Samehada and Rasengan [Permission from Gen]

First Transformation: The first Transformation that takes place with Samehada and its host is quiet basic, the hilt of Samehada transfuses with the Users hand fraying the skin on the users said hand making the tint a dark blue color much like a shark. But in this state the users hand is still visible clutching the hilt its skin is just starting to form into the sword, While in this stage Basic amounts of chakra can be absorbed by Samehada and transfused to the Host, but besides that in this state the user cannot do much besides wield the sword regularly.

Second Transformation: The Next Stage of Transformation is a little more elaborate, As samehada Grows up the users said arm It starts to turn the users skin into a harder alloy and slowly infuses the two's chakra together. In this state Samehada has grown much over the users arm taking up too the shoulder, as the skin starts to chip and turn to scales it is a displeasing look to most. But as the Fusion furthers The user is able to absorb more chakra allowing them to regain power and Stamina. By this time your arm takes the look of samehada allowing you to pound opponents with a powerful blows, while the whole time absorbing chakra.

Third Transformation: The Third Stage is one of the most influential on the users body, by now Samehada has grown up the users face and down the whole left portion of there body. By now Gills have grown up on the users left cheek bone, this gill is fully functional allowing them to somewhat breath underwater. The users chakra is almost completely Fused by now as almost all of there body is under transformation, And no doubt the users left eye has succumbed to a transformation taking on a pitch black shark like pupil. And slowly Samehada breaks down reducing it self in size growing into the skin, being one of the last transformations this is a key to the full fusion. In this state the user can use Samehada to consume large amounts of chakra in short periods of time allowing them to both share in the consumption.

Fourth Transformation: The Final step to the Fusion Samehada totally sinks into the users skin allowing it access to his or her chakra pool by combining the two. the users skin tone is fully Dark blue and gills are now on both sides of the face, now even a fin has sprouted out of the users tail bone. In this state The user can drastically reduce Bijuu tail forms by consuming there raw chakra. The user now has large claws that are great for slicing up opponents, the teeth has altered as well turning into a shark like state. The chakra it absorbs can heal what are otherwise fatal wounds, which can also be used to give it's wielder near limitless stamina.

Description: The Rasengan is a powerful A-Rank technique invented by the Fourth Hokage, Minato Namikaze. After spending three years of developing it, however, he never saw the Rasengan completed, having never achieved the desired results before he died.

Minato's idea for the Rasengan was to take the Shape Transformation of his chakra to the "highest possible point" and then combine it with his chakra's nature affinity, creating a jutsu that did not need the aid of time-consuming hand seals to control. He died before he could accomplish this, but on shape manipulation alone, the Rasengan is still a very useful, powerful, and difficult jutsu to learn and master.

Description: The Great Ball Rasengan is a more powerful version of the Rasengan created by Naruto during his training with Jiraiya in the gap in time dividing Part I and II of the series. Like the regular Rasengan, Naruto uses a shadow clone to help form it. However, by adding increased amounts of chakra, he can increase the size and power of the regular Rasengan. It deals astounding damage to the area and the target, but it leaves Naruto exhausted.

The Twin Rasengan simply refers to the ability to form two Rasengan, one in each hand. When Naruto performed this technique he used two different versions of the Rasengan, the Gelel Rasengan, with the aid of Temujin (who helped form it like a shadow clone would normally), and the Demon Fox Rasengan, with the aid of his shadow clone.

Jiraiya does something similar when teaching Naruto how to use the Rasengan; in one hand he forms a regular Rasengan, and in the other he does the balloon exercise.

I don't see any edits >.>, maybe you should get this approved by Genkou or Talis. As far as i know, only the basic 1 ball, 1 hand, wind attack Rasengan* was allowed. But idk anymore.

First Kyogi, even if you we're allowed to have Samehada. You need to find it INRP, not in a snap.

Second, the rasengan is an S-Rank. I do believe you have enough S-ranks within the limit.

Also The Rasengan's are an A rank tech, check the wiki. The Rasen-Shuriken is S rank.

Not on Naruto-X, chidori and rasengan are both S-rank.


But check the mod section first.

Kyogi is correct, they both are A-Rank techniques.

I have no problems with him having them, my own problems is that for a long time now, we have only allowed the original Rasengan, as well as original Chidori. No custom versions, or even other canon versions of the Rasengan. And Kyogi, Rasengan is a wind element jutsu.

Rasengan is wind element when infused with wind element. Or fire element as well. Rasengan, not Wind Release: Rasengan.

I approve you of the samehada, but unapprove you of the Rasengan's for now, due to the rule being only Wind Release: Rasengan is allowed. And Meteor of Death is simply unapproved. It;s to much like Rasenshuriken. Unless an admin say's otherwise and modifies the rule on this a bit. Also, shouldn't meteor of death be Fire element?
