on her hung down, around her stomach, making it harder, and harder for her to breath. Her silent, almost unnoticeable breathing got a little faster from the movements, because she never made contact with anything, but the cold floor, and walls of the cell for years, and years. Her head hung back, off his arm, causing her mouth to open a little, showing her incredibly sharp teeth.

Kyogi had taken the girl to a Chuunin, immediately giving him orders to bring her to the Hospital pronto. There was something odd and peculiar about her. Something was off by a mile. Her clothes tattered and dusted as if she had been there for some years. Also the style of clothing was not common as well in these days, but rather some decades back. Many questions that needed to be answered as Lord Vizer walked away from the Hospital. He had came with the Chuunin to check on her. Apparently she was starving.

With all the doctors looking at her, and medical men healing her, it began waking her more, and more. One of the medical men placed his hand over the wound on her chest,, and began brushing the dust, and dirt off it, when all of a sudden, Shinobu's eyes shot open, and were glowing bright red. With a quick burst, Shinobu jumped up from the bed, as the doctors ran back in fear, towards the walls of the room. Shinobu, standing on the bed with her razor sharp teeth, and her glowing red bloody eyes, panicked at a very fast rate, looking at them all, not knowing what to do, until she saw a window. Shinobu quickly charged towards the window, crashing out of it, and falling on the floor of the leaf village, with a little cuts all over her from the glass. Due to her sudden break out of the hospital, the people around the area began backing up in fear, separating themselves from her as mush as they could, so no one would get hurt.

Panicking at a very, very fast rate, Shinobu, stood there, breathing fast, looking back and forth constantly looking at whats around, with a few tears rolling down from her eyes. Before she knew it, a team of ANBU rushed in, and gripped her up quickly by her clothing, and slammed her against the wall of the hospital, holding her in place. Due to her being very weak in her current state, the ANBU had no problems holding her still.

Kyogi left her this ANBU, "Bring her to the hospital. And keep her under guard until she is better." The ANBU man nodded and took her away. "I have more pressing matters to deal with. But I will deal with this...thing. Soon." Kyogi then took a couple steps and disappeared into the village.
