The chakra is not evenly spread out though, as the chakra flows away from the user, it becomes more and more weak. Allowing the dome to be broken on the far side if hit by a hard enough force.

The cloned weapons are real and can deal the same damage as the originals, except for weapons with special qualities the clones of which will be common ones. Kage Bunshin is a Jounin level Ninjutsu technique. The normal clone technique creates a copy of the ninja that lacks any substance. The shadow clone distributes the ninja's chakra evenly among the clones and creates a real copy with form and substance. The clone itself can also utilize any jutsu the original ninja knows. When the clone finally disperses, any new knowledge it has gained is passed back to the original ninja and any additional clones. However, Morbokai may only use this once in battle because of inability produce further winds if f-4 or f-5 with a 4 post duration (meaning any combination). F-1 to f-3 has a 2 use maximum and a 2 post duration.

You contradict yourself, can you use it once a fight or more than once period. Since slightly weakening an s-rank jutsu doesnt take away a ton of the need chakra. Also, weaker tornadoes usually last shorter times.

Actually, I understand what he's saying. He's saying it depends on the strength of the tornado, f4s and 5s would have one duration as opposed to f1-3s having another. He does need to redo the timing though
