Hinata training

Hinata picks out a spot at the training area which is least crowded. Not a single person in the range of eye. Well, at least with the Byakugan turned off.
"Eh, here I can train freely without any performance anxiety. I have such high expecations now, when I became a jonin." Hinata walks up to the spot with 3 huge wooden logs. The logs stand in a position of a triangle. Hinata starts to train to try to hit all of them at the same time.
"If you reach the required speed, you can hit all targets at the same time." She jumps in to the air and swings her arms as quick as she can.
3 hits were made. Not even close to the speed requirment.
"One more time!" Hinata keeps training.

Ryuku appears

While Hinata tryes to perform a new taijutsu technique, she spots Ryuku.
...
She looses her concentration and falls down headfirst.
...
She hits the ground of grass and sand. Lying on her stomach, she tryes to not to loose her concious.
"Auch..."

Ryuku runs over hey are you ok hinata

"Umm, ye" Hinata gets up slowly.
"What are you doing here?"

I came to train

"Oh... How did you find me?" Hinata looks around.
(This spot can't be so hidden after all.)
"Okay, then. Lets train." Hinata sits down on the grass.
"What do you wanna train?"

ummm my tiejutsu

"Mmh... But I think Ninjutsu is your real power."
"However, Taijutsu is kind of the only thing I can teach."
"I have a jutsu in my mind."

ooo what is it

"Speed increasement!" Hinata prepares to convince Ryuku to accept the training.
"Speed gives you a lot of advantages in battle. You can escape from battles or you can catch up to running enemies. Speed also gives a lot more tactical options in battle."

SWEET what do I do

"Well..umm... There is 2 ways. Either train your physics for 1-2 years. Which I would recommend but..."

"By controlling your chakra to your speed muscles, you will be able to perform a speed increasement. It sounds simple, but you need have good chakra control. Also you need to be able to distinguish the speed muscles from other type of muscles. There are 3 types of muscles: Strenght, Speed and Stamina."

ok Ill ill try I try it and don;t get any extra speed

"I advise you to only train 1 body part at the time, to begin with." Hinata gives a friendly smile. She still sits at the grass.

ok I start it and I get it kinda

"Which body part are you training at the moment?"

"I see..." Hinata is thinking.
"Try to climb up of that tree, by only using that leg." Hinata points at tall and straight tree.
"Climbing with only 1 leg, requires speed to compensate the normally used both legs."

i climb they tree with 1 leg

"You must move your leg quicker than the speed of your body moving downwards of the gravity."

I try it and instead of speeding up I make a massive hole in they ground

"Woaah. You got talent in destruction power." Hinata gives a friendly smile.

"well not speed tho" and then me left leg sudenly feel's much better affter he slammed the ground" hehe "I smile back

"If your left leg feels tired, you can rest it....umm, and train with your right leg instead. You can switch legs by resting and training."
