History/Background Story:

The Start:

Sephiroth was a child prodigy. His mother was Mikoto Uchiha. He was born in Konoha & branded a halfbreed among the Uchiha. Neither clan wanted him so he was put in a orphanage.

Academy Arc:

When it was time to enter the Academy, Sephiroth hated all of Konoha. He was basically Itachi Uchiha's rival & they seemed to be seen everywhere together. They werehalf-brothers after all. Him & Itachi were both transferred to the ANBU when they were thirteen. Around that time, Sephiroth had gained his fully matured Sharingan & was an expert in Taijutsu, Ninjutsu & Kenjutsu. He decided to use his demon's power to get even stronger.

ANBU Arc:

Sephiroth was a very powerful teenager & rivaled Itachi at everything. One day, he was confronted by a group of Uchiha members. They insulted him & his parents. He didn't take kindly to it so he attacked & mauled every single one of them. He blacked out & when he woke up, he found out a he had a different version of the Sharingan. He called it the Oni Sharingan For some strange reason, when he woke up, he became a man obsessed with attaining god-hood. So, he found Itachi & Madara, who were planning on exterminating the Uchiha Clan & helped them kill the Uchiha.

Missing-nin Arc:

After the killing off the Uchiha Clan, Sephiroth was branded a SS-Class Missing-nin & to be avoided on site. He met the person who made the Seven Shinobi Swordsmen's blades & received his own weapon from the man. He was 23 years old & an extremely powerful force. Through very intense training, he managed to gain the ability to run at the speed of sound. He managed to oped all Eight Inner Chakra Gates without dying. He isn't immortal however. Most assume it is demon that protected him from dying when he opens the 8th Chakra Gate. However, it puts a massive strain on his body when he opens the final gate.

Description: The
eight chakra gates are eight specific points on a person's chakra
circulatory system. They limit the overall flow of chakra within a
person's body. The basis for the idea of the chakra gates comes from
the body's limits on the functions within it. This makes the body much
weaker, but it keeps the body from expiring too soon. By opening these
gates, the user can surpass their own physical limits at the cost of
extreme damage to their own bodies. Rock Lee is able to open the first
five gates. Guy, who taught Lee the skill, is able to open at least
six. Kakashi can open at least one gate, as shown in during Kakashi's
one-handed rock climbing where a shot of his brain shows the relevant
point activating. The gates and what they release are listed below:

1. Gate of Opening releases the brain's limit on the total strain on the
muscles, giving the user five times their normal strength.

2. Gate of Rest releases the brain's limit on the body's stamina, making a
battle-worn person become miraculously ready to fight as if the fight
had just started.

3. Gate of Life is located on the spinal cord,and releases the limit on the nervous system, which makes information travel at a faster rate and creates even more stamina. As a side
effect, the user's skin turns red, indicating an increased blood-oxygen level.

4. Gate of Pain releases the limit on oxygen intake in the lungs, creating much more oxygen for the body to use.

5. Gate of Closing releases the limit on the amount of chakra released at one time.

6. Gate of Joy removes the limit on how much fat and proteins the
intestines can digest, and releases otherwise useless energy resources,
giving the user even more power and stamina.

7. Gate of Shock removes the limit on how fast the body can move, removes wastes from
dead skin cells to feces, and gives the body a much cleaner system to
work with, producing even more power and stamina.

8. Gate of Death opens the final gate located at the heart and uses up all of the
body's energy. It makes the heart pump at maximum power and exceeds the
power of every other gate. All the energy in every individual cell is
used up, giving the user power well above that of any Kage. This "big
bang" effect is only temporary, and destroys every muscle in the user's
body including the heart. Death is assured when opening this gate hence
the name. However, for some reason, Septhiroth can open this gate without from the backlash. He isn't immortal, so it is assumed his demon somehow protects him from the backlash. However, it puts a massive strain on his body when he opens the final gate.

Ok Lu Bu it is worse now. You still didn't change your kekke and you can't have both. You also can not be Kusakage. That is a rank only Naruto can award. You haven't really proven yourself worthy of it. Why are you making a new account anyway.

Ok I still didn't read the whole thing because it is really long but here are a few things. First of all if you have ice jutsu and they aren't Kekke related then they count as a element giving you 3 elements. You also can't have any of the jutsu from the Shipuuden movie. To do those you have to have the injection jutsu and that isn't allowed.

Ok you can't have Muli shadow clone. You have to train with naruto for that. You also have to many S ranked jutsu. You are only allowed two.

You can't just say that they aren't S ranked now. You have to take them out. You can't pull that stuff on me. All you did was change the rank, they are still S ranked jutsu though. Take them out.

Ohh yeah Lu Bu you can't have Mangekyou and a demon. Take one out.

Ok Septhroth the point of taking your Mangekyo out was so you weren't op. Now you added another thing that was much to powerful. One or the other.

Ok Septhiroth. I know Your application was said to be approved but you added a couple things that were not approvable before it was official. First of all take out that jutsu that makes your staff set on fire. You don't have fire chakra. Also you need to take out all of your Temari Jutsu. You don't have a fan and only Temari knows her jutsu. And lastly you need to get rid of something. I asked you to get rid of your Mangekyou and you did but you just added another thing almost exactly like it. Please edit these things. I'm sorry for the inconvenience.

Actually, he's already OP now. I don't remember all that stuff being there when I was about to approve it. Though I was real tired because it was in the middle of the night.

1. He can't have Yobi(4-tailed Bijuu).

2. He can't be Itachi's brother.

I don't see why you can't be his brother since all of the Uchiha's are related. It wouldn't really make you OP. It looks approvable except for you still need to choose between this "Oni" Sharingan and Curse Mark and Bijuu.
