This is more a form for the Jutsus' that Joujie will learn to use at his current level. He won't use all of them immediately.

Name: Kinkou no Jutsu
Rank: E
Element: Ninjutsu
Description: By quickly forming the Serpent hand seal as one is falling, one can temporarily alter their center of balance. Unlike chakra manipulations which require a constant flow, this temporarily adjusts all the muscles of your body in a specific way. Conversely, it also lasts for roughly five seconds. The technique can be used to stop painful falls or stay standing when hit.

Name: Ashimeachan [Crashing Tide Leg]

Description: Twisting one's body to the side and then kicking off from the ground, the user performs a double spin-kick to the opponent's midsection and lands beside them.

Name: Hakata [Grave Hawk]
Rank: D
Element: Taijutsu
Description: Flipping themselves forwards into a hand-stand, the user then pushes himself off the ground while bending forward and forcing chakra into their feet. The effect propels the user with a deal of momentum into a foe's chest.

Name: Lightning Release: Shourai no Jutsu
Rank: C
Element: Ninjutsu, Lightning
Description: A very self destructive technique formed by performing the Tiger and Dragon seals twice, the user forces a large amount of chakra out of their body while at the same time converting it into Lightning chakra. The effect is a very brief, split second burst of electrical energy that shoots out from around them like a mantle. The chakra expended is immense however and because the user does not control it, it expends more chakra then it actually uses. [Note: This Jutsu is incomplete. It's final form may be higher ranked, but because of Joui's inexperience and lack of control, it is a highly inefficient and wasteful move. Completely unrefined.]

Element: Taijutsu
Description: When attacking or blocking, the user temporarily focuses a large portion of chakra between skin layers, temporarily increasing the density and hardness of their skin. This however does not last for more then a split second and requires precise timing, as it only absorbs initial impact and damage. Continual damage is not absorbed.

Yakuhi no Jutsu Would probably use the fire element

Sakugane [Metal Frame] That sounds complicated to pull off, it would need to be at least C rank

Shinami [Extension Wave] Should be C rank

Alright, fixed things around unless I need innate Chakra element to be able to use Fire-centric jutsu, in which case I can change the jutsu around.

Err that sounds totally complicated and give me an example, of what could break through your skin at this stage.

Lkitty: Shinami is more like forcing Chakra out of your extremities like a blowgun. No specific control and it's only purpose is to basically blast air at someone. I can certainly get rid of it if it's outside of Jouijie's abilities.

Ryusaki: It's basically, at this level, giving him an armor-like protection for a split second. I'll add the explanation into it, but it's basically like for a split second turning his skin into a metal. Comparable to iron I'd say. It would probably stop one hit of Genin-low level Chuunin strength from anything short of a club, but past that it'd probably only dampen it enough to -not- snap him like a twig.

Yes please remove it, I believe you need quite a chakra control with the tech.

And about the Yakuhi no Jutsu, yes you need the fire element.
