Clothing: Usually wear an open leather jaciket with no shirt underneat, has a celtic cross crucifix. Prayer beads and sweat bands on each of his wrists. A cap, a red bandana. He also wears leather pants and his headband around his right arm.

Personality:
Z is a very strong and cool guy in his sense of believing things. He holds strong to the many good deeds he has done, and easilly lets go of the evil ones. He can be somewhat on the emotional side. But is also very determined no matter what he feels.
Z is not a huge fighter, but will fight if he so needs to. He isn't one to be bossed around easilly. He only answers to two people, himself, and his lover.
Z himself is a lover. When he says the three words, "I love you.", he means them. Falling with Z and he accepting you earns a full life of protection from him. When Z's love is harmed he can completely lose his cool if he isn't careful.
Z doesn't hate easilly, but can be irritated and confused quite easilly. He honestly isn't the sharpest knife in the droor. But he can figure things out given about a good few seconds.
Z doesn't necesarilly enjoy making very tough decisions, for example, life or death questions. Kill one, save millions, save them, lose all hopes fore sucess.

Z has a slight perveted humor added into him, and he will commonly and instinctively pull them out if you aren't careful. Z is als slightly drastic. And can do things almost 'too good'. But thats just Z's way of showing his dedication to the task.

Description: A technique where chakra kneaded inside the body is converted into fire, and expelled from the mouth in a massive orb of roaring flame. The scope of the attack is altered by controlling the volume of chakra that is mustered. The released flames will engulf their target, and leave a crater on the ground's surface. The fireball is normally blown through a ring made by the thumb and index finger of the user.

Description: This technique creates small fireballs, which are spat out of the user's mouth, flying wildly in every direction and assaulting the enemy. In addition, the flames are controlled one by one with chakra, so avoiding them all is extremely, difficult. Shuriken can be hid within the flames, creating an unexpected secondary surprise attack. Like the flames they can be controlled with chakra. For the most part, however, this technique is used as a distraction.

Description: Similar to the Clone Technique, this jutsu creates clones of the user. But unlike the Clone Technique, these clones are actual copies, not illusions. The user's chakra is evenly distributed among every clone, giving each clone an equal fraction of the user's overall power. The clones are capable of performing jutsu on their own and can even bleed, but will usually disperse after one or two solid blows. They can also disperse on their own. The clones will be created in roughly the same condition as the original.


~History/RP Sample~

History/Background Story:
Birth Arc: Z was born in the Sunagakure village in the middle of a sandstorm, then wind rushed the stone walls of the hospital outside, literally blocking all the screams of his mother and the child born. The father was a shinobi warrior on a mission at that time, and the mother named him after his father. Five hours later, when the father was due to return, nothing but his best friend came reporting his death.
The child for some odd reason began to cry. As well as the mother. But they could not retrieve his body.
Childhood Arc: Z was a rather playful child and made many friends, he liked to rough house with them. But for an interesting reason he ended up hanging out with a lot of girls. He would tell the funniest jokes to them, and the air would usually be filled with little girls giggling. The guys were usually included. But they seemed to be outside the circle. One day, when Z was walking home, the boys began to beat him with some tonfa sticks. Z was left for dead. Until a sensein from the Ninja academy found him there.
Ninja Academy Arc: Z was instantly put into ninja taining. Which at first, Z though was a cool little game. Until he actually got hit by another student, Z got angry, and, roundhouse kicked him in the face. Intantly knocking the student out.
Z usually aced many of his classes. And he usually got some pretty good points. In the fighting. not the strategy, he usually let that to the Naras...
Well, he graduated. And ended up as a high Genin.
Genin Arc:
Z usually went on the casual missions assigned to him. But he did some crazy stuff. Like the one time he pantsed everyone in the middle of a sandstorm. Well. He kinda got a talking to by his sensei.Well, he comes on to this day. Rather well.

Roleplay Sample: [From a final fantasy site]
Quintus sat in the alleyway that he had always lived in. It was tidy, but it wasn't at all. Clean.
It was your normal day on the streets of midgar, the streets bustling and the homeless being much more helpless than usual.

Quintus had just recently had his normal haircut, the soldier's high-and-tight, his George pimp hat was on snuggly on his head. His medium sized arms clearly shown from his pure whit3 wife beater.

It was a hard life, but it was at least livable, Quintus thought. The real fact though was that he could do so much better than this. He knew what he had to do. And he had to do something for his city rather than kill people that were probably most innocent.
He remembered the bloodbath on the wooden floor of his old home that day, his greatest love, all of them, now just...gone. It was amazing how so many things could simply vanish before your eyes. And that word would slip out of your mouth. Either in anger, sadness, or in relief. But the word simply meant sorrow in Quintus's eyes. His eyes shimmered hazel. And they were simply cold and mournful at the very look at them.
His back was to the cold ston wall of the alleyway, he was next to a resteraunt, but hadn't the money to buy. So he had to steal small meals that they made.

Closing his eyes once, twice, then three times, with a yawn Quintus's eyes were shut, glued. And he was snugly a sleep. In a matter of six hours, he woke up, it was about nine o'clock. When the resteraunt usually closed.

Excitingly getting up, his shoes making a light grinding, he silently snuck up to the kitchen window. The light was still on. But when it turned off and the slamming of a door. He waited until the swinging doors stopped. Then he hopped and grabbed the window sill, pulling himself up, he managed to open the window. And stepped in.

The Kitchen still smelled fragrant with the cooking of different meats, soups, and spices. It made his mouth wet with moisture pooling under his tongue. Checking out what he could find. He found some beef ramen, a pint of milk, some garlic biscuits. Hiding them in a paper bag he had found. He slipped out the window unnoticed. And began eating. He savored the flavors his tongue caught like a net.

After gulping down the last of his milk, he leaned against the wall, and stared into the star filled sky. Why'd it have to come to this?, he asked himself.

Sorry cant be high Genin..I've already tried with that as Chuunin. And Genin can only use C rank jutsu.

Other then that, add more history and like a small paragraph for appearance. Then you should be fine.

Along with what Revy said, I would recommend expanding a little on your history, but that's really up to you.
