Nickname/Alias: (A nickname or alias given to your character. Be it self given or country wide)

Weight: (Your characters weight)

Height: (How tall is your character)

Age: (How old is your character? Be reasonable)

Gender: (Male or Female?)

Appearance: (Your characters appearance. A picture works fine here, but a description with a picture only benefits you more)

Clothing: (What your character wears both on a daily basis, and what they wear off duty, or any laid back clothing)

Personality: (Your characters personality. Please keep loyal to this in RP)

Voice: (Optional. Describe your characters voice, be it soft or loud, delicate or rough. Feminine or manly. It's up to you, this is just for RP'ers to get a better view when your character speaks to theirs)

~Clan Information~

Clan Name: (The name of your clan. It doesn't HAVE to be the name of your KKG)

Kekei Genkai: (A unique ability that only members of your clan has. This also includes hidden abilities, such as the Nara's shadow control)

Clan Symbol: (A symbol that represents your clan. You may also add if the members bear the symbol.)

Clan History: (The history of your clan)

Ability Summary: (Note that this is not the same as your KKG. THis is a summary of every ability, bonus, or anything your KKG gives you rounded up in a small little description. Do not confuse the two, and be sure to put this to use. DO NOT put entire KKG's here.)

Classification: (Academy, Genin, Chuunin, Jounin, ETC.)
