Description:Icy Freeze is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Ice Element. After forming the needed handseals, the use will hold his palm outwards showing the air wholes located on his palms. A Cold air will then begin to spray out. The cold air that is exiting the air wholes will be white kind of like snow but with different effects. The cold snow has the ability to freeze any wet damp surfaces if came in contact with it, But the more chakra the user uses to preform the jutsu the more snow like stuff will be visible. This jutsu can also be done by the user ininhale threw their mouth gathering the snow, then blowing it threw their mouth. Can also be done at the same time. Max: up to 20 square meters

It has said that this technique has developed from "Sensatsu Suishou - Death by a Thousand Flying Water Needles" Making this jutsu just a more improved Technique.

After forming the needed handseals, Any liquid that is on the ground will rise up just as a water clone would do but once formed all the way the clone will turn to ice. This makes the clone more than an illusion, it makes it just like a normal person. The clone can perform jutsu's ONLY utilizing the Ice Element, the down fall of this jutsu is that Since the clone is ice it can be shattered very easy but will take more than one hit Because its Ice.

Description: Snow Twister is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Ice Element. After forming the needed handseals, all near by snow will surround the user blocking any oncoming attacks. This jutsu can also be done to send towards an opponent. When the twister is forming some of the snow will take the shape of a kunai, then turn to rock hard ice making it so that this jutsu can be used for either defense or offense.

First the use will need to be around snow, and be in use of a weapon.The user then will focus a great amount of chakra into the weapon, then droop it on the surface of the snow. Once complete the user will form the needed handseals, making the weapon travel threw the snow were ever the user wishes for it to go.

Weapon teleportation, I think the weapon you are using should be snow based/made of snow. That's my opininion. And can there be multiple weapons at the same time?

Yes, but the weapon has to have some sort of Danzo's chakra focused into it for the jutsu to work. So your opinion is the same as the jutsu because either way Danzo's chakra is getting threw it to complete the jutsu.
