Info: Maneki had the village steel smith make these for him to further his training. They are 8 blocks of steel each weighing 25 lbs each. He places four in a leg weight carrier like rock lees. Maneki carries 100 pounds on each of his legs.The weight carrier is a leather strap that gos around manekis legs and has open spots where he can place the weights.

Change the material titanium would make it impossible to run not because of weight but just it's general properties.

I disagree Talis, I think if he has them in 10 lb blocks that are wrapped as they were with Rock Lee, he'd be set. I give Approval on this.

But he does not state they are blocks only that they are steel so do to lack of detail I will assume it fully made out of steel which would make moving impossible.

Abilities: To use the Keyblade, Maneki summons upon the blade at will. Within seconds, the blade will appear in his dominate hand. If he gets seperated from the blade, the blade will disappear and then re-appear back in his hand. By channeling his wind natured chakra through the blade with "chakraflow" he can change the density and lengh of his blade to strike an enemy several feet from the blades physical range. Even though this blade is considered the weakest of the blades, it seems to be the most mysterious of the blades, so most of its abilities still yet remain unknown. Although, if someone else tries to infuse their chakra through the blade, the blade will reject it and nothing will happen.

History: Maneki received this sword well on a mission. He was send to escort an old sword maker back to his small town. When he arrived back he noticed that maneki was a swordsmen. He said to maneki "thank you for getting me here safely wait here i have a gist fro you." Maneki waited there for about 2 minutes and the guy then walked out with a big sword. He then said to maneki "take the sword if you can use your chakra with it its meant to be yours." Maneki started to channel his chakra into the blade and got ready to try it out. He went up to a tree and slashed it with little effort. It then completely cut the tree down. The man then said "you are the swords true owner the sword is now a part of you. It will disappear if you don't want to use it and will reappear in your had if you concentrate and it is separated from you it will disappear and reappear in your hand." He then said "go and use the sword wisely." Maneki decided to stop using the sword and it disappeared, He then went back to the village.
