Fleeing the Leaf. First steps into the open world.

Kamoku paused for a second as if concentrating on something. " No, your pulse is still bad and your muscle reformation is starting to rip. Rest for a longer-" he stopped talking and froze as if he was a 3-D picture. There was a rabbit not too far off nibbling on some wild chives. The wind blew down hill torwards kamoku as he sniffed and started to mumble. " A two year old fat rabbit about 6 pounds. Main speed is 15 mph, stamina is 10 minutes with an addition of 5 minutes if there is an adrenalin rush. meters to gain with supprise attack.....7. meters in total length...8. " His accent was totally gone as he ran off the numbers. thought that might be the fact that he had his lips curled up into a snarl. His pointed teeth showing like a hungry cat.

He shot off torwards the rabbit. The rabbit was supprised and tried to flee, but within 3 seconds he caught it by shish-kebabing it on his retracted claws. He walked back and ripped off the leg, biting into it. He then handed the rest of the rabbit to Hikaru. " You migt vant to cook tis for yourself." He resumed eating the leg, dripping blood over his hair and hands.

Hikaru opened his mouth to argue but he soon shut it, realizing that Kamoku was right. Damn those eyes of his. He huffed softly before attempting to say something else, only to shut his trap once again as Kamo suddenly counted off a string of numbers and time limits. Soon the male had shot off, leaving Hikaru rather dumbfounded. “Wha…” He began, until the male had come shuffling back, a rabbit impaled on his claw. He held in a gag as Kamo bit into its leg…food was food after all. Once the other section was offered, Hikaru put it down on the grass and was about to get up and look for some decent wood…until he realized they were in a field. With a sigh he reached into his tool pouch for a kunai, taking the rabbit so he could clean it of the fur and other unwanted parts.

There wasn’t any wood around…so that really only left one thing to do when it actually came down to it. Hikaru tossed the rabbit meat high in the air, keeping his eyes on it as he brought his hands together to form the necessary hand signs for a jutsu that he memorized by heart now. With the hand signs completed he took in a small breath, judging how much flame to use so he would cook the rabbit and not burn it to a crisp. Once the time was right he blew a medium sized fire ball from his mouth towards the falling rabbit meat, cooking it while it fell. Once he thought it was cooked enough he cut off the jutsu quickly so he wouldn’t waste anymore chakra than he already had and caught the cooked meat on the kunai he had, plopping down by his pack once again. “Thank you…” He said, blowing on the rabbit meat before taking a bite.

Kamoku had watched the process and mumbled something about 'amazing' under his breath. He had seen chakra and many of its uses, but it always set him in awe as humans used that resource that was unique to them. Chakra. The ultimate enrgy almost as good as the atoms itself. If only it wasn't made of atoms to begin with. No mtter how hard kamoku tried, he could never use chakra because he wasn't exposed to it as a child. He was usually hunting as he was doing now. Though life still lived on and this person in front of him will most likely fade to the background of history, just as his elders described the horror and blessing of immortality.

Kamoku stood up after he made sure Hikaru had digested well. " Okay, lets go." He waited for Hikaru to stand up and then he took off. In a few more hours, the sun will rise and they will get to see the cloud village in its full glory.

Small sounds of enjoyment came from Hikaru as he ate. The meat wasn’t that good…and there were a lot of things it needed to be actually good…but it was meat…glorious meat…He was in heaven right about now. Each bit was savored, barely any scraps being left for any hungry scavengers. Man…he was pretty much satisfied now. If he could just curl up and take a nap…the day would have been perfect.

" Okay, lets go."

Awwww…Well there went that little plan. Hikaru sighed as he stood up, grabbing his pack and slinging it over his shoulder. Once Kamoku had taken off Hikaru was bringing up the rear, dashing across the plains in pursuit, eager to see the village hidden in the clouds. Eager to possibly meet this other Uchiha. But most importantly, eager to learn and train in a new area. This would be a fun experience.

Kamoku was dashing up the hill, whe they reached the top; the sun had just then risen and the clouds were set afire with dazzling light. The clouds looked as if they were buidlings themselves that were carved from the very hearts of the shinobi. Kamoku turned and grinned. " I heard it was a good sight at this time, though I wouldn't know." Kamoku walked to the gate and showed them his passport. Since he was a relative to one of the dead anbu, he was allowed in and out. He could go to any village he wanted to because of his high degree in medicine. Due to that honor, the sand village had skyrocketed in the medical industry and it was his job to share all of the knowledge to the rest of the villages in exchange of the donation of dead bodies and terminally ill people.

Kamoku turned and sighed. "Hurry up, te light doesnt affect te vill to move. I knov tat muc." kam continued to walk down the street. It was completely different from the leaf. Every buidlind had its own outer sidewalk. Everyone had to have good muscles to navigate their way around this place. Giving them good area adaptibility and also the ability of strong legs. "Unlike the leaf, genjutsu and elemental ability wasn't the main expertise. It was ninjutsu and tai. Every place has its own specialty. fire: genjutsu water: kenjutsu wind: weaponry lighting: tai and earth: ninjutsu. All of this co-existing within one another to create the human world of the shinobi... " he began rattling off statistics about population, density per squared mile and metal deposits and other projects that pertain to the ninja world that directly affected them.

Once the trek started to go uphill Hikaru started to lag behind, panting softly as he dashed upwards. Once they reached the top of the hill and the scenery hit him. Hikaru was thrown for a loop. The atmosphere looked really amazing. “It is a fabulous sight indeed.” He said once Kamoku had turned around. Once they were at the gate Hikaru stopped and waited for Kamoku to enter, going in after him after once he was allowed. “Um…wow…were here….but now I have no idea where to go.” He chuckled nervously. He had stopped to look around at the village, marveling at practically everything before…

Geez…well he could look around later. He noticed that people around the village had a more muscular look to them than leaf ninja. Boy…this was gonna be difficult to adapt to. Maybe he would have to learn some Taijutsu. He tried to listen to what Kamoku was rambling on about but soon gave up that idea. “Hey…do you know where the Raikage is Kamoku?” he asked, eager to see if he could stay.

Kamoku smiled. " Vell your in luck, my Ucia. Because tat kage is related to you. Is name is Kiero Ucia. Lets go to te office." Kamoku hopped onto one of the raised roads and jogged towards the highest point. The raikages office. He hopped from one building road to another, running along wires and waiting for other people to pass. Kamoku turned on a metal wire and waited for Hikaru to catch up. " In order to be ere, you might as vell take te sort vay."

“The Kage is an Uchiha!?” Man this day was full of surprises He looked up to find Kamoku already heading off and he jumped after him, following the path he took. Once he stopped to wait for him he nodded in agreement at his statement. “Yeah…the short way does seem like it would be best.” He said, balancing himself on the wire. “So…do you think the Raikage will let me stay here?” He asked, wondering what the outcome would be himself. He really didn’t want to have to be sent back to the leaf. Not after all of this.

Kamoku laughed. " In te state of your village and in bot of your istories? Might as vell send you an invination. Tough I cannot garuantee tis. Vitout vork, tere is no pay." Kamoku continued to run up the wire. To the raikage's office.
